Been watching Jerry since you introduced him on your channel, dude has mad skills man!! It has been exciting watching him at the new place & no doubt he will make HIS home even better this go around!! I can't wait to see his outdoor mancave because the one in Jupitor was sick so you know he will be blowing us out of the water with that too!! I was almost crying when you guys were talking about how much you guys love the animals. And the hangout spot in the monitor cage is an amazing idea. I am so excited! I cannot wait to see it complete. I don't know if you guys know what it means to some of us that you show us your amazing animals and let us into your lives. I would love to have something like what you guys have and I enjoy watching and seeing you interact and love all your babies. 😊
It's not to late to sub to Jerry's channel. You can binge watch him building that structure. Also it's fun to watch him learning to be an on-camera personality and refine his editing skills.

I've been watching Jerry work his @$$ off building the new enclosures and painting the house, and endless other work involved for him to make this move! He is truly a Renaissance man, so accomplished, and quite easy on the eyes as well! 😂

Yes.... So well planned and executed. All that Jerry has learned through experience, he is improving upon in this new facility. By explaining how he builds in security, he is showing others how to raise reptiles responsibly which is an argument against further government over-reach in Florida ! I am so, so impressed , happy and EXCITED to watch all this develop. And... when Kenan visits, he can also go biking before climbing back in the truck. ...and the place was even blessed by the Turtle Momma !

Jerrys new property is awesome, definitely a dream property & will be one of the best/coolest set ups when done. His enclosures and the quality/attention to detail makes everyone elses look half assed, out dated and bad lol. He truely is talented at building etc and does it right !

Finally, someone’s doing what I’ve been suggesting for years about having a big play area for one of the animals. That’s what I’ve been telling Brian Barczek to do at his new facility that he’s making. What you do is you have one big huge area or an enclosure that you can either let some animals run around for the day to get a little bit more room and then you trade them out from animal to animal so that one day you could have a monitor lizard out there and the next day you could have a huge snake out there or a tortoise or whatever and then you can also use that space for animal encounters. If you’re some facility that has people come and experience the animals. Every time I watch Brian’s videos I feel kind of bad for.Brillo the armadillo, and sometimes Matilda also. This way, even if the cages are a little bit cramped for some part of the day, they can be let out into a larger space.
Jerry you know you will fill those cages..lol can't wait!

LOVE how excited you both are! Jerry's concept for the play area is such a cool upgrade. Sucks that he has to move and redo a bunch of his work, but it's not hard to see that it will be a massive improvement over an already incredible property and setup. Kudos!

I mentioned it before to Jerry, I think it would be a good idea to have all of the individual ponds drain back to a wetlands style feature/filtration system inside the "rec" area. Clean water can be pumped to each pond (with a valve to adjust flow) creating mini waterfalls to aerate/agitate. This will eliminate the need to fill and consequently forget and flood lol.
In regard to heating of the hide boxes, I'm guessing you get plenty of sun there so would it be worth looking into solar powered hydraunic heating and have pipes buried under the hides that circulate hot water on a thermostat.

Shipping containers make great tiny homes, or so I've seen on utoob videos. They're built to take the salty water of ocean crossings, so should be fine in Florida. Perhaps raised on piles to be above ground.

In the more chilled time of year, you could be wrapped the Monitor area with polytunnel plastic, that would help hold heat.

its fun seeing jerry's evolution of becoming more comfortable in front of the camera. i can literally see him improving. and i have learned a lot from him. both animal care and behavior. and the building tips are great as well. absolutely love it.
Really nice property. When I finally move back to Florida, will be looking into a larger, secluded lot. I will be looking further north, but don’t plan on keeping any exotics.
Having a stocked pond on property is a bonus, especially since he has water monitors and likes fishing. When I return, having a water feature on or near the property is a must.
Always nice seeing these videos. Having friends in the hobby and movement is important, you always demonstrate that in your videos.
