Thank you so much Doc, we have systane meds most of the time, and it's great to know that we can also give it to our furbabies ❤
Thank you doc, we spent so much on her vet and can no longer afford a vet and lab tests. I'll try this
Thank you I have been dogsitting a frenchie for the past 2 weeks and one of these popped up out of nowhere I didn't have any oil unfortunately but the massage actually worked without it!
This is another excellent video just hope my dog never gets cherry eye . BTW you're still brilliant!!!
My cat has a bulging eye and was referred to an ophthalmologist who believes it’s a tumor or abscess pushing eye forward. Would love to see some advice videos on these conditions in cats and dogs. Thank you Dr.
Me too, because our vet put our kitty on a 2%/0.05% Dorzolamide Hydrochloride and Timolol Maleate Ophthalmic Solution that she either had an itchy reaction to or she just kept pawing making it worse on her own. Someone is always with her, so we aren’t sure how often she can do this. She was getting cloudiness after an ointment for infection, switched to a regular dose of eye steroid drops, but it looked like the cloudiness grew. She had an eye infection, nothing was seen but eye pressure AFTER the ointment. The pressure decreased greatly. No cherry eye until the new drops to which the compounding pharmacy said the drops were too strong for a cat. Now, she cannot see from this eye and we aren’t sure if we should go to a different vet.
@@Fb33EYEI know this is a few months later, but I always say if you ever have a question, see a different vet for a second opinion without telling them your other vet's diagnosis until after the exam. Then they will be more objective without a biased approach and triggered findings.
I wish more vets would do this for the community of animal lovers. I have taken my Husky in for thr exact same eye issue both times when the treatment was (antibiotic/steroid?????) eye drops. Now I have to take her in again because the second round of drops didn't work. That's like $200 in office visits alone. We've been with this vet as a family since 1992.
Thank you Dr Jones. I have had several dogs get this before.
Colloidal Silver is magnificent for eye issues! Humans and animals
What kind exactly?
thank you Sir, I will try this on my Tibetan spaniel
My pitbull puppy has cherry eye and I've tried everything I could to do at home my last resort is going to the vet is there anything else I could do at home before having to pay a costly vet bill

What can use for white heads black heads for chi chi her skin not good can't get rid.. she's 8 now. regards...
My cat has a right ear that has an abcess i have been able to get most of the liquid out but it keeps refilling what can I do at home to help get rid of it?
I’m afraid my puppy may have gotten his head stuck in the baby grate. Also I accidentally ran him over with the trailer. But I got his cherry eye, put back where it belongs, and every so often I have to do it again. All of this has kind of created a bond between me and the puppy that we wouldn’t have had otherwise.
Is entropion and cherry eyes same doctor?
I think my service dog (Siberian Husky with ice blue eyes) has a cherry eye. But hers bump is on the upper lateral sclera mext to.her iris.and it comes and goes.
Does a cherry eye only happen on the bottom? Inquiring minds want to know 😉
Can we get a link to the oil.

Yup. Bulldogs always get this.
Can I use just regular castor oil or does it have to be some sorta dog/cat castor oil with medicine in it?
I've been told regular is fine, but to make sure it doesn't contain an ingredient called hexane.... No hexane.
