Yes , as we are using Higher garde steel as the beam support ,we call it as purlins. That it self act as a long bearing for concrete, In which corrugated decking sheet also bear minimum load. We don't use tmt ,we use Mesh 1"X1" to hold concrete together as a gripper.
Does the rate quoted by your company i.e 1550/sqft is for the complete property with all amenities or its just the structure cost? And what is the cost/sqft for only structure with rcc blocks?
Steel metal have corrosion, we are using Anti corrosion treatment before the finishing work, and once it is finish with the cement plaster , it would not exposed to direct sunlight and rain , so the lifespan of metal increase with decrease in corrosion rate
