The first time I went to Cebu I did what you are doing trying to visit as many places as possible like Bohol etc, I found it so exhausting and didn't get to enjoy it as much until I took a step back and slowed the pace down. I spent time with the people getting to know them and they all made me feel so welcome as they always do. I have been back many times and not only because it's a beautiful country but also the beautiful people
Here in the Philippines 🇵🇭 all people around the world are welcome a lot of Filipinos are friendly and we treat each other as our family even what country they from ❤️
It is beautiful but u need money to live comfortably, its not as cheap to live in Philippines as what many vloggers make it appear to be. Discounting Travis.

btw I'm from Bohol and studied Tourism but have forgotten the whole history of the place, just remembered like a whiff of it, so I searched it and came across this link with the closest historical content I could remember from what I've learned 4-5 years ago about the place.. 😁 hope it helps.. 😊
I was shocked when I went to philippines, I was used to brown desert for a long time and my eyes was just mesmerized by the color green. So much green.
the drone clips are mesmerizing. they are so beautiful and very much a province. i love seeing the little tiny mountains "chocolate hills" they are naturally stunning!🥰
Philippines has only two season, it's rainy season and sunny season.. The only difference from any other places is that these two season could occur 5 to 6 times in a single day.
Idk but i somehow i agree to this one. I experienced a place where it's raining and when we and my friends went more on the road it became sunny like you could somehow see the division of the rainy and sunny place lol.
I got this info from their official site: Proclamation No. 1037 was signed to this effect on July 1, 1997 declaring the hills as a natural monument and that they are now covered under the National Integrated Protected Areas System (NIPAS) with the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) as the lead implementing agency for its protection. Furthermore, the Philippine House of Representatives introduced House Bill No. 01147 on July 6, 2004 wherein it was reiterated that the hills are a national patrimony and geological monuments, penalizing their plunder, destruction or defacement, and for other purposes. Finally, on May 16, 2006, the DENR submitted the Chocolate Hills of Bohol to the UNESCO World Heritage for inclusion in the list of Natural Monuments because of its outstanding universal value, superlative natural phenomena or areas of exceptional natural beauty. Also, apparently, there have been incidents of mining and quarrying in these areas. I think that's why they don't let people (tourists) wander over the entirety of the Chocolate Hills like Osmeña Peak.
Don't rush on the road, I'm more concerned about your safety than vlogging! Good thing you slow down :) Because of the earthquake that hit the island 2-3 years ago, some of the hills got deformed but overall it was a fantastic sight. You came at the right season where the mounds are starting to get it's brown color
The weather change had me laughing. haha. I can't wait for my trip in August. Hopefully, it is not too rainy on that month. Thanks for this video! The drone clips are fabulous!
Nice to see Bohol through your videos, miss that place, I've been going there often before the pandemic for work. If you want nature trails and such, there is a place in Alicia, Bohol (Northern Part). It is called The Alicia Panoramic Park (TAPP), a great place to hike and to see the natural views of the mountain ranges. The views of it can be seen on the road. Great vids keep them coming.
Awesome! The chocolate hills still looks the same as I remember them. If you want to see the chocolate hills popping out of the water, you can check out Sipalay in Negros island just in the west of Cebu. Philippines still has a lot of hidden gems in Mindanao and in Luzon. Hope you can visit them too
The 2-kilometer long stretch of mahogany trees in Bohol is located between the towns of Bilar and Loboc. Inside the forest, you’ll never see the sun. That’s how thick Bilar man-made forest is. If you’re planning to explore the forest and enjoy the quiet, take an extra sweater with you. Inside the forest, the temperatures are much lower. Bilar-Loboc man-made Forest was planted around 50 years ago as part of a reforestation project. It’s a beautiful place for both locals and tourists to relax and reconnect with nature.
Hi Travis, thank you for showing us the beauty of Bohol. Like the energy the way you discuss everything that you been discovered.🤙Keep exploring and have a safe travel journey.🙏🙏🙏

Hey hey. it's good that you found your way to the Philippines! From Melbourne to the world! Have loads of fun. Hey there's 7000+ islands in the Philippines so you can be there for a while.
#ItsMoreFunInThePhilippines It is called Chocolate Hills because the hills would turn brownish in color during the dry season. It would therefore look like "chocolate" hence the name.
Hi Travis, did you know that you can also rent and do ATV biking and cross along the chocolate hills. If you don't mind, please try also the river cruise in Loboc river or kayaking. You will see ethnics who will welcome you and will give you some presentations. And in the end of it, you will see waterfalls and have some zip line over the peak. Try also Panglao island in Bohol, and see dophins and whale sharks while the sun is just rising up over the horizon. It's the perfect time to see them because of the sunlight that will glitter through the water. Many people will assist you there.
Nice view, man made forest in bohol and the chocolate hills. Bohol is the neighboring island of cebu, cebu to negros island and negros to guimaras island and panay island, lots of nice view to offer.
