Oooo... your mystery spot: it actually shows up as transport related! It was that funny sandy brown colour when you put in the new cargo routes! I'm wondering if it was a strange artefact of your initial placement of the subway depot. You might want to try dropping the land around to match height and then see if you can attach some subway line to it... you might then be able to delete the lot? And I hate to say it but... you don't need to delete the young trees to put in older ones. There's a "replace" toggle that lets you age the trees that are already in place. Great harbour extension too!
At first I thought of making a small island in Lake Lonar and making a prison there. After I looked again, the prison made more sense in a poisoned forest with a smaller lake and an island in the middle, making it difficult for prisoners to escape. The area was perfect for a prison, secluded on a small island surrounded by poisonous forests.
One thing about industrial zoning and smoke clouds: The smoke depends not on the lot size but on the industrial branch of the building. If you click on it, you can see which one. if there is smoke, you can just keep bulldozing the building and letting it regrow until you get a branch without big smoke clouds
I think extending the subway to the railway station at the harbour (with one station in between somewhere in the industrial area) would work fine. And there are still some trucks using the parking site close to the harbour causing problems.
On 18:03 either Broad lane or signals in that intersection should be deleted because it’s causing a traffic. That parking lot is also causing trucks to enter to make illegal turns
Ok, this is a very small thing I noticed, but at 29:07 two of the pedestrian paths on either side of the large road are quite close together, so maybe there should be a sidewalk on the main road there?
Maybe try to add some sound barriers on highways near homes. Those settlements squished between two highways don’t look so attractive. Love the content ❤
i had this single path tile problem before, my solution was dragging another path over it and then i could delete it after i deleted the just drawn path.
at the beginning of Infrastructurist's new Riverview video (at about 1m40) he says something about anarchy mod allowing him to delete things he otherwise wouldn't have been able to delete, perhaps this is something that could help with your random undeletable sinkhole. I have no idea if its related but as soon as i heard hm talk about it, i thought of your problem, worth a try?
Try toggling to underground mode and see if you can delete it. I've seen a couple of places where I've build that were similar to that one and they were technically underground.

I think that little dot is a node of one glitchy transportation line, it happened to me as well in one of my city
I agree, I had a similar thing when moving train stations around, it's like a node of the station. I didn't find a way to remove it though!

Noted. Will be removing that parking lot as I also noted the trucks cutting through it.
The traffic problem can be fixed by having cross-roads linking up the two parallel roads in the industrial area.
My worry is the cross road creating traffic on the main road. But it's worth a test to see what happens.
Had a really stressful day, and this helped me calm down quickly. My headache is instantly gone.

The roads I used by default have side walks so it should be fine?

I agree, but that's the look I'm going for. These are areas in the outskirts which aren't meant to be very attractive.
