Ott your a great dude. A man of God. Faith family and fishing. That gets a lot of respect in my book. I wish there were a lot more like us. The world is so wicked. Let's pray for em. And then let's go get a turkey and a few bigggggs. Great information for a lot of young/novice anglers. And I even learn a thing or two every now and again. Thanks buddy.
Thank you for all the info ive been very resistant to wacky rigged worms but im breaking down and trying it this year and all the info has been really helpful in my tackle selection
Great job on these videos, Ott! Side note for you, this video did not make it to the Pick 4 playlist. It was kind of like bass, sometimes they are not where you expect them to be! Thanks again for sharing your knowledge with us.
Congrats Ott, on your 2nd 2022 win at the Harris Chain. I just watched the rerun of the MLF tournament championship round. I missed it yesterday because I was out fishing bass fishing with my son. 73.14 lbs of fish...SMOKED the field. The 4 minute penalty for using "those long toes" to save a 3 1/2 lb bass made it worth it. Congrats again.
Well here in East Texas turkeys are a very rare thing so no hunting but I’m always hunting for fish!! I got wacky rig tied on year round but none of those others!!! Gotta go back to boat nod for tomorrow!!! Thanks man good luck hunting!!
Thanks for the advice you gave us!! I have my worms & frogs ready for Lake Fork. Hope to see you at Lake Palestine!! Go find those monster bass there!!
Great tips as always sir!! Just wondering if that small swim jig with the little blades that you used in Florida last year have been released. if so, who makes them. Thanks for all that you do for fishing and putting Gods word out.
I love buzz bait, my favorite. Any recommendations in Arkansas the lake I fish seems to always flood 3-8 ft every time around this year? Thanks for all you do, Happy Fishing!
Great channel, great video tips love watching. Also my most favorite crankbaits, slim and tiny!! Also have question on the bass pro carbon lite rods… I have started switching over from favorite to carbon lite rods love the way they feel. They fit me very well. I know you like them as well I’m having a problem of them turning yellow (the shaft) wondering if you are having the same problem. Thanks!!!
I was fishing a BFL once on Guntersville in April. Everyone was throwing the spinnerbait. I lost mine on the first cast. I had just watch Worming with Woo and saw the part on fishing a floating worm on grass. He was using a pink one so I had bought some to try. I ended up 5th with over 19 lbs fishing it weightless texas rigged like a fluke.
Do you ever use a tube on your buzzbait when you are fishing around smallmouth? I have always felt like the profile with a toad for smallies is a bit to much?
What you said at first, about not feeling the bite is why I don’t care what line I use it’s all bs . I fish in mass , ct and ri I’ve fished deep clear lakes and literally watched bass suck baits up and never felt it .
