- The Philippines, Cebu Island - Kawasan Falls was damaged during the recent typhoon in December 2021, and now the canyoneering activity is different compared to what it used to be.
Large rocks fell into the canyon, the water paths were changed, trees have fallen over. It is still a really fun and beautiful thing to do anyway.

heartbreaking to see how kawasan falls is now, its still beautiful but nowhere near how stunning it was before the typhoon, its breathtaking. you are so adventurous travis and always down for anything, fun to watch you!!
As an introvert like myself I like it better now than before.
Before you can't enjoy the nature because of so many tourist and people around.

I was here before the typhoon destroyed it and it was so beautiful compared to how it looks now. I hope it still attracts many tourists still so that it helps out the local people who rely on the revenue, good luck to everyone involved.
Sure, kawasan canyon and pools and falls doesn't look the same anymore after the destruction of the typhoon last december but nature creates new amazing features and beautiful landscape the place is still awesome worth visiting. Lucky you Travis...

I been here in 2018 when the lanscape what totally different. It was very lush with giant trees. The canyons was wider and deeper, It was like a scene from Avatar. It's so heartbreaking to see the devastation but good o know that nature is slowly recovering. Cheers!

Wow! Travis is so lucky to visit this place. Kawasan falls is one of picturesque tourist attraction in Cebu Philippines look at the beautiful turquoise water it's look cold and refreshing. OMG 😱 and one thing is funny a 7 eleven at the jungle 🤣😀😆 lol where you can find it ONLY IN THE Philippines.

Philippines has a lot of places to visit and explores. So many beautiful beaches, amazing rock formation cliffs and Caves.
The Beauty of the Osmena Peak in Cebu and Chocolate Hills in Bohol and an exciting adventure to Mt.Pinatubo in Tarlac.
The Nature's Beauty of Batanes Islands
similar to that of Scotland and New Zealand.
Beautiful Historical and Heritage places like
Intramuros in Manila, Vigan in Ilocos Norte and Casas de Aquesar Filipino Heritage Houses in Bagak Bataan.
And the beauty of Modern Cities like BGC and Makati CBD where you can find Delicious International Cuisine serves as a buppet or a Fine Dinning in Restaurants and Hotels. A lot of shopping malls to visit and shop like the famous and Beautiful Instagramable Venice Grand Canal Mall, Greenbelt Mall, SM Mall of Asia and Ayala Mall to name some.The Intertainment cities like the Soler Hotel, City of Dreams and the Okada Manila and Casinos where you can see a Multi Color Dancing Fountain that you will enjoy. It's really a more fun to visit and see the Philippines. 👍👍👍🇵🇭👍👍👍

OMG! The landscape has totally changed the flow of water is not as free as before I see a lot of algal growths which aren't good for the water's health and canyoneering. I was there in June of 2019 and it was gorgeous.
I love kawasan falls! We were there in 2015/2017 and it definitely looks different now. The guides are really cautious because some tourists
got into an accident after jumping off a cliff area before the guide. I believe that was closed off. Anyway, glad the Philipines is open again. There is so much to explore! Siargao was beautiful and it's unrecognizable after the typhoon now but it's slowly recovering.
You are having the adventure of your life you dare devil. The omega its seeing the scenery as a bird. And the water in the canyon is so beautiful. Wish I could have done this trip when I was younger, but I would have been too frightened . You are one lucky man. Keep on enjoying, take care and stay safe.🤗

This is like the 4th video I've seen featuring the Kawasan falls after the typhoon but I never get enough of it. Good video. You should have let your guide film you jump so there is an angle from below.
Enjoy Cebu, my hometown, so nice to see it open again to tourists. Explore more towns as it has a lot to offer. I can recommend Samboan, Cebu (so many waterfalls there) , further south from Badian- where Kawasan falls is. Typhoon Odette really changed the landscapes of some towns especially in the South of Cebu.

First time to see Kawasan Falls. Just learned from watching this video that I did Canyoneering when we went to South Cotabato. But Kawasan Falls is the best place for Canyoneering because the creeks and streams are deep. Wow, what a great adventure you had Travis! Cheers for more. Enjoyed watching this video. 😊

I've been to that place before It was much beautiful during that time, I was there. But bcoz of the strong typhoon Odette, there was big CHANGES to the appearance of that place. Travis, it's very slippery there, so you have to be extra careful. Stay Safe! 🌹❤️
