I never heard the whistle from the dominion of canada
me either but she sounds similar to Dominion of New Zealand when they were in Garter Blue back in the heyday
They didn’t even sound the whistle on Dominion Of Canada.
it sounds like Dominion of New Zealand cuz i believe the chime whistle were similar when they were in service before withdrawals. correct me if i’m wrong

@@kaseyleitchnextgen3281 well it’s just my guess and plus Hornby had the DDC in Dominion of Canada using Dominion of New Zealand’s deep toned whistle. i might be wrong tho. i don’t have the evidence of that as Dominion of Canada hasn’t steamed since her withdrawal and abandoned at Darlington motive depot so as far as we know we heard her bell in this video but not her whistle which is a shame really. as much as i want to see her running again but i doubt that day would come. who knows

You are clearly one of those people who only likes engines like Mallard and Flying Scotsman because they're famous. It's not about the fame. It's about the heritage, not that you will ever understand that.
Kind sir, he may not only love them for their fame, but for their service to the lines and railways of England. He thinks they’re fine engines who deserve to stick around.
i think that should be common sense to why we keep a lot of kettles.
