I’m adopted, with a …. Complicated relationship with my past. This song always hits me right in the soul.
Since Adam had all body percussion in this song, he was able to sing with the rest of the group. His voice always adds extra depth to the harmonies. He usually sings between Rob and Austin, but he has an amazing range. If you've seen his drum solo, you know the low end of his range from the the low horns and drums.
This is one of those reach out and grab you, shake you up and make you think, question songs. The guys sing it so well. Thank you Bruddah Home Fry! ^_^

This is one of my favorite songs from Home Free.
Tim Foust has a 5 Octave Range. He can hit notes almost as high as Austin. In The Blood, Tim is singing along with Austin in those high notes. I Love Home Free but my favorites are Tim & Austin but over 5 years as a Fan I have learned to Love or appreciate all the Guys. Thanks Sam, I am a new subscriber.

Senior Saint here, for sure. I have a ton of those old hymnals, in several colors, along with a ton of books full of the "contemporary" hymns and choruses from the 60s into the 80s or so. The hymnal on the piano was one of the first things I noticed in the background in the video, also. I got caught up in the music itself, as soon as I heard Tim's first note when it came out. Several listens later (and there have been MANY more since then), I was trying to do the chest beat with Adam, and my question was, "How did he DO that, without causing himself a heart attack?!" Wow! I would gladly sing a duet with you. :-) Great reaction. Thanks very much! \0/

Aloha Bruddah Sam❣️ I love, love your reaction videos ♥️ I am a senior Home Fry, and I have a red hymnal, as well as others. I used to sing in our church choirs, yes, plural LOL! I also sang solos in the choirs and sang at weddings, etc. When my grandfather passed away, my Grandma asked me to sing “How Great Thou Art” at his funeral. It was a joy to sing at his funeral, but was very difficult to do!!
