honestly only issue i got with the TV screens is how slow some of it is, like unlocks doors or un skippable dialogue feels like a drag at times. For characters i love Ellen, have her weapon and her C1 but don’t feel the need to walk around as them. Story is connected together with all the different group/factions so it feels fluid while you play through it. Seeing the characters out in different areas is cool and refreshing. Don’t really get tired of MC as of now bc it’s only for walking around. It’s not like genshin where it’s really open worlds so you can use different characters to traverse and in combat. Think the game is in a decent spot for how new it is
I agree. It's just to me, I guess, spending so much on these characters feels frustrating. Out of all the popular gachas, in zzz, I feel like I don't own them with how little you get to play with them. So this just makes me less likely to want to spend as much, outside of what I need to just clear endgame.
The TV system is worse. I think they want to make players feel the exploration without 3d space. The only way to make mc felt less bland. Hoyo can make skin for them. But it's hoyo who knows what the next step is. Maybe another stupid cardgame in zzz and said not everyone like the combat endgame in the combat game . Who knows.
