This looks lovely although I wouldn’t be keen on baileys as I don’t drink alcohol and don’t like it in anything sweet. The cake itself looks delicious. Any recipes with Ferrero Rocher would be great. Thanks a lot. ❤
Mine sank in the middle 😞 I shouldn't have 'trusted the process'.... And the amount of frosting those ingredients make!!!!!! I could have frosted 3 of these 'cakes' with it!!!

I use a wire whisk to mix dry ingredients together 😁

I only have caster sugar and dark brown when I need light brown I mix dark and caster together it works really well

Mine exploded and ended up half as high, but that was ok, as once it was frosted, it was covered and ended up crazy sweet, gooey and delicious ❤

Turned out aweful are you sure it's 300 grms sugar??
