I love your videos, but between this and not including more banter with Reynad in those videos, it feels like you take people skipping parts of videos too seriously. The people who want to skip it, will skip it. The people who want to watch it will benefit. No UA-camr has a 100% video watch rate.
Is it not enough that some part of your audience wants to watch the deckbuilding? I would understand if it makes people click off of the video or if just 5% of people watch it, but leaving it in the video at least offers the option for those who want it. I don't have the analytics or know how long it takes to edit so I could just be talking out of my ass here, but that's just my two cents (and my apologies if I'm horribly off). Big fan and I just want to see success!
I’m sure some people wanna watch it, but it does affect the video in terms of UA-cam algorithm reasons. UA-cam likes when people watch more, not less and they actually tell you when people skip or click away. The deck building process is always skipped by the mass majority and that negatively affects the video performance. I also think it ruins the flow of the video.

Conjure Mana Biscuit, Sorcerer's Apprentice, Molten Reflection, Flamewaker, Arcane Missiles, Falling Star, Emperor Thaurissan, and Archmage Antonidas all have no keywords!
Upd.:
Radiant Elemental, Prophet Velen, Mind Blast, and Zerek's Cloning Gallery has no keywords too.

Maybe you could try one with him where you can't use class cards, any sort of discover or random generation, or hero powers - basically, the idea is "We banned classes."

When I read the title my dumbass thought the cards couldn't have any text
What about something like "Hearthstone, but we're allowed to build decks only with 5+ cards" (5+ manacost)
I knew for a fact that the arcane amplifier (2/5 elemental that makes the hero power do more damage) increased the HP damage by 2, but Rarran and Eddy looking so hard for lethal still completely gaslit me into thinking the card only increased HP damage by 1.
Just got to this point in the video, and I am facepalming SO hard. "I can't kill you yet". Makes things more exciting, but also very frustrating to sit through lol.

Firebat had two old school videos called casino mage and casino priest where all the cards had to say random or had elements of RNG. That could be a cool video.
5:54 I’ve been following this game since Witchwood and had no idea Mountain Giant was an elemental
back then it wasn't, i think it got the elemental type when they added types to a bunch of cards, rag is also an elemental now
I like that they added spell types. Fire, shadow frost? Decks that reward playing spells. No minion mage, spellonly hunter and demonhunter. Rainbow mage.
The new murloc card would have been absoloute gas for this, getting random murlocs if your hand is empty would just be op.

I misunderstood the premise of the video and thought there would be no card text whatsoever. I was expecting river crocalisks and ultrasaurs.
We need merch seller challenge:
You can only have 2 merch seller and cards you are not allowed to use, unless it's to search for merch seller
You have to reset until both of you are able to play merch seller on turn 3/4
You can't attack or target a merch seller

What is considered a keyword? I expected y'all to play a game with only vanilla minions. Battle of the chillwind yetis and worgen greasers.
keywords are those bolded words. Whenever you hover over a card with a keyword in your collection, it'll tell you what the keyword does.

The affect of a battle cry doesnt get negated because the card changes the battlecry happened when the card was played then the card was changed. If the card never enters the board for example objection then the battlecry doesnt happen but as long as a battle cry enters the board if it has a target it will go off.

A cool Hearthstone challenge would be using 3 copies of each card per cost, so three copies of a 1 cost, 2 cost, 3 cost, etc.
These videos are so much fun. I was never good at the game and loved running dumb gimmick decks, and it's great to see a proper player do the same thing.
