hi graham, those tarts look marvelous , what a great recipe you have found there, they would look fab on a cake stand for a proper afternoon tea. i do like a drop of baileys now and then, but do try it in a cup of hot chocolate its so moreish, wendy my little giggler, you do make make a smashing bit of pastry, it looks like it will melt in your mouth , very clever lady, respect to you. sending love to you both xxxxx
Hi Grace, the only problem we found was the caramel was still not quite solid. It cook be we didn’t leave them alone long enough. The pastry was really nice, I felt like we hadn’t had any for a while 🤷♂️. I put most of what’s left into an Irish cream in a Christmas cake I made. Mmmmmm his lordship would love that one. I’ll put it onto UA-cam soon 🤞. Love from Wendy and me ❤️👍

I had a loose bottom last week for a few days Graham,not a nice thing,you two are a hoot,unconcsious comedians,Carol loves the odd Baileys if we are on holiday or Christmas and New Year,and she likes salted caramel syrup in her coffee so she'll love those tarts,I prefer the caramel tarts as I'm not a great salted caramel fan,we love a Caramel Apple Betty tart as Christmas dessert with some nice vanilla icecream or thick pouring cream,Cheryl from Prestwick(What's For Tea) has a great recipe for that ua-cam.com/video/u1BwuplVL-Y/v-deo.html another really entertaining and enjoyable video guys 👍👏👏👏👏

I couldn’t understand people drinking baileys when I was younger but I’ve had an odd one over the last few years and found really nice when it’s really cold from the fridge.
