Another Great video & full of great content. Here’s a tip for you…bend the top of that hook up a little on the swimbait…similar to bending frog hooks. When you set the hook it will usually always go right in the roof of the mouth & rarely ever loose one.
Ott thanks for all you help, I,m from Michigan and I took my son to a local river with heavy pond weed, cat tails and pads hoping to find a large mouth or two. I decided to use a Berkeley max scent creature hawk, black blue fleck on a 2/0 ewg and fished it weightless. To my surprise, I thought it was a log, I pulled in a 20” bowfin. Was not expecting that but it was fun. Thanks again for you tips softy plastics work better for me in Michigan.
Thanks Ott for the tips on September baits. Texas rig and swimbaits are my favorites. I have been using the Owner twistlock beast hook for the swimbait and it works well.
What about the first week of October Fort Loudon Tellico fishing fishing tournament from could I use a buzzbait too also in the morning time and also what about a pearl a pearl fluke with white 7:00 till 3:00
If you're throwing it weightless, just put a pop rivet in it, and make it a line through with a trouble! There is no perfect answer for that current messes real fish up sometimes, there's no way a soft plastics got to run perfect every time!
Great tips Ott. man I love my East Tennessee river fishing! Spend a lot of time on the Noli.
Thank you for your willingness to share ! Plan to use these on a (Decompression session ) soon !!
Great info. I’ve seen some good looking treble set ups using coffee straws. Looking forward to seeing what you come up with.

Another great training video! Thanks so much. I always learn a lot from every one of your videos. Have a good and godly day!
Special thanks Ott for the swimbait and worm tip. I will be looking out for your grey jet boat on the South Holston Fork when I am bank fishing.
I’m moving to Johnson city this month so this is very helpful even though I’m bank bound
Great stuff Ott
I’m ready for a change. August on Lanier was rough. Great video as always!
Thanks for the info and taking your time to do so really helps local anglers to learn be blessed

Great picks ! Thanks for sharing 🎣 👍 like watching your videos 📹 😀
Thanks for the tips! I’ll have to try them out and let you know how it works for me
I hope they do!
I just watched a video of another guy that rigs his swim baits very similar. I’m going to try this next time out.
It worked, 3/16 on Magnum worm paid off. Caught 2 over 3lb in hot weather less than 2 hours.
Nice!
Love the bait videos ! Ready for September !
Thanks once again Ott 🎣
Thank you, Ott!

Buzz bait for sure. That fluke would work too
@@OttDeFoeFishing thanks you
I can see the treble hook as an add on to a ball head as well.
I bet it would
The last week of august was especially bad for tandem spinnerbaits. The moss clogs up the swivels really bad
No cranks? 🧐
Hey try west point lake in ga they share water ala
outstanding!
Any trick for keeping that swimbait upright in current?
