I can't believe this was a 1990 model. This car looks ANCIENT by today's standards!!! So classic
"Modern" Classic! 😉
I'm speechless. My dream car. The color is exquisite.
I have it's twin for sale in Indiana
@@81fleetwoodcoupe41 I'm in Indiana!!!
81 fleetwood coupe do u still have the car for sale
I agree
I just bought one 1986 50 thousand miles
You could literally live and sleep in this car for days seeing how comfortable and soft those seats look!
Overnight maybe but not for days youd make it smelly inside. Lol
When a Cadillac was a Cadillac. Man, does that car make a statement when you drive that out on the town! You're the King of the road!
Yes when they were built to last.
beautiful had a dozen of them .
back in 1990, the old time cadillac guys found this car to be downsized, boxy and hideous. they looked at it and said "caddilac just aint a caddilac any more".
The Cadillac cts V are very good and reliable cars , Cadillacs are still great just depends on what Cadillac
Back when Cadillac was perfectly happy building American style luxury cars and not trying to be Audi.
Miss these big Cadillacs. This one is beautiful
The 90-92 caddys that are 5.7 liters are the ones you want. Great engine!
Back when Cadillac used to make an elegant looking car. It was all about presence, luxury, a quiet cabin and separation from the ills of the road.
Now they are just Chevvys with fluffy seats.
If you blindfold someone and drive them round carefully in this car, they'll have no idea you're driving round. This is the smoothest driving car. Modern Cadillacs just can't compare.
Absolutely stunning!
You can keep your Ferraris and Lamborghinis .
To me this has a million times more personality!
Agreeed
I also agree!
The 90-92 Brougham is hands down my favorite automobile period.❤❤❤
(I thought I wouldn't like the VFD digital gauges, but they grew on me)
The Front door speakers are part of the Bose GM Sound System. It included maps and was an option 90-93 and well worth the money!
Those built in systems were perfect loved playing my favourite tracks on them
I remember riding in these as a kid and it felt like you were floating on a cushion of air. You cant find that no more granted luxury cars ride very well. But nothing compares to that old cadillac ride.
This is my definition of what I call a 24 Karat Cadillac!!!!! I’m also very partial to the 1973 and the 1974-76 models. That champagne color with the chocolate roof is by far the best contrasting color scheme for any luxury car. I just want to park it in the shade and stare at it!!!!!!!
Your spot on about the rare champagne color
I always wanted a Cadillac like this...
Never too late. Stack that bread up
Chris G Yeah... that's true....
@Paul Lunsford Thanks. Your right about this. I need to save and be patient... I actually live in Atlanta GA.
@Paul Lunsford Wow.... New York was great. I had to get used to seeing traffic officers on the sidewalks. The roasted chestnuts were amazing. We don't have that here in the south. I will certainly have to stack up to get in a Cadillac like this one. I drove one once and I fell in love with it.
I had one. Except it had the HT4100. Else I'd probably still have it.
Gorgeous car! I love my 1990 Brougham d' Elegance! Mine has 170k miles and the engine is still powerful and car drives well.
I have NEVER seen those speaker pods before in any Brougham. That must have been a super rare option back in 1990 to have the CD player.
Bose upgraded stereo system with amplifier and extra speakers
@@m.c.a3121 I've seen them on other Cadillacs but never the Broughams. The Broughams have a different speaker design than the other Cadillacs due to the old style door panel.
@@klwthe3rd yeah, my mom talked my dad into the option when they ordered her Cadillac. The reason the speakers are so pronounced because the panels were not very deep. Amazing Sound quality over the stock delco cassette heads.
It wasn't a popular option, and the placement of the speakers was terrible as folks would kick the pods exiting and entering the vehicle. Eventually ripping them off.
@@LynxStarAuto Yeah I agree 😁
Beautiful car and top, wish you would have popped the hood and trunk , so that we can see the engine and that massive trunk with the self closing mechanism. That Car brings back memories because I owned a 1989 Fleetwood “bro ham” or brother-man, that’s what we called it down south. I remember telling my grandmother a Cadillac was going to be my first car and when I moved from new Iberia, Louisiana to Jacksonville, North Carolina. I found a dark grey while serving in the Marine Corps with a beautiful leather top , That was immaculate inside and ran like a champ.
Beautiful car, Anthony. Love the contrasting Dark Brown canvas top, against the Light Brown Metallic body with the the matching button tuffed, pillow top leather interior, and accented by the wire wheelcovers, and the gold striped, whitewall tires. Wow!
This Cadillac really lives up to it's Brougham d'Elegance (day-ella-ganz) moniker.
I learned to drive in my mom’s 1989 Sedan Deville in this exact color combination. My parents special ordered it in Dallas at Roger Meyer Cadillac where they bought all of the caddy’s we owned. The top on hers was called a landau top. It was a factory special option exactly like this one, only that the Sedan Deville had the raised ridges across the top like a true ragtop would have. We had the gold keys, the wire wheel hubcaps and all. The Antelope Fire-mist was a higher priced paint option and absolutely stunning in the sunlight. Granted hers was the smaller caddy compared to yours, (even thought it was way longer than the tiny 88 model) but I’d have to agree with a few other posters here that said the Brougham was looking really old at that point. However it was still a statement of class and status for sure! I loved the headlights, tail lights, and rocker panel cladding trim that they put on the brougham, I remember thinking when it came out, man, they should have done that 10 years earlier. Enjoy your beautiful Cadillac! Blessings from TX!
Very nice indeed, everything. The gold key adds a classy touch & very stylish. The small details is what makes these old cars more appreciated. Good job Anthony
Anthony that car is breath taking! No wonder it is in your collection! I just love it! Surprised there is no moon roof. Just gorgeous from color on down! Wish I had it! I am a Lincoln guy but this car sweeps me off my feet!
OH MAN! I had this exact car in 1995 and I LOVED IT!. Unfortunately it got stolen and was never seen again. Still the Best Caddy of all.
At least that crook had some class.
How does anyone steal.one of these ?
Breathtaking..... a real gem.
Absolutely love everything about this car. New Cadillacs don't have this american charm anymore. Luxury cars are all the same nowadays.
This Cadillac is amazing. I'm going to need to travel to get these kinda beauties. Like seeing the beautiful Cadillacs you post
Beautiful Caddy. My Uncle Marc had a 1993 Brougham D'Elegance in Maroon red with red vinyl top and red crushed velour interior. I only rode in it once but will always remember the sound of the doors closing like a vault door. Back when Cadillac was a true full size luxury car !
Legendary beautiful car. Total masterpiece. There's no way I'd spend 30 G's on these plastic buckets today. Even if I won the lottery,I'm buying this car. Very familiar with Royal Seal tires. Top notch tire in the 80's-90's. Still are I think.
thanks for sharing! I have an 83 Fleetwood delegance in woodland haze. love the top
The Sunbrella fabrics are excellent and probably the industry leader in fabric boat upholstery. Extremely fade resistant.
WOW!! It’s almost the end of March 2021, and Anthony has got to TEASE US WITH THIS GORGEOUS CADILLAC!!! But hey, him and Papa work hard day in and day out!! So he really deserves it!!!
That's a real nice color that you don't see don't see everyday.
Wish more people would collect such fantastic American classics, instead of the usual cliche sportscars and supercars. So much more appealing!
It's an Arlington Texas made Cadillac the ones from 87 and down were manufactured at the clarke street plant in Michigan
An other Beauty as usual!!
Simply stunning - a real head-turning landyacht 👌😁😁
Wonderful in/exterior!!
And it is in right hands now!
Thanks for showing and Greetings from Austria 👍🇦🇹
That is one fiiiine piece of art. Love the custom canvas top and the colors on the car. Enjoy every mile!
Sweet Cadillac Brougham! I have a few myself. I'm going to share it in one of my videos soon. Keep sharing brother!
Really enjoy your walk throughs of these classic cars
Thank you!
Anthony, you've outdone yourself now buddy. This thing is CLEAN! Like a true time capsule of 1990. Very, very nice!
My dad had a 1992 Brougham d'Elegance, navy on navy with the navy top. He babied that car until 1996. Traded it with 6100 miles on it for a Fleetwood Brougham that he still has till this day. 58k miles and in immaculate condition(just replaced those plastic spheres that peel/flake on all Fleetwoods of that era).
Wow! You would love to show him my '92! It is the exact car you describe, with 25k Miles.
That car aint playing no games,Classic ride.
I love those colors together!!
Beautiful car. Wish they still made them today.
I love it when you have a light paint color and then a darker shade of the same color.
The Cypress Green Lincoln Tc and green top is another favorite
I have a 1992. Same color with the brown canvas top. Love it. I got 68k miles.
My parents had this same model year vehicle in Autumn Maple Firemist with the matching interior. Gorgeous.
My El Dorado was in this exact color combo! I just love your car!😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍 great choice Anthony!!!! When your ready to sell let me know!😁
The extra cost Antelope Firemist was my favorite Cadillac color. So elegant and regal.
Love those Cadillac lm looking for one
Still looks expensive even till this day
I had a 1980 d’Elegance , black with silver leather, I put 315000 miles on it and felt like I was the governor every time I drove it, sold it when I got the Sedan Deville that was nice but not my Fleetwood, I miss this car more than any I ever had.
piece of art !
If this car was mine it would be my daily driver. I love cars from this era. I remember wanting a car like this when I was a little kid. My awsome shop teacher in high school had one similar to yours and his sounded awsome with a pair of flowmasters on it.
Its crazy how design held up from late 70s !
It's a 1990.
You make me feel so proud to own one of these.
Just gorgeous, liked the canvas top, a true classic
I owned one exactly like this one. I too had an after market chocolate brown top put on my car also I miss that car. 😥
Had to watch vid again its that nice! Love the top, colars, seats in fact every thing about it! I got to get some thing like it and put it away for retirement at some point. Love it 👍👍
Nice Fleetwood you got there what a shame they dont make them like this anymore looking forward to your next post
Anthony you are a very lucky guy to have one of the most BEAUTIFUL CADDIES I have ever seen…Best of luck 😊
I wish we could see more of these cruising around in Europe but they're so, so rare here.
With very good reason.
The canvas top is AMAZING. Incredible workmanship.
Noticed a Texas something association sticker on passenger side window; rear seat behind driver. Stood out because I lived there in the 80’s, 90’s and early 00’s. In that early 90’s period, it was quite common to see the cars at the Dealership with what we called the ‘Baylor Glasses Package’; the canvas roof. The gold badging is another clue...the blue hairs ate that stuff up in early 90’s Texas.
Part of the attraction to the bling was the economy in Texas at that time. Specifically, the oil markets tanked, houses were abandoned and even the wealthy struggled. So the Caddy with Bling became a way to continue the appearance of affluence even if one had to let all the help go. For me personally, I chose the LSC and bought a three story brand new loft townhome in a ‘smart’ location in town on my AMEX card for 5,000. Builder even threw in the fridge from the model.
Useless trivia of historical info from a guy north of 50.
That is the decal GM put on these, MADE IN ARLINGTON TX!
Beautiful car from bumper to bumper!! A bit odd that the rear view mirror fell off, but oh well lol. Love that canvas roof too, very sharp! Congrats on your new addition, and thank you for sharing it with us :)
Pretty normal for glue-on mirrors of the day
anthony i love that OEM radio with the speaker pods
Mr. Gazzo I think young people these days have it kind of rough in a lot of ways and one of the ways is that the grown men and women that have achieved age appropriate status aren't driving automobiles that reflect the maturity the class in the Elegance the come from a life of working hard and making one's way in the world now they have basically throw away cars along with everything else I think one of the most profound things about these cars is that they usually accurately reflect the taste and style of the owner. The cars that are built today along with everything else it seems our all in a race to be just a better version of the same exact cookie cutter thing. Men of respect and wisdom earned from a long wife of building a family building a skill a craft a profession a business and living a good life drove these cars when the time was right I love these cars I love those days I'm 55 years old and who knows if we are all Lucky for our children's sake these days will come back again maybe a little different but hopefully they come back again until they do I'm going to keep watching Anthony Gazo on UA-cam and waiting for the day that I can choose one of your cars and fly up there and drive my car home after buying it from you thank you so much for what you do sir this is Chris in Marietta Georgia a refugee from New York signing out
I hear ya brother, I can't tell the difference between a Cadillac and an Audi, a Buick and a Volvo. Even the lamborghini urus looks like a Kia crossover. There was no mistaking class when you saw this caddy. I'm one of those dreaded millennials and my goal in life is to own a 68 coupe deville, NOBODY will mistake it for anything else.
I'm right there with you I'm 59 I've had probably 60 Cadillacs from 61 to 85 then I went back to Lincoln's again from 60 up The 4 doors . convertibles Mark lll.. n.Now got on a mark 8 kick. got 7 of them love them
Success was measured by owning one of these ostentatious monsters? What a load of rubbish.
I guess your measure of “success” is walking right?
@@robertidol1950 I'm not sure what my measure of success is. But it's certainly not reaching a certain age and buying a grotesquely inefficient vehicle.
This car will defiantly get allot of attention here in Italia. GRAZIE MILLE!
Very attractive explain of the De'Elegance...
Absolutely beautiful car. Thanks for sharing
Beautiful car!!! Light antelope with that matching interior is an awesome color combo, normally don't like canvas tops as they're usually light tan or white and dirty, but it really works on your car. I had a 1991 Brougham D'Elegance about 10 years ago, Black Sapphire Metallic on navy blue leather, silver rocker panel trim, factory wire wheels, CD player, moonroof. Wasn't AS NICE as this car, had 100k miles on it, but man did that car get attention. Had a 1995 Fleetwood that was way lower miles and nicer condition afterwards but just didn't like it as much as my 91. Everything felt cheaper, more generic, less classy, hell even the handling wasn't as sharp as my 1991. Better brakes and way more motor under the hood, but it just felt kind of cheap compared to my 91.
Beautiful car!
Lucky man to find something as beautiful as this perfect example of a Cadillac, excellent drive train with great power 5.7 TBI, 700R4, and ride. This thing floats over bumps and potholes like my grandparents 1981 Coupe deville. Love to have this sitting in my garage next to my silver 1977 Trans am survivor. Love it!!
Had a '81 4 door Seville that was dove grey. Loved it. Bought it used drive like new. 🤗🖒
My "93 Corvette had a 5.7 liter V-8, those engines last forever !
This is the cleanest car I've ever seen !
What some dealers call a "carriage roof." Had one on my Presidential Edition Town Car. Love that Cadillac.
Job well done you have the best vehicles and your attention to detail is on point👍🏾👍🏾
Now this is what I like, a four door Cadillac. I also like the 14 Kt gold trim.
Gorgeous Anthony. Get me a similar one in blue, brown or silver and I'll come buy it!
アメリカの1980年から1990年の自動車はすばらしい!
American 1980s~1990s cars are amazing! fromJapan🎌
I love those old 70's style boxy luxury land-yachts
The last year of the best Cadillacs
90-92
1994-96 Fleetwood.
anthony i also like the single headlights. i wouldn't sell it either. i haven't seen any others with those speaker pods on the front doors. wonderful car.
Just one word. Beautiful. Beautiful. Beautiful.
If I have the money will buy it without thinking a second.very elegant
Excellent shape! I like the fact you drove those car across the country. The power of Cadillac indeed. Excellent shape. I liked that they added digital gauges in 1990. I hated the headlights because they went from quad units to one on each side of the grille units which could have been quad. That was my only issue. That car did have some old Cadillac charm. I appreciate your videos. I still plan on looking you up when I go after my third car. I almost emailed your website .
Oh man the one piece lights is what made these so sexy!
I like the unique 90-92 style!
Yeah, the quad headlights look classier in my opinion.
Oh man brings back memories! Nice Caddy!!
pillow top seats is the cherry on top 😁 what a nice ride
This car is crazy, an absolute stunner..
You sell the nicest cars I ever saw to be put on the road!!!🎉! I would not be afraid to buy anything you sell! ❤ I could see that you take great pride in your work.God Bless you & Popa Bear & the rest of your family 😅😅!
Now That's A Cadillac!!!!!!! 💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎
Beautiful.
I think this just might be the most beautiful Cadillac I have ever seen. If only.
Hello Papa Bear!
Fell in love with this car
my favorite car I love this car my car crush
Hey Anthony, I love the top since I have one on my Brougham d'Elegance without the convertible look seam across the top of the rear edge with the metal arrow style finishers on the sides but, You've seen mine back in Texas....
These were great Cadillacs !
This car is gorgeous
Love these big Caddys.
That is a design that actually came out in the late 1970s. I know because my uncle Eddie had a 1979 Cadillac Fleetwood that he purchased sometime in late 2001 or early 2002. I remember riding in it a few times as a teenager till it got stolen about 12 or 13 years ago somebody hotwired the ignition switch and never recovered it. I still have memories to this day it was the smoothest quality ride unlike anything i have ever experienced. It had an 8 track player and exept for the headlights and a few minor cosmetic changes, it was virtually identical to this 1990 brougham. Not sure if the 1990 could be hotwired as well but depending on when they started putting the smart chips in the keys.
Gorgeous!
Beautiful, love my Cadillac's...
That’s a fine Caddy. It looks like it could be right out of an episode of The Sopranos !
I don't recall a Fleetwood Brougham in the Sopranos?
Beautiful car bro. I have a 91 in midnight blue with 52k. And I wouldn't sell it for the world.
Joshua Ponseti lucky bro! Never get rid of that gem!. Cadillacs are getting so rare now a days. I’m looking for a 1979 coupe Deville to keep for ever and a 79 continental Cartier edition.
@@jonaveul nice! Those are both beautiful vehicles as well. And pretty rare in excellent condition. I'll take a look for some in my area and update you on any of my findings.
@@jonaveul ok I found a couple of 79 coupe DeVilles candy Phoenix Craigslist listing if you want to check it out
I still own my Dad's 1976 Cadillac, Garage kept and driven Gently twice a week. I recently Refused an offer of $80,000. It only has 42,000 miles.
Beautiful Cadillac. 😍
Oh my.....how could such beauty exist
