Fyi you can use paths to change zoning. It usually stays when you take the path out.
17:50 just build a parclo interchange here. It would be smaller and therefore a better fit for the space.

Sunnyside is actually the name of a medium density neighberhood right next to the downtown of Pretoria, so in my world it cant be more appropriate.
