According to Jura's site specs you can use a two stage wand on this for manual frothing.It has the connector system that is compatible with various cappucino frothers and water nozzles.

My Jura C60 is stuck on "Switch Open or Switch Closed" on the right side of machine and won't brew until I do something with the switch. We really don't use the frothier at all ... help, how do I get past the switch problem. I've tried unplugging, removing the tray to reset. Not working.

Just bought one. Glad I found the video cause the manual was in microfiche. :-) Makesgreat coffee. Now if i can figure out how to make hot water and how to use the pregrounf=d feature?

What is the life-span of these machine? Considering making the investment but if it only lasts a couple of years I'll stick with my french press.

Is there some difference between c60 and c55? Thank you, i can't make decision which is better.

Hello mujucet100, The C55 looks quite similar, but we have not had a chance to review that particular machine as it is not available in the United States. - Sarah

God this machine is TERRIBLE. The design is just lousy. It has problems everywhere. For starters, the dump bin is too small. You have to empty it out every two days. Next, it just does not make espresso. I've fiddled with the settings and read the poorly written manual 10 times. It just makes muddy coffee when you put it on espresso setting. And the "espresso" always tastes smudgy or grimy no matter what brand coffee I use.
It also constantly has problems when using ground beans. They claim it can make coffee when preground but all it does is dump the coffee straight into the dump bin and spit hot water after it!
I will never use this silly brand again. It's just an overpriced paperweight. Get another brand.
