    The random micro-rest intervals reminds me of the concept of dropout in Artificial Neural Networks.

      @@Knightfall21 Dropout is a technique used in training neuralnet models to prevent it of memorising data exactly. Instead dropout forces it to learn the underlying pattern and therefore generalise better.
      Dropout is cutting some connections (at random) during training of the neural network. So they won't activate and signals would be dampened at random.
      Brings in noise essentially

    How often should i do micro-intervals ? Every 5-7-10 minutes or whenever i want ? Couldn't find any information about this.

    The only way I can think of to insert the 10 second breaks at truly random intervals would be to somehow connect code for a random number generator to an audio device, though that just sounds like it would put certain people on edge.

    Insert 10 second reading time randomly in a long learning session
