Girl I'm a certified phlebotomist here, I just wanted to tell you veins DO NOT roll. A lot of medical professionals will tell you that as an excuse for missing. What actually happens is that they're not inserting the needle fast enough and your vein kind of bounces to the other side. Also never let one person stick you more than twice! That's a rule 2 sticks and they're out. I'm sorry you had such a horrible experience. I love you lots! ❤️
Damn, I wish I knew they were only supposed to try twice. 😂 I had a woman try 7 times and refuse to use the machine to see where the vein is, or get someone else. 😩
But isn’t it true that they’re supposed to dig around once they’re in our they didn’t get it? To avoid sticking over and over? I saw that in a nursing video
Omg I didnt know they could only do it twice! When I got my gal bladder removed I had two nurses poke both of my arms atleast 12 times😩😩they said my veins were very small so that’s why they couldn’t get one! After my surgery my arms were full of black and blue bruises it was horrible! And to top it off I’m afraid of needles 😩😒
When I was in the hospital when I was pregnant with my daughter I was drove to Denver two and a half hours away because I had preeclampsia and the I had several nurses in the room and the one trying to put an iv in kept saying I was too puffy to get a needle in she tried 3 times and kept digging and she was trying to get the inner sides of my wrists which fucking hurt then the second nurse got it in the first try 🙄🙄
hold up!!!! i’m a dental assistant okkk. WHY THE HELLLLL is the receptionist putting needles in your body and not answering phones?😂 where are the other employees??! omg this is a horror story for realll. that office is so sketchy 😧😭
I work as a receptionist at a dental office and this is somewhat common. If the office does not make enough money, people will run multiple things. I handle the front but in our office it is only 3 of us. 2 receptionist and 1 doctor. My doctor sometimes will ask for assistance. I wouldnt not say these things aren't supposed to happen but in some places it is common as long as you are following the laws for a certain state. Some states require that the assistant is able to do almost the same job as the doctor. This is very legal
@@whitesox2624 Right. That's my experience too, you should know that it's common to work in the reception too, especially if you work there yourself. But I don't know, maybe it's not that common where this commenter works.
Wtf Nikki 😨😰 you should've sued right away and filed a police report asap. The infiltration most likely happened cuz their negligent assess didn't listen to you and damaged a vein to the point where the iv just leaked out.😬 You could've filed a medical malpractice lawsuit and gotten some compensation girl! Glad you're okay, loved the storytime, I was having a pretty bad day and my depression was just a little more . Than usual, so you couldn't have posted at a better time 💙💕
My mom used to work in a hospital and help out nurses and do little tasks. Nurses didn’t like, one of the tasks she told me she had to do a lot was put IVs in people and when she first was learning, she did this exact thing. thankfully, the woman totally understood and my mom knew it was a possibility and it was a teaching hospital so the woman knew it was a possibility also but if you’ve seen it before you definitely know it if you happen to see it again or if you’ve just learned about it

Girrrlll, all these unprofessional dentists are ruining everyones experiences I had 4 teeth removed when I was like seven and remember crying during it and the dentist raised his hand at me like he was going to hit me and essentially said "stop crying before I make you cry" and long story short my dad had a situation with him as well and I haven't been back to a dentist until this year and they were so surprised at how well I took care of my teeth and I'm planning to get my wisdom teeth out by the end of the year so pray for me lolol ♡♡
I would've have sued the shit out of them! I had my wisdom teeth removed when I was 18 its been a couple years and everytime my emotions are heightened my gums hurt like theres still teeth there
Maybe your nerves were affected somehow? I know there are nerves that go into the pulp of the tooth so pulling out your wisdom teeth could’ve caused damages to them.
I’ve had an awful experience as well. I had been in an accident and my finger was ripped open. Sooo, when I went to the hospital to have the bandages replaced, I was crying cuz it hurt so much to have them peeled off. The nurse told me to stop crying and be a big girl about it (I was 7 at the time.) she just rips off the bandage from my finger and puts my hand into a solution. I started screaming and my dad came in asking what was happening. Turns out, my finger nail was stuck to the bandage, from the blood (there wasn’t non stick gauze then.) she ripped off my nail and put my exposed bed into a solution of saline and peroxide. I almost fainted from the pain. She was reported and I didn’t see her after that
Girl when I say I understand on so many levels about the difficult veins. Like I recently had surgery (September 21st) and it took them 10mins to find my vein. They tried in my right wrist on the inside and it was painful af and I guess they being ruptured or something because I was left with a bruise. Then they tried my left arm NEAR the crease of my elbow but not quite in the crease and that ish hurt too, I have a really bad fear of needles and really bad anxiety so I was freaking out and no lie I started crying (they were supposed to give me 2 IVs for the surgery I was having done but once they saw my fear they chose not to give me the second one, in their words “they didn’t want to traumatize me”. Girl when I say I just wanted my dad so much (I was 1 hour and 30mind away, my dad picked up my son from school and took him to his taekwondo graduation since I couldn’t be there so I was completely alone during this whole thing) but girl your story just made my fear of IVs even worse idek what I would do if that happened to me 😭😭 Sorry for the long post hope you and your family are great and I can’t wait to finally meet baby Ezra 🤗🤗🤗♥️♥️♥️
Nikki you need to do a "exposing your secrets" when your feeling better and when you have the time. Cause honestly that would be the perfect thing for you.

Girl you’re such an inspiration! I love, love, love watching your vids!!! I swear anytime you’re faced with an obstacle, you use that as motivation to pull through. I’ve had six molars removed and girl let me tell you, I was not put under so I was wide awake for all of it! Nikki!!!! You inspire me sm, tbh. I want to do my own story times when I’m older, and I’m always so excited for your videos because they inspire and entertain me SOOOO much. Love u lots boo keep slayin 😘💕
I had all of my four wisdom teeth out on the same day, oddly enough I didn't feel any pain after, or numb, I was able to talk once I was up. Haha I was still high though, and my face was swollen from the surgery and I kept saying some funny shit like "at least I didn't die" or when I asked what was in my mouth, my mom answered me saying they were the gauze, I shit you not I looked in the mirror and said "Gaaaaaaaaaaaauze", and was just poking at my swollen cheeks on my face lol xD. The most hilarious moment ever HAHA
Ouuuu girlll😩I got this notification and got happy gurlll💕🤭I was excited 😜 do anybody else get excited when you get a yt notification and it’s Nikki💍I know I do!!!!
I’ve been an OG follower since I can remember and your still the best youtuber and no one can replace you!! Your my most favourite and you don’t sound like you lie in your story times
The second she grabbed my hand I would've called for my mom. Idgaf. My mom is a nurse and knows what to look for and ask about to make sure i don't get hurt. If your mom would've seen how they were grabbing you, I feel like she would've raised hell like no other. And so would my mom if that were me.
Omfg, I have the same problem with my veins and it sucks. When I was getting an EKG done last year, they also needed blood work. So they used my left arm (inside of elbow) and kept sticking the dang needle in and then out until she eventually got frustrated and moved to my right hand. And she did the same thing, except when it was inside of my hand, she moved it around while it was in. I stayed silent through the whole thing but I could feel my body heating up, I was getting light headed, and I felt like I was going to throw up. The bruises they left were...ugh.
Oh my gosh girl!!!! Honestly this gives me a tiny bit of comfort just because this has happened to me so many times before! I have horrible veins that are super tiny and with my heart condition, over the years nurses have blown multiple veins trying to get IV's and blood work. So they are completely shot. I have to get weekly infusions and my veins are so fragile that it can't be turned up to full speed because it will blow the vein. I now have a Port 🙌🏼 which has been a life saver when I need an IV. My issue is, EVERY TIME I mention, I'm a very hard stick, my veins are tiny and tend to roll, your best shot is with a butterfly needle. They get so rude with me, EVERY DANG TIME!!!! And ignore everything I say. It's always attitude that they know what they are doing... Yada yada. My thing is, I don't Doubt you've been doing this for years, that's fantastic, but I know my body better than you do! Recently I went in for blood work and said my spiel about my veins and that my right arm has better luck, I got chewed out. It was horrible and I ended up passing out because they took a ton of blood and I have a blood volume issue, but before I did I mention I felt like I was going to and she hit me with, " OH YOU CANT SAY THAT IN HERE! We don't say that in here that's serious, you're fine!" **passes out** I go back a week later, get the same nurse. I decide not to say anything about my veins this time and just tell her "feel free to look around." I get chewed out again!!!!!(after multiple sticks) I couldn't win with her. Girl I've got some stories! I hope everything goes well with your surgery! LOVED THE VIDEO!!!!! It sounds like something that's happened to me❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ love you girl, sending quick healing magic your way.❤️
Beauty By Kylee god bless you and nicki❤️I hate needles and just imagining them digging in for veins multiple times and having trouble with it I literally cannot.🤦♀️
I'm a NICU nurse, and do IVs and blood draws in babies that weigh a pound. Babies can have some terrible veins, but we typically always get them. I've noticed that people who do IVs and blood draws in older kids and adults aren't that great at IVs. 🤷 You're able to get a NICU nurse to come if they have a NICU if you ever need an IV
Omgawd like I’ve been like sooooo happy (and entertained) since I found your channel . Nikki I love you soooo 😍😍 if I’m sad I watch your videos and it makes my day😊☺️☺️😘😘
Yuuuusssss made my whole week with a notification of a new upload from you Nikki!! 1) you got this with your next wisdom teeth removal, ask all the questions that you need to ask the Dentist 2) I'm only halfway through and this dental office already has me all the way bent out of shape with the lack of patient care AND , being a dental assistant myself, your mom had every right to be in that room with you before the surgery started if you wanted her in there; I still ask the parent or significant other if they want to be in the room with the patient. 3) It literally made my blood boil when you talked about the assistant and doctor digging around with the dang needle trying to find your vein. That irritates the mess out of me when someone in healthcare doesn't actually listen to the patient or try to accommodate 4) UH NOOOO THAT'S ONE SKETCHY DENTIST WHO DOESN'T DESERVE TO HAVE A LICENSE! NAW! Nikki did you sign a consent form for the procedure??? THAT DUDE SHOULD BE SUED. BEST BELIEVE I WOULD'VE MOVED MY HAND RIGHT BACK WHERE IT WAS- WHERE MOM COULD SEE IT! Sorry for the rant lol. You'll do great girl! I hope that you have a way better experience this time. ^.^
Girl I had an awful experience with dentist when I was 16, I legit did not go back until I was 22. Straight up refused and had panic attacks for years about it. Hate dentist even now.
OMG ! I Feel Your Pain Girl !!!!!! It Is Always A Struggle To Draw My Blood. Either they can't find a vein and if they find one, they can't hit it, and if they hit it, only a little blood comes out, so they always have to stick again anyway... Last time I had to have my blood drawn it took 3 nurses and 45 minutes! One nurse started and she ended up sticking the needle once in both my left and right arm. She didn't get any blood so she brings another nurse.. The new nurse tries to stick my right arm, but doesn't get any blood so she tries both my right and my left hand aswell. She only get's a little blood, but then another nurse comes and asks if she should try.. She tries once in my left hand and get's a little blood. Then once in my left arm before she asks if she can try in my wrist! She ends up trying in both my left and right wrist . After that she told me that she though they had enough blood to do the most important tests. I believe, I have a pretty high pain tolerance, so I don't think it hurts, but when they dig to try and see, if they can hit it, it is SO uncomfortable! But at least all 3 nurses were pretty nice, and there was a spider-man sticker on the ceiling, so I had something to look at 😂😂
Omg going to the dentist gives me such anxiety and your story literally had me squirming in my seat haha. I can’t watch when they stick me with needles either, and I don’t even have difficult veins lmao 😂
Omg i used to watch your videos so often but stopped bc i got so busy with work & school & im just now finding out that you had a baby!!!!! I’m SHOOK, I’m so happy for you 😭😭😭💖💖💖💖
As a Dentist, I find it shocking at how completely unprofessional this dentist acts. The Dentist should NEVER perform a clinical procedure JUST because the patient says so. Here is some advise to anyone wishing to remove their wisdoms or any dental surgery: its always better to do any surgery In a HOSPITAL RATHER THAN A DENTAL CLINIC. The nurses are more experienced with giving IV ( needles ) and if any complication/emergency were to happen, like an allergic reaction to the anaesthesia or a heart attack, (which is MORE COMMON THAN YOU THINK) there are always specialised Doctors there to help.
Well there are oral surgeons that do perform these specialized jobs. That's what there job is. I'm sure the doctors at a clinic know what to do. This doctor in particular probably didnt really know or had little experience. But I wouldnt just say to go to a hospital. There are specialized clinic for these types or surgery's, hence oral surgeons
What’d you do to take care of your hand? Did it just go away on its own, or did you have to go to another doctor/the ER, or..? The dentist freaks me out, I’ve always had bad experiences. I had an infected baby tooth when I was young, so they had to remove it. They gave me the laughing gas (I was and still am afraid of needles) and it didn’t do SHIT. So I felt the entire extraction. As well as them doing multiple fillings at the same time. My mom said she heard me screaming and crying from the waiting room.
Was anyone else legit having anxiety watching this storytime lol my heart was beating the whole time. Sounded like a crazy lifetime movie 😭 omg thank God you were ok Nikki!
When you said the dentist always takes X-rays it reminded me of when one of my baby teeth wouldn't fall out but was loose and my dentist took an X-ray of my teeth then ripped it out with his hand.
When your queen comes with a storytime you be like " let me get my popcorn on lock girl cuz we bout to have STORYTIME!! (I know I commented twice but my queen worth the most comments in the world. All with positivity)

AYYE EVERYBODY MOMMA NIKKI IS GON BE LIT WITH HER WINE🤣🤣❤️❤️🙌🏽🙌🏽💀💀😭😭

I’ve been an OG follower since I can remember and your still the best youtuber and no one can replace you!! Your my most favourite and you don’t sound like you lie in your story times
You will not believe how much I have missed you 💗
You don’t understand how happy I am that you posted. Insomnia is kicking my ass rn
Wait, was this guy middle eastern? because the same thing happened to me but over here in California and he fled the state..
Dr Smith doesn't sound middle eastern.
How so? Dr. Smith isn't his real name tho if that's what you mean.
@@JB-ie6dn i mean nikki did say that was the name but i wouldn't know. I was just trying to say that Dr.Smith doesn't sound like a middle eastern name
She doesn’t use real names
What type of stereotype is this?
Gotta love when Mama Glamour is in the storyyyy🤣😂😂
Been waiting the longest
i just don’t understand how she can remember all these stories. I don’t even remember what i ate one hour ago 😂 But love you Nikki!!!!❤️❤️
We don't say that in here that's serious, you're fine!" **passes out**
I go back a week later, get the same nurse.
Nikki I love you soooo 😍😍 if I’m sad I watch your videos and it makes my day😊☺️☺️😘😘
34:10 Mama glamour sounds like such a fierce queen!!!🙌🙌👑
“I suffer in Silence pretty well”...me every day 😂
Yasss drop everything! The queen 👑 has posted!! 💕
Yuuuusssss made my whole week with a notification of a new upload from you Nikki!!
1) you got this with your next wisdom teeth removal, ask all the questions that you need to ask the Dentist
2) I'm only halfway through and this dental office already has me all the way bent out of shape with the lack of patient care AND , being a dental assistant myself, your mom had every right to be in that room with you before the surgery started if you wanted her in there; I still ask the parent or significant other if they want to be in the room with the patient.
3) It literally made my blood boil when you talked about the assistant and doctor digging around with the dang needle trying to find your vein. That irritates the mess out of me when someone in healthcare doesn't actually listen to the patient or try to accommodate
4) UH NOOOO THAT'S ONE SKETCHY DENTIST WHO DOESN'T DESERVE TO HAVE A LICENSE!
It's like I could feel the pain you were going through and I winced through the entire video 😣 I'm glad you're okay💜💜💜
4:12 I remember this storytime. #glamazons
Tamia’s Storytimes when I heard this part of the story time I was thinking “doesn’t she already have a story time of this”
Yay you uploaded!!!! But I'm pissed girl. I can't even imagine someone doing that to me, I would feel so helpless and scared 😠
Sis deserves wayyy more subscribers
Gurl i got the notification while at work but now that im off, you best believe i got me some food ready for this story time 😍👌😁
I have the same vein issue VERBATEUM!! the small rolling veins, the nurses fishing for them. when I was little I was once stuck 12 times!!
I have really small veins but they don't roll it is terrible
Omg i used to watch your videos so often but stopped bc i got so busy with work & school & im just now finding out that you had a baby!!!!! I’m SHOOK, I’m so happy for you 😭😭😭💖💖💖💖
Momma glamour to the rescue damn 💗
I have HCM and had my 4 teeth removed in a clinic, the heart attack risk was very high
Who noticed that the Glamazonshot was a fan account of the actual Kalani Hilliker from Dance Moms???!!
About to watch this video twice! Thats how much I love you & your vids! 💜💖💕
I feel bad for your hand! That was nasty!
GIRL I see you going above and beyond with that editing! Love you so much!
When you were talking about the needles and viens I started to feel numb because I hate needles too😭😭
Finally!!!! I’m so addicted to your story times
Adrian Maxwell yeah same here (except mine was a cavity.) they probably could only do small doses
Laughing gas isn't a numbing thing it's just supposed to calm you and help with anxiety they still have to numb you.
I hope you’re healing well from surgery 💕 Thank god Mama Glamour was there for you, she’s a real one!
YAAASSSS WE LOVE A QUEEEEENNNN😍😍😍😍😍
