I discovered these Chateau channels a few days ago when it popped up in the list of the "Recommended" videos after I watched some of the bizarre "80mil beverly hills mansion" videos by one of the real-estate agents. To give you some perspective: Stephanie (the lady on the phone) made a video about how much it costs to live in such a chateau. It varies (obviously), but you can squeeze within EUR4000 monthly fixed costs to make it livable+whatever you dedicate to restoration and building, and get one of these beauties for anything in the 500k-3mil (the upper range would probably be fully renovated). Yes, it's still out of reach for most people, but if you get along with your family, have a bit of savings and will to take up a lot of mortgage...it's not that bad actually ;)
Video request - The story of how you and your family decided to buy a chateau. How do you afford to buy all the furniture and refinish it? Would love more details!
gg sasa I’m okay with that. I don’t think I can take seeing one more family of five crowded into a 200 square foot trailer-cottage with a composting toilet. 😄😄
Makes me think there is something seriously wrong with the educational system here in the US. People there seem to know a lot more about of lot of different things.
Just consult the older generations who learned (along with the three 'Rs') practical arts and crafts, and trades, as well as the fine arts. Lovely interior!
I just love you and Stephanie together🌻🌻
Taking the opportunity to check out all the videos from the beginning...really lovely! They are great! Thank you!
Seeing Stephanie, frantic, at the end made me laugh out loud. I know just how she felt! Lovely video, beautiful chateau. I look forward to more content.
Your chateau has character in spades. You and your family are to be commended for saving it. Thank you for sharing and good luck to you.
