I can’t tell you enough how refreshing it is to watch Stephanie and yourself. Whenever I see any beautiful homes in derelict, I can only imagine how demoralizing it would of been for the people who built these incredible buildings to see into the future at their current state. Thank you thank you THANK YOU 🙏🏻

If you'd rather not support vloggers simply by letting an ad or two play out, either subscribe to YT premium or don't watch at all.
Michael is not vlogging just for fun. Vlogging is a sh*t ton of work. Those who do really well at it make it their full time job. At least five to 10 hours goes into editing a single 10 minutes video. Then one must constantly babysit the laptop during the upload to YT, an hour or more: in order to ensure there are no issues. If one doesn't spot the issue, you won't see that the upload failed for an hour or two later after the video finally completes the upload. Only it didn't actually upload. Yep.... it is that much work.
Sure some vloggers are so good they barely edit at all. Other's, Michael included, add in other clips, pics, and music to give us the very best experience. Knowing Michael, a perfectionist in every way, I'm certain he spends a full day just on editing alone. Mate works ridiculously hard on everything he does down to the finest detail. He is your typical overachiever everyone loves but hates because he makes the rest of us feel like lazy bums.
      Cheers!

Michael, even though I am much older than you, I too would definitely grab those drapes and use them as a regal cape. You never too old for dress up! Your job on the stairway was fantastic and i cannot believe you had no pads to protect your knees doing that work. I just LOVED your murder mystery. I think there needs to be a part 2 of the "who dun it". I think the dog is holding back and not telling you the whole scheme. You might need to find some measures to make him talk. ha ha ha. I am terrified of heights so going up on the cherry picker would have my heart in my stomach. The drone footage is excellent.

Lovely episode! The stairs look gorgeous! If you have one, please consider wearing a respirator or researching other protection (such as a Hoover attachment for your sander) to cover your airways while sanding. I understand that respirators are currently in short supply and should be reserved for essential personnel (at least in the U.S. as of April 2020), but if you already have something around the chateau I would highly recommend using it. Wood dust can be at the least midly irritating and at the worst, lead to very serious respiratory issues over time. Just some advice from a woodworker 😊 Thanks for another fun episode!

Oh my gosh I love watching your videos. I also watch Stephanie's as well. I dream about being able to get married at a place like this. My husband and I got married in our living room. It's all we could do at the time I'm 2013. We would love to get remarried at a place like this. It's amazing and your family is doing an amazing job restoring it. Amazing work!!! Keep it up and stay safe!!!

In nautical flag code, red and white, where red is at upper hoist and lower fly, means you are heading into danger. Not sure if you have a lake nearby, could have been a road sign to warn vehicles not to drive in?

Maybe the sign was used in the attic to signal danger at one point. may be weak floor boards or something

You've probably already thought of it but, a murder mystery event at the Chateau would likely be a very popular attraction.
