Just finished the video. I can tell how much work you put into this. Not only do I think this is the best video you have ever made, but it is also the best deep dive I have seen thus far. Great job bro👍
HH just better be ready if his number is called . Hopefully it won't. You're on the money with Emmett "Smith" Johnson . If heathy Rhule will have trouble keeping Gabe Ervin of the field. The more Ervin touches the ball the better he gets.. Rahmir from my hometown New York City will be on another level this year has something to prove to himself watch out . GBR
Damn Wilson coach Rhule and his staff looks like they've done an excellent job in year two. Improved culture most of all. On paper looks great. Can't wait until this team gets on the field.
If this is the real Vincent Shavers from the team, you should do an interview with Wilson for a video! That would be great for his channel and good content, bro, as we love to get to know and hear more from our current players! Just a thought 👍🏽🙏🏽 GBR!
Vincent, I just wanted to say thank you for coming and playing football for my beloved Huskers, good luck this year sir, I’ll be there screaming loud when you play UTEP, Colorado and Wisconsin, GBR
Awesome video, Wilson! Appreciate all the hard work you put into it! Keep em coming. I can't believe the season is fast approaching! Can't wait! GBR! 🏈🌽🎈☠️
Hope fans and players are not "fooled" by our record after our first 7 games. The back end is definitely a very, very tough 5 games. Thanks for the breakdown and I can't wait for your season record prediction.
Great work, buddy. LB will be better than last year. Haarberg is too explosive to not involve in the offense to some extent. Mazccua's little bro is explosive... expect some flashes. Love to see Castenada make a game-winning catch... great, loyal dude.
You said you're putting this out at noon. I'm thinking there's NO way I'm free to check this out at noon. I'm a busy guy. Turns out, I was free at noon. Guess it was meant to be. Looking forward to hearing all your breakdown
I don't think the LB room is downgraded. Also, I'm watching Keelan Smith at WR. He got some run from McGuire after the Spring Game. I think he'll be fun to watch down the road. Ismael Smith Flores has gained a lot of weight if you noticed in the Spring Game. He also looks like a load to bring down.
Michael Terry is a crucial recruit. Get him to commit and he'll open the pipelines to Texas recruits . But more importantly national five star recruits especially if we win 8-9 games they will come to Nebraska no doubt. GBR
Good job Wison I can see you put a lot of work on this. However, you have the old roster weights. The most interesting position to me by far is wide receiver. You have Jamal Banks as your #1. I have Jaylen Lloyd. I figure everyone is going to have a different top 6 here.
Yes unfortunately I recorded this before they updated the weights. I think they changed it two days ago. Love Lloyd, I’ve sung his praises all spring and summer. But Banks is WR1, he’s NFL ready
We have several deficiencies on both offense and defense. We are several players away from contention in our conference in any way. We will need to exceed expectations on recruiting to keep in the top 6 in our new conference. Our current lineup is in the 7 to 10 expected power rankings and expected finish. Sorry I just lived thru 70, 80, 90 so I know what it takes.
3:40 You gave Satterfield a complete pass on the Jeff Sims debacle. Satterfield really wanted him. So it’s not like he was some poor victim, he advocated for a turnover prone QB as his guy.
Selective memory my friend. Jeff Sims was Matt Rhule’s guy. He recruited him. He called him a “NFL player”. He called him a stud waiting to break out. Head coach picks the QB and Rhule was the one who swung and miss. The importance? It was his first year and we move on.
@@WilsonDittmanSportsI heard Rhule made that decision because of Satt putting his neck out for Sims but I don’t know for sure, you could be right. Good video appreciate the full breakdown I agreed with like 90% of it.
I want Nebraska to win more than anything, but I don't like how we talk about Haarberg. He was not even in the QB meetings with previous staff! THIS IS his 2nd year in that room!! He is here ONLY because he LOVES Nebraska.
Nebraska loves him but the Reality is he’s a back up. Sims was run out of town because he was awful turnover prone and injured just like HH . As far as the passing game was concerned he had no clue. All I know is if HH number is called he better be ready.
Great video Wilson. I love the deep dive. I have to disagree with you on one small point. I grew up in LA and I am a UCLA grad. For as long as I can remember the media has had this love affair with USC. I am not sure why, but almost every year they are anointed as the best team in the universe, and then later in the year we find out that they are just not that good and may not even be the best team in LA. I expect Nebraska will beat USC, but it will be a close game. Dylan Raiola will have 9 games worth of experience by that time and should play well against the Trojans.
Make or break year for Satterfield...I know he's got a bad wrap, but he's got the keys to a luxury car compared to last year, maybe not a Ferrari...but at least a Lexus.
Great job! This team will win 8 games with Raiola or without. This team wins 8 with Haarberg at the helm as well…and yes Haarberg will fill in nicely if he goes down for a game or so. I will give everyone a MORTAL LOCK…Huskers over the 7.5. Great job as this O-line will be top 30 and the D-line one of the best nationally! I have 2 possible All-Americans Fidone if used as expected…he is a lock. Hill depending on team performance(yes it is political) and of course Raiola will be a FR 1st team All-American. Outside shots include Robinson and even Hutmacher has a shot. Rhule gets it..make no mistake, Huskers NEVER need to be a top 10 in recruiting to win titles. Huskers are actually evaluating talent, keeping Midwest kids home, and developing talent. Huskers 3 🌟 Midwest kids will dominate 5 🌟 coastal kids all day! Remember a BUNCH of these Midwest kids would be 4. &5 star kids if they were in Southern states. Rhule gets it! Again great job!
I think it's more likely we lose to Colorado than go 0-3 or 1-2 against USC, Iowa, & Wisconsin. Colorado will be Raiola's first game against a P4 football team in a night game against a rival. AND they have a very talented secondary, definitely better than what he plays against in practice.
@violetly_ If our running game shows up it will help Dylan. If given time to throw play action will help the offense score. If no turnovers we will rock the Buffs in Memorial stadium . The defense must pressure Sheddur and don't give up big plays to Buff's receivers. GBR .
The RBs should be listed as an upgrade. Grant was a great runner without the ball but, just my opinion, the ball is important. The TEs could be upgraded just because Fidone has got much better.

@@regfrevell4201 yes the defense was objectively talented in 2022 and before. Nebraska is ALWAYS talented. That wasn’t the issue. White inherited a team that returned only 5 defensive starters, a group that had no vision, struggled with fundamentals, had no discipline, and brought them to a top 20 defense in ONE year while changing the scheme up completely.
