Water proofing of any structure is very important and proper detailing can ensure you from any leaks/ dampness... the joinery of various junctions needs to be taken care for sure...!!!
What is average construction cost of this project
This is very interesting and environmentally friendly. Good thought on thinking prefabricated homes. Please suggest do we have anyone such in Hyderabad who can construct in a small plot of 30x40 size. Looking forward to hearing.

Which brick is cost effective - Inter lock bricks or Porotherm bricks or AAC blocks? Which of these will reduce the heat and also which of these are earthquake resistant as many places in India are experiencing earthquake ? Can you please do a video explaining the differences between three of these bricks and reasons for you to suggest which one is the best? Also can we do gypsum plastering on these three bricks in order to avoid the usage of cement completely , its cost and heat absorption of cement? Hope to get a reply from you.
Any brick will transfer the heat depending upon its porosity....
To create temperature difference it’s always better to go with a certain degree of cavity...
Hollow clay bricks help to reduce heat gain...
You may also create cavity by using rat trap bond with regular bricks...

Hello, can you please insights into how plumbing and electrical works are done. What challenges we face. For plumbing we need to drill through steel decks. How is this possible .. please explain
All details can be worked out as we deal with conventional buildings....
We can take a sunk slab and also can have a raised slab to deal with plumbing works while electrical works can be consealed in slab...

This project is beautiful, and i believe much time was saved in this, compared to concrete structuring

I have two questions.
1) Is it advisable to make the whole building out of mild steel (inner and outer walls as well not just beams and columns)
2) Is there warping due to expansion on parts exposed to direct sunlight.
1.yes we can do.but when its interior wooden interiors are preferred mainly due to electric shock.
2.thermal galvanizing spray can be done to protect exterior.
In India building all walls also in steel is NOT advisable Nor a good idea since there would be lot of heat gain in the structure…
There is no warping in steel structures…!!!

In coastal areas there is humidity... thus you need to take extra care for steel structures and protect it against rusting by using epoxy/anti corrosive paints....

We humans build it and knock down the structures that cross 30-40 years while any building is designed for minimum of 60years and if maintained well can last centuries...
Eiffel Tower and railway tracks are best examples to show that steel lasts for long even if exposed to all weather conditions...!!
