God this song got me through some shit back in 2011. Well maybe it didn't help that much, but I certainly sat in the car immersed in it on the daily. 😂 Still a very powerful song and I love that she sang the original arrangement for the "I beg" part in the 3rd chorus, which was always my favorite part of the song. It has been so interesting being the same age as Adele and growing up with her music, so deeply relating to so many of the different feelings and phases that go with thise different times of life. 30 is particularly great because, like most people at 30, she is finally grappling with her own accountability in relationships gone wrong and in her own personality flaws that she has had enough time to identify/reflect on. Such a brilliant artist.
