    This is AMAZING i can breath normally through my nose and i can smell again. Why dont reguar Dr´s know this? I will be using all these triggerpoints daily for the rest of my life and i will learn about all the others as well God bless this wonderful teqnuiqe

    Ive had a cervical disc fusion in 2003 & have permanent nerve damage. By using the pressure point method, I experienced pain free for the very 1st time since I was injured. You have no clue what that means to me. I am crying my eyes out because this worked & I have NO PAIN.......GOD BLESS YOU FOR SHOWING ME HOW TO STOP MY NECK PAIN......

    Omg I couldnt breathe out of one side of my nose and when I hit the pressure point both on each side of my nose within seconds I could breathe clear again. I am mind blown 🤯

    Love acupressure point methods - head, hands, feet & spine. Don’t wait until you feel pain or sickness, to use them, taking ten minutes or more to rub or apply pressure 30-60 mins, before bedtime is amazing, especially if you turn off the TV & other blue lights and noise, and concentrate on the point of contact. I was told years ago if you press somewhere & you feel pain, the pressure point needs attention. It has helped me for years to stay healthy and away from unnecessary medications & trips to the drs. At 70+, i’m grateful to say pressure points are the next best thing to prayer.

    Yep I was doing this for a while about a year ago and noticed a big change in the way I feel and especially when I wake up in the morning but I got tired of it and stopped for a while but now I started back again and again I notice a big change in the way I feel so I'm gonna try and do it every night or at least 5 times a week . It does really help . I feel relaxed every time I get finished doing all of them .

    U can also press the pressure points in a pumping motion for about 2 minutes each. This, I have found to be more affective than just pressing down continuously. It’s about sending /recirculating electric impulses of the body.Try to do this on an empty stomach or a couple of hours after your last meal.

    Wow! I really feel more relaxed. And people in the comment section looking to see if this actually works and that someone else tried it, trust the people in the comments that say it really helps or anything like a complement about the pressure points. Do any of these everyday and will definitely help! My older sister has heard about this kind of stuff in her school and it’s all true, I sometimes even see her do some everyday. And don’t comment on my comment and say “Liar!,” or “ugh whatever,” etc, etc.

    I recently had a surgery that required follow up pain prescriptions that I sent have been withdrawing from for I am no longer taking them I've been going through some sinus pressure sleeping problems night sweats nervousness I've been applying these pressure points to myself and I have been getting some amazing results I too got that cozy sleepy feeling amazing stuff I'm a Believer thank you very much

      Mind over matter is an amazing thing! I'm not making fun of you either. It's been proven, at the molecular level, that we CAN make things happen by simply thinking. But I'm not sure "simply" is a good way to say it! :-) I know there are physiological reasons too but much of what we're doing is tricking ourselves. Thankfully, we're really good at it!     Absolutely wonderful! These tips really work! Anything for sciatica? I am desperate! Sometimes the sharp pain comes on so intensely...I can't be touched, moved, or comforted!     I am a Reiki Master and do use some acupressure points. Thank you this was great. This does work. Even before I knew about Reiki I did use the same "A" points to ease headaches for friends.

      Patricia Tolman Omg! Are you on medication? Related problems like anxiety,depression, epilepsy etc can cause more severe migraines but are often overlooked...

      Just wonderful, I been tryin to find out about "can you regain eyesight" for a while now, and I think this has helped. You ever tried - Patlarny Quit Glasses Principle - (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now ) ? Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my m8 got amazing results with it.

    I have Lupus and pressure point keeps me off a lot of medicine. It keeps me flex enough to do my everyday activities.
