My mom has been pushing Vitamin E ever since 1964 when she read the book, "Vitamin E Key To A Healthy Heart" by Herbert Bailey. It must work because she just had her 99th Birthday and is doing fine! She will be 99 next month, July 16th!

I’m glad to see you talking about tocotrienols. Why not go the extra step and discuss Delta and Gamma and annatto? Also, add in cod liver oil which is kept in the fridge? A good thing to do is take annatto, a Tbs of cod liver oil and a Tbs of moroccan olive oil at the same time. You can use this in the morning to prolong your fasted state and skip breakfast. Granted this technically breaks a fasted state but it gives your body some great fats to work with without competing for food digestion.

@@stevegwizzle3560 Hi. I will hit fasting first. This is something each person should experiment with and then find which rhythms best suit their needs. As for me, I eat brekkie about noon to 1:00p. I will eat dinner sometime around 5:00-6:00pish.
For info on Tocotrienols I suggest a very good video on Ivor Cummins’ channel featuring Dr. Barrie Tan.

Thank you Dr. Berg, You are my
“go to “ when I have questions.
    Here is one,
When taking vitamines, which ones can be taken with others?
I take D3 with K2-7 as per your recommendation, I take Vit E, zinc, and my magnesium before bed.
I also have vitamine supplements such as Stress and L-Theanine . I also have Norwegian Kelp for Thyroid since I am in my premenopausal and a supplement for eyes but how many supplements can one take ? I don’t take all of them the same day however, I am confused with what to do!
I read that L-Theanone is best taken with caféine so I take it in morning .
Can you bring clarity on the side effect of too many supplements and or the best time of day and the counter effects of certain combinations?
    Thanks 🙏

I'm recovering from stage 4 congestive heart failure. So, the most important vitamin for me is thymine or B1. However, vitamins A, D3, E, and K2(mk7) have also played a roll. These are my heavy hitters on top of all 77 essential minerals, 16 essential vitamins, 12 essential amino acids, and 3 essential fatty acids. AND lots of salt, potassium, calcium, magnesium, vanadium, and manganese.
Played in glyphosate as a kid. I became one of the over fed nutritionally poor. When your liver is unhappy you can't digest or metabolize actual nutrition well, especially oily vitamins.

    • @applebobbingfore6221
      @applebobbingfore6221 3 роки тому +11

Yeah, I forgot to include selenium, copper, and sulfate. Co-Q10, if you have all the parts, is made in the heart itself. Hawthorn, elder berry, and other plants extract curtain minerals from soil. If the soil contains those minerals. I now use a prehistoric plant based soil conditioner in my gardening, all 77 minerals.
Dr Berg sure has some sharp people in his following. Good info, like he has, usually pulls the cream to the top.
Oh, I'm doing great! I was bed ridden for 4 weeks. Lost 200lbs of water in the first two weeks at the hospital fighting with the cardiologists. Ended up fasting the two weeks in the hospital on diuretics. Then two more weeks in a nursing home fasting cause the doctors mislead me and slipped me a acid blocker to compensate for their low sodium thinking. (got an ulcer. stopped taking all their pills) Can't digest food without stomach acid, made from salt. To complicate things, after I was diagnosed with end stage CHF I started eating a carnivore diet. (this diet burns sodium). Without sodium your body doesn't move water well and 6 months later I ended up in the hospital. (my B1 deficiency & liver damage didn't help either) I'm coming up on 1.5 years out of the hospital and I haven't needed nursing for this last year. Walking by on the street you'd never know how bad I was.

Please thoroughly look into vitamin E if you’re a MAN before taking supplements. My stepdad took it everyday for YEARS! Turns out he was growing his prostate cancer. RIP dad! I’m following Dr. Bergs healthy keto and I’m so grateful for this “free” and wonderful information, but I’ve also scheduled an appointment with a doctor in one month to get full blood work. I plan to bring her every vitamin, supplement and medication that I’m on. There are lots of vitamins that do not mix with certain medications. Vitamin K and warfarin do not take them together! There are many so please be careful. ❤️

So she said take Tocotrienols like you said. But it is hard to find. Although I have been looking for the vitamin e with that and it seems to be hard to find. Even the one that Dr. Eric sells is not the tocoteinols it is the other one. Although I did find a brand called Manna that has a sunflower derived Vitamin e. so I may try that one but no idea how good it is.

Almonds are similar in shape to the heart.
The striped light brown skin on the almond resembles the heart muscle, and the thin lines resemble the heart vessels.
Our heart is located under the bones at the hardest and most protected point of our rib cage.
The shell of the almond is very hard.
Almonds have a harder shell than walnuts and hazelnuts.
Almonds may be an important food for heart health.

Am wondering if you could add a video to your list about what the best possible treatments are if someone does not seem to be absorbing vitamins from daily vitamins & supplements but is unwilling to try intermittent fasting? Is there any other method to get back to good gut health or get better absorption of important vitamins?
