I have some suggestions: 1. The CGM is a method that is sulfate free and silicon free. Since you are doing low poo or no poo, you may suffer hair loss because of the buildup on your scalp. 2. Also, Function of Beauty is known for hair loss. 3. You have 2a/2b type of curl, but you have thin hair. I have 2b type curls and thick hair, so we can't use the same products. Take in consideration your thin hair. Some products are too heavy for your thin hair and it makes it difficult for your hair to curl. A cream or a mousse is light enough for your thin hair. 4. Remember the protein/moisture balance. I love your hair update videos because a transition from straight to curly is a path of patience, knowledge & trail and error. I see your hair videos because I'm conscious that I don't know it all, and I've learnt a lot from your videos as well. Good luck girl. You deserve healthy luscious hair!!! ❤️
Berenice Marquez hey just a question, what do you exactly mean with suggestion 2 about function of beauty? Because I was thinking of starting to use function of beauty.
I had bought function of beauty because so many influencers were sponsored, I noticed my hair shed more while using but wanted to finish using the products but after two months of usage my mom let me know that the back of my head was balding, sure enough I used a mirror to look and my hair was SO thinned out :( I wear a hat everyday right now because since its so thinned out my scalp keeps burning so easily. DO NOT BUY!!!!
Thank god I saw this comment! I wanted to try that function of beauty but I'm too broke for that and I'm losing enough hair strands when I wash my hair I don't need and don't want a bald spot.
If your hair is continually parting in the same spot to the point of making your scalp visible, it just sounds like a regular cow-lick (not sure of the English word) to me. Your hair has been improving in health and you've been allowing it to fall naturally for quite a while so I'd say it's actually just your hair behaving as it should when not heat styled or forced into a certain position. It's also a very common spot for a cow-lick so I don't think it's something to worry about.
Het girl! I have similar hair to you and have ben doing CGM for like a year-ish and I have some advice! 1) Us wavy girls don't have a super strong curl pattern and it gets easily weighed down by build up. Try doing a "reset" wash every 3-4 time you wash your hair, use something WITH sulfates that with take all that product from Weeks of applying out of your hair. This tip was a HUGE turning point for my hair! 2) Best sleeping tip I've found is a bun - flip your hair over and scrunch it up the way you would if you were applying product, hold those scrunches against your scalp, and secure them with a silk scrunchie, this will hold your natural curl pattern in place. It's usually kinda big and floofy in the morning, but falls to a more wearable volume in like an hour. 3) I've recently been experimenting with "plopping" and I love it, check out this method for drying/setting your waves 4)Brushing! If I brush my hair wet it stretches out and make my waves/curls awful! I know every curly girl thing ever says to never dry brush, but it might be worth a try. The only time I brush my hair is right before I wash it. I give it a really thorough detangling and THEN wash and style it, this was the also a GIGANTIC turning point for me, it completely changed my hair texture. 5) Layers! It looks like you have some light layering in your hair, but consider getting it a little more dramatic. This will take the weight off your lower curls and let them bounce up so much more. I know cutting it is dramatic, that's why I pit this last. Take some time to consider it and maybe research hairstylists in your area that specialize in textured hair haircuts. I know how frustrating it is the first few months! I cried over my hair so many times. I REALLY hope some of this advice helps! And PLEASE feel free to dm me if you have any questions!!! GOOD LUCK!
I have found that a braid helps me keep the waves defined. Idk I'm just trying out wavy hair myself. Do you brush your hair regularly or juts before a wash?
@@Moonlight-op4qo Only right before i wash it. So like once every 5ish days. Besides that I just fluff and smooth it out each day...I also tend to go from wearing it down and pretty day 1&2, to doing more elaborate styles to hide the growing asymmetry on my head lol. Braids work great fir some people too, fo me they stretch out some of my curls.
I recommend a sulfate wash for anyone even with curly hair. I use a sulfate shampoo once every month or two on my curly hair cause my hair is fine and gets build up easily. If you want a powerful sulfate-free shampoo tho, I recommend Shea Moistures ‘Activated Bamboo Charcoal & Purple Moonstone” shampoo.
Maybe you’re just overthinking and stressing yourself out over your hair. After I stopped caring about how my hair looked and left it alone, it flourished. It wouldn’t grow passed my bra strap for years and now it’s almost hip length.
But like, did you still treat your hair with for example hair masks once in a while or did you completely let it be? I feel like my hair is getting so much better now that I stopped obsessing over it. But I do still treat it and put in effort to make it healthy.
eln I put deep conditioner while in the shower and just rinse it out. I sometimes leave a little behind to keep the moisture. Other than that, I’m really simple - shampoo, condition, something to leave in (either an actual leave-in conditioner just the left over conditioner) and a styling product (if I’m leaving it out and curly). I don’t really style it much or anything, I kind of just let it free. Lol
I tried Function of Beauty one time, and it caused my scalp to breakout in acne! I contacted them and they said it was an allergic reaction and gave me all my money back even past their 30 day money back guarantee. So even tho I didn't have a good time with them, I still appreciate their customer service. Also my conditioner wasn't very conditioning at all and I chose deep condition and hydrate, so that's about that XD 3.5 out of 5 stars for me
I had gotten a replacement formula for the shampoo and conditioner last year but it was extremely drying and making my hair fall out too even though my hair is straight/wavy and I chose deep condition, hydrate, and anti-frizz. I thought it was the color dye or the fragrance (the mild is still really strong). But idk. I think a lot of their ingredients are derived from coconuts and my hair doesn't work well with coconuts, unfortunately.
I was literally just bingeing her hair videos again. I’ve been trying to find a good resource on information for hair health that doesn’t just make untested curly girl method claims for so long and it’s so scarce so this girl is my holy grail right now 😓👌🏻
Just wanted to start off with the fact that I am not an expert, nor do I claim to be, just an enthusiast who is really enjoying this series :) The hair thinning is a thing that happens when people start the curly girl method and I don’t think it comes from the way you are sleeping with your hair, it may be a sign of build up from not clarifying with sulfates (gasp) at least monthly and only putting moisture on the issue, as opposed to proteins. I am a big believer in cgm if done safely and when you said you felt the shampoos you were using did not feel cleansing enough and that you now alternate between the previous non-foaming cleanser and a stronger line, a light bulb kind of went off that the hair loss could have began before you started alternating shampoos and you are now just beginning to fix the issue. I definitely hope you keep using the castor oil and find the rhythm that works best for you!
justanerd I'm so glad I read you! I have been learning about and using the curly girl method as long as 5 years from now and managed to share EXACTLY the same conclusions to you! only I felt super alone because the hair communities are so rigid with the rules they follow. I am starting my blog just now about this hair journey to showcase that you CAN be flexible with your hair routines and that these ingredient demonizing trends are... well... kind of bs hehe I am from Chile, South America! so I wouldn't believe you would be interested in following cause it's in spanish but if you are or someone reading this comment is I am on instagram as nitanhippielais ❤️
omg, I just want to say thank you for sharing with your ideas and spending some time to write this comment! I've experienced hair thinning as well and tbh wasn't really concerned about this issue till today when I noticed that something is going wrong 😑 I'm so glad I saw your helpful comment, thank you so much 🥰🥺❣
Okay so I have wavy hair and when I first discovered this I tried the CGM...it was a big disappointment my hair got even more frizzy and flat. I decided to stop using the CGM and went back to using silicon and a clarifying shampoo every month so that I properly get rid of the silicon on my hair. And my hair has never been better it’s amazing and soft and bouncy. I truly believe the CGM is not for everyone and silicons and sulfates are not completely evil, they can be great when used properly. So if you are struggling with your hair/curls and you are using the CGM ooo should look into the curly community that doesn’t use the CGM
I agree, I went from all natural over 2 years (literally forcing myself because everyone said it's better and thought my hair would adjust and turn out super healthy; I went from one shampoo to the next) back to partially natural with a bit of silicones in my shampoo. I have coarse, very thick, wavy hair and the supposedly 'nasty' shampoo is what managed it.
I use silicones and sulfates to remove the build-ups. I use rice water once a week (it's the best thing I've ever used) and my hair is healthy and shiny. I don't think that the CGM works for every hair type!
I'm 2b and since I began following CGM more loosely my hair has been soooo much better. I still like to avoid silicones and mineral oils for the most part because they straighten out my waves but I'm not afraid to use sulfates and alcohols. CGM just isn't super wavy friendly :/
I was watching another UA-camr sharing videos on her curly hair journey and she said CGM didn’t work well for her hair either. She now has gorgeous curly hair. She went from 1-c/2-a to a 2-c/3-a. She said she still uses most of the methods done with CG, but tweaked it to her needs and what works best for her. I am just starting my hair journey and I am so excited watching these videos bc now I know my frizzy mess wasn’t just a frizzy mess, but actually a curl pattern I was just brushing out. Best of luck to each of you who’s also trying to find your best beautiful curls♥️
People that didn't know that the hair is wavy omg There's a lot of things for straight hair and a lot for curly hair and this is awesome!! But we, with wavy hair, dont have so much, it's good to see someone trying and explaining and talking about it. It's not curly, so we can't follow everything for curly hair. Watching someone talking about what works and what does not works is really good.
Yeah I didn’t realize until literally two weeks ago that my hair is actually like 2bish wavy. I’ve been treating it like it’s straight but frizzy for 25 years... beginning the process of transitioning rn.
Shoshana Fox cgm is not for everyone and maybe Mell is kind of person whose curls doesn’t like it. Also Mell’s knowledge is universal for everyone, not only for non-cgm followers
Hey! I have wavy and fine hair and have just started doing the curly girl method. I have been using an aveda gel mixture that I make myself and I do also refresh my hair everyday when I want to style it down! I use plan water and soak my hair till it looks like it does when its just been washed and I use a leave-in or an oil serum after I've soaked my hair with the water. I scrunch it both after putting the water on and the serum or leave-in on and I 'rake' my hair while applying the oil and water. The pineapple hairstyle you're supposed to do has never worked for me and so I just leave it down and style it everyday and it's been working perfectly well. If your hair is struggling to keep definition, try putting more protein in your hair more often. I've been using a sulphate-free protein rich shampoo and conditioner by Nak (its called Structure Complex I think?). I started off with just putting moisture in my hair and then started to have issues with what is called 'wet frizz' which I did have to research to figure out that I need more protein in my hair. Since then, I have been using a protein rich mask and styling my curls everyday and its helped a lot. I hope some of this info helps you or someone else watching your video! I also really love watching your videos! Since wet ave very similar hair texture, it makes it really easy for me to tell if something will work in my hair if it does in yours. Also, I would suggest watching Melinda and using some of her hair tips. She has wavy, bleached pink hair and along with your videos, she has helped me find things that will work with my hair type. Keep making these videos! They're really cool and I feel like I'm going through this journey with you :)
In a past video she said her hair is extremely dry and definitely doesn't need protein. I'm not sure how she decided this or why but I thought I'd mention it. She probably won't use protein rich products again anytime soon. She even stopped using coconut oil because "it has too much protein". Poor girl is trying so hard with very little information to work off of as she's wavy.
you can't wash out the oil without the sulfates, your hair will become frizzy and curl-less because oil builds up and makes you hair heavier and "wild"
Petra yes, you can. Sulfate-free shampoos still have cleansing agents. You likely won’t be able to remove oils with a “no-poo”, or cowash. You can’t wash out non-soluble silicones without sulfates though.
I started my hair journey in March when quarantine just started. My hair was terribly damaged from being bleached and colored. With the help of your videos, lots and lots of research and the right products for my hair I finally was able to make my hair stop breaking off right at the roots. Next week I'm getting it cut to collarbone length and hopefully my hair will grow back a lot healthier and thicker, just like your hair did 💕
Don't be nervous! Wavy hair (I assume that's what you have since it's the most 'gatekeeped' hair type) is beautiful! Some people are probably just insecure about their hair and try to make everyone around them insecure as well. Your curls (yes, waves are a type of curls) are beautiful, and embracing them will make them even more beautiful! 💞 Btw I'm a wavy myself and cgm changed my life! Just try it, you won't regret it :)
@@uniquecorn6931 Waves are not "a type of curl". If it was, then it would simply be called curly hair or be in the 3a-3c community but it's not. The reason there is so much "gatekeeping" is simply because curly hair has be seen as "unattractive" and "ugly" for many years. Black girls and anyone else who has had naturally curly hair (3a-3c) for years were usually tormented for it. Now all of a sudden its "a trend" and people wanna hope on the train and bandwagon off of it. I
@@kailarose7070 a curl is a curve that deviates from being straight. So technically wavy hair is curly hair. Any hair type that isn't straight is curly. "Curly" is a general term. Type 3 hair is called "coily" because it spirals. Stop belittling others for their hair type and expect to be respected (:
I've slept with my hair up like that for six years now, I haven't noticed a thinning on the top of my hair. My only issue with hair loss is on my sides and it's mostly due to stress. Black castor oil is a really good option for hair grownth! Your hair is looking great these days! Shea moisture is thick and heavy by definition tho. I would still recommend a soft layering haircut tho. BUT executed by a proffesional WHO actually knows how to cut curly and wavy hair AND ALWAYS cut your hair DRY.
The hair loss on the sides is because of the pressure the pony tail does, try to leave the baby hairs and front/side hair out of the pony tail, it will prevent the loss.
Your hair is looking better every video! It's definitely a difficult journey to transition those waves and curls, but I really think you're on the right track and hope you stick with it! I do have a few suggestions that might help: 1) I think the shampoos and conditioners you're using might be too heavy for your hair type and aren't clarifying enough. Buildup on the scalp can cause clogged follicles that lead to hair loss. There are some "low poo" options that lather and give hair a really clean feeling. I would also recommend using a scalp brush to really cleanse your scalp properly. Gently massaging/scrubbing the scalp can help stimulate hair growth as well. And try to clarify every 3-4 washes with a sulfate shampoo to really remove that buildup! 2) I wouldn't really recommend Shea Moisture products given your hair type because a lot of those products can be very heavy. They do have a Jamaican black castor oil line which I've tried and somewhat enjoyed, but it smelled like playdough and I still thought it was a bit too heavy for my hair. I would look into Not Your Mother's Naturals which are great and also affordable. 3) You can definitely style your hair right-side up. I think adding a leave-in conditioner and a curl cream would really help add definition to those waves. Make sure to add all products to soaking wet hair and brush through to distribute evenly. Then scrunch. Also if your hair is thin/fine, you might get more out of a mousse rather than gel. Definitely section your hair and try different methods until you find what works best! Rake & shake, scrunching, finger coiling, denman brush. So many options, but you always want to make your your hair is properly saturated with water and product. 4) I HIGHLY recommend checking out UA-camr Manes by Mell who is a professional hairstylist. Her hair is a lot curlier than yours (and mine), but I find a lot of her styling and diffusing tips have worked wonders for me. PLEASE watch her diffusing video. Total game changer. She also has videos on how she wears her hair in a bonnet to bed and refreshes in the morning which I think could benefit you. 5) I would be careful with some DIY masks. "Natural" does not always mean better, and some of those ingredients can actually be harmful to your hair in the long run or just not sit well with it. Particularly aloe which can cause flash-drying in the hair. There are a lot of great curly girl approved masks that really add hydration to the hair and are formulated for that specific purpose. Not Your Mother's has a great one, as do several other brands! Hope some of these tips help! :)
I’ve curls and I have another trick! Curly and wavy hair always has an higher Ph level, if it’s to higher your hair gets frizzy and is harder to style. So here’s the trick: if you take a shower you can’t have it to warm, that isn’t good (but you probably already new that). But what you also can do is at the end of your shower changing the shower to cold water. For me it really really helps! (Sorry for my English, I’m from Belgium so...)
I’ve used function of beauty before and I noticed that I had more hair loss while using them and my scalp felt horrible. I’ve watched others reviews and some have had the same experience. I wouldn’t use them if I were you.
In my opinion, you should say your hair type and get more in depth with your review. You shouldn’t say people shouldn’t use them, we all have a very diverse hair Maybe hair loss wasn’t from the product? Maybe how you used it or it was from something else?
I checked them on trust pilot a couple of months ago and it was littered with negative results. Then they seem to have intervened and deleted reviews or done something to make the rating better and are sponsoring like EVERY beauty UA-camr in the world... I don't trust them xx
Everytime I wash my hair, my curls are not really that defined but after using rice water, the curls are revived! So maybe use more protein masks along with the hydrating masks in your hair!! Edit: I don't think protein treatments should be done as often as hydrating masks tho
Hey your dedication to your hair is amazing never feel like your hair is bringing you down it’s changing every body has a bad hair day . Also some people can’t grow hair but remember beauty comes from the in not the out
I think you should use a clarifying cleanser from time to time: a good cleanse will revive your hair, moisture can’t get in if there’s build up. And probably you could use a little bit of protein to balance out all the moisture you’re giving to your hair. The hair isn’t always the same, it changes constantly.
Hey! I have had similar hair problems as you. I can recommend you to sleep with a silk bonnet every single night, that way no ponytail or clips will thin your hair. Also if your hair is really dry, I recommend you to try Shea Moisture Manuka Honey & Mafura Oil Intensive Hydration Hair Masque. That hair mask has made wonders to my fine wavy hair. If you need more protein in your hair, Shea Moisture Jamaican Black Castor Oil Strengthen & Restore Masque is really great and it's moisturizing too. Your hair looks really great in this video!
For less frizz when refreshing your hair you could try scrunching and holding it for a few seconds instead of scrunching it multiple times, thats what helps me with frizz.
PLEASE DONT STOP THESE VIDEOS. I’m going through the journey with you and these videos make me so happy when I see them. I drop everything to watch you make me learn so much and I’m so grateful for your videos and to not be alone with trying to find the perfect methods for our hair type
Recommendations: Shea Moisture Manuka Honey & Yogurt Hydrate + Repair Protein-Strong Treatment mask Cake The Curl Whip Whipped Curl Mousse or Odele Air Dry Styler I like these because they define my curls, don't weigh down my hair, and don't smell too powerful.
I was soooo bored I was literally watching FRIENDS over and over again and I got bored with that too and here you came uploading a video just in time...THANK YOU.
hey isabella, i havent had hair troubles like you but when you were talking about the law of attraction it really resonated with me and i can tell you it really works. ive had many bouts of severe acne in my life and many bouts of perfect skin! I find every couple years i've got bad skin lol. but i remember the first time i got really bad acne after not having acne for at least 7 years... i tried everything i could to fix it. but it only seemed to make it worse. i was so fixated on my skin i would cry out of frustration and not want to leave my house or go to work because of how i looked. eventually one day, i just decided not to care about it anymore. to not look at my skin.. to not do anything...no research no remedies.. nothing. and then... my skin cleared up within a couple months :) i think the toxic thoughts made it worse when my acne was bad.. by simply not looking at my skin and ignoring my acne it made it so much better! thats my story anyway... lmk if any of yall have a similar experience like this!
aimee watson I am glad ur acne situation was settled. I agree, if you don’t worry about certain imperfections, they tend to go away. I think it’s stress that can cause acne, that’s why many students have bad acne in school, but clear skin in summer. As I watch the video, I just keep thinking about how much work she puts into her hair. I have naturally wavy hair, like hers, all I do is condition, and shampoo my hair, put it into a braid at night. She may be adding too much stress in her hair, adding many products that don’t need to be added. If you have curly hair, I believe it should just show up, and if it’s fizzy, not too hard to take care of. Sorry this was long, but I agree, if she let go of the thought of her hair, positive things may happen.
i have to say, the positive attitude towards your hair helped me so much! literally once i stopped trying so hard to make it perfect and once i stopped buying expensie/ extensive products, my hair started looking beautiful and exactly the way i wanted it to look.
I’ve been watching your hair journey and your hair is THRIVING! You’ve been doing such an amazing job keeping up with your hair care and allowing and embracing your natural state. Like other commenters have mentioned, the area at your crown is simply a result of you allowing your hair to fall naturally as opposed to straightening it into a certain position. Either way, the health of your hair has very clearly improved so KEEP IT UP! 💛
i had trouble with the pineapple too!! i instead started braiding my hair in a singular french or dutch plait. although this disrupts my 'natural' wave pattern, it means that i will always wake up with tidy hair the next day! i also spray the Cantu 'next day curl revitaliser' before i plait it but i DONT brush! its not perfect but until i find a better way thats what im doing 🥰 xx
i do the same, I just braid two braids and sleep with that. As I have wavy hair and not curly it's actually similar to my pattern and still looks somewhat natural when im taking it out, it has helped a lot with decreasing my frizz
My hair is begging for that tub. Also I just want to say I feel I’m on this journey too I’ve been here since the start and I find myself doing the things you say works. Your videos are so professional and addictive thank you for being such a positive creator despite such a personal struggle with your hair ♥️
My mom has 2b waves, and sometimes i finger coil it for her and it looks amazing! I think you should try it. Its obviously better for curly hair (its great for my 3b hair when i want more definition) , but it also helps wavy hair. After you finger coil scrunch you hair with a gel to lock it.
Actually using water frequently, especially to refresh, can damage the hair cuticle or weaken, something like that? Manes by Mell talked about this in a video about hair and water or refreshing, most recent video:)
When you've finished styling, clip the part/cowlick together in the back with a smaller/medium claw clip while it air dries. that's what I do and it gets rid of the weird parting. My hair parts the same way
Your hair looks so good now! I'm so glad, because it looks like you've been finding your true hair type and what works for you! I really wish you the best!
It's a really amazing treatment! You only need a small amount, the tiny bottle lasts a while. However, it doesn't work like a conditioner to smooth or soften the hair. People have a misconception about this and get disappointed about the results of olaplex. It's a fortifier, strengthener, and reparative treatment. Having said that, it genuinely works to repair the bonds in the hair as advertised, essentially healing it from the inside out, not just coating it with silicone or creating a tough protein barrier on the outside. It's definitely worth the investment!
@@genevieveve oh wow thank you for sharing your experience 🤗🤗 my hair is super damaged and prone to breakage/split ends so it definitely sounds like something worth investing in :)
I checked them on trust pilot a couple of months ago and it was littered with negative results. Then they seem to have intervened and deleted reviews or done something to make the rating better and are sponsoring like EVERY beauty UA-camr in the world... I don't trust them xx
It is heavily scented with fragrance oils such as peppermint, lavender, tea tree, eucalyptus and spearmint. They are natural but they may be irritating for the scalp. Problem number two- surfactant Cocamidopropyl betaine may be highly irritating for some people and cause hair lose or it can be perfectly fine for others. Everyone just read ingredients list, and see what works for you just don't demonize companies.
If your cowlick (strange hair parting) is bugging you, something that helps me with mine is to slightly reset the area and clip of shut with a little clip till it dries. It really helps!
My hair is wavy and in the summer I never blow-dry. After shampoo and conditioner I use a salt spray, usually the bumble&bumble surf spray, which unpredictably is very nourishing for my hair. I also use it in the morning and then scrunch my hair, I really love it. Now I ordered the OUAI wave spray just to try something new :)
hey girl, I'll just copy my comment in here I just posted cause I think I had the same issue but for me it was a little more serious then a cow lick, I think my scalp was inflamed due to clogged pores due to product build up. So this was my response to Isabella but maybe it applies to you too, just research it in case it would help: OMGGGG I just saw the part where you describe the issue at the crown of your head and I had THE EXCAT same issue!! I noticed a thinning of my hair and tried using castor oil but then figured out that it's prob my pores being clogged by all the products I was using. I described it below in more detail!! Please read it I think it might be the same issue! I was wondering how your scalp is doing. Cause I feel like I was on the exact same journey as you (just like months or so ahead of you) with exactly the same hair type (except mine is longer and still hates me cause I bleached it) and I noticed that I developed seborrheic dermatitis from all the product build ups in my hair by using the CG method. Now idk if you do a cleansing wash (like proper wash with sulfates) every now and then but I certainly did not cause I was too scared and had noticed the buildup extremely. Like whenever I scratched my fingernail across my scalp I could scratch some build up/dandruff off (sorry if this was TMI). I noticed that due to that my hair hurt a lot at the roots, no matter how I had worn it (up or down) and it got worse over time, especially at the crown it was really bad. Then I found out it'S prob a fungus growing on my head and just 🤢... I now kinda stopped the CG method because of that cause I just needed to use a anti-dandruff shampoo every time and it only slowly started to get better. I highly recommend this video by the dermatologist Dr. Dray /watch?v=Xnutv1DRLFw. I always really try to keep that shampoo off the lengths of my hair and have actually started using a syringe with a dull end to really get it close to the scalp and then I use one of these exfoliating silicone scalp massages that I think Manes by Mell also uses. I also started using silicones again cause I didn't want my stripped hair to just be exposed to the weather. My Current routine is: 1. Sulfate Shampoo (anti dandruff) 2. CG approved deep conditioner 3. Conditioner with sulfates That way I will first try and strip my hair of the previous silicones and then use smith hydrating and then seal it with silicones to avoid frizz. Now idk if that actually works cause I've only been training git for 3 washdays but it solves at least my dandruff situation.
i would love the Shei Moisture curl cream. I’ve been on a hair journey for the past month after straightening almost everyday for multiples years. I have thick 3a curls and think it would be perfect for me 💓💓
I think this was too heavy for me! I have mostly 2b waves and have been struggling to transition to not styling it straight, but my hair tends towards the greasy end. Do you know of a lighter curl cream suitable for my hair?
Your hair looks so much healthier! What ended up actually making the most difference in embracing my wavy hair/helping to get it to where I want it to be is looking for products that are formulated for fine hair. My hair is super easily weighed down and the curly girl method is all about moisture! My hair gets really easily over moisturized which then weighs it down. If you want better wave definition, you might want to try a protein treatment. I personally need to incorporate protein into every wash day if I want good results. I started off with a rice water rinse, then tried a beer rinse (I used Guinness extra dark stout) and am going to do a gelatin treatment next wash day. Protein might be what you need if you want stronger wave definition! That and using gels/cremes/etc. formulated for fine hair. I'm currently obsessed with Bounce Curl's light creme gel. Not sure if you can get it in the UK, but JessiCurl's products formulated for fine hair are also great and you can get free samples of them. I also personally recommend Uncle Funky's Daughter curl enhancer but if that's not available in the UK Jessicurl also sells a curl enhancer. Your hair looks so much healthier regardless though and it's so great to hear you moving towards loving your hair more
my wavy hair used to be sooo dry and as a result I SOAKED it with so much product/oils/creams etc but it would only look good on some days and most of the days the build up would just weight it down making it look straight-ish but not in a good way lol. And then I realized my hair porosity was low and not high as I thought (because it was so dry) and it lit. changed my life. I actually need a little bit of sulfate in my products as it is prone to build up but silicones are still a big no no, leave ins cowashing etc is just not for me. As well as heavy oils like coconut oil ricin oil etc. PLUS, heat actually works well for me (before masks for example)! Now I use less and less products and it keeps looking curlier and curlier, shinier and just healthier in general!! feel like you have low porosity hair just like me and might want look into it! You probably already know about it but I figured it still could be useful for someone :)
If you’re still looking for a cream for your hair, I think you would like the not your mothers curl talk defining cream, it’s very lightweight so it won’t weigh down your hair
You have the exact same hair type as me so I’m so happy I found your channel! Also with the crown/parting, I always find i get the same thing when I tie my hair up really high. Like it just gives me a weird parting in my crown. So probably nothing to worry about!
I just started using it, I’ve done about three treatments in two weeks (as they recommend for really frizzy damaged hair) and I’m really loving the results so far. I also just want to thank you for inspiring me to take better care of my hair 💕
A really good and affordable option is Johnson's baby kids shampoo, I think most if not all of them are sulphate free and clean your scalp nicely. And for a basic emolient mask that you can add protein/hydrating ingrediens too a great one is Kallos Color (but onely the Color version because the rest have silicones) :)
I use that shampoo too! It's the only sulphate free shampoo that I could find in my local drugstore and I love it :) Although it has some pretty strong surfactants all in a row so I don't know if it would work on Isabella's extremely dry hair
Hi! I have fine, wavy hair, and my hair started feeling dry (but soft!) when my hair was in moisture overload. It looks quite similar to yours whenever I use too many heavy products on my fine hair. Maybe good to know that fine hair can respond like that when over-moisturized!! My hair started clumping, shining and holding it's curl better, and not feeling dry anymore when I started using way less moisturizing products, and added way more protein.
ABSOLUTELY!! Thin and fine hair wavy or curly often times CANT handle all the products. I used the same Shea moisture leave in, and it absolutely pulled ALL of the curl out. Gel for the most part does the same! Using mousse and a light weight leave in are the only products it can’t take before flattening out!
@@CecieGent19 For me, dry brushing my hair, then shampoo, then a tiny amount of conditioner with extra proteindrops, just enough to brush my hair, then LESS then a pea-sized amount of leave-in and extra water, followed up by flaxseed-gelatin-gel (so very high protein gel) does the trick! Very light on the amount of product, and lots of protein
I’ve been watching your videos for a while now and you’ve honestly come such a long way. From not knowing anything about hair care to honestly being such a knowledgeable person that even I’m learning things from. And about the Shea moisture I would be delighted if you even notice this comment
I never refresh my hair bc it it’s *always* frizzy after. I just deal with the loss of volume/definition. That shea moisture curl cream is really heavy. That brand makes a lot of other products for fine hair. Their website separates their products by hair type. I think the marshmallow coconut line would work for you
I live in the UK and have thick curly hair ;) my parents are key workers so they can't really take me shopping for this kind of stuff. Would love if you could send it to me! I've watched all your videos and found them very interesting. You're a very relatable/likeable person. I live in the Uk btw.
Hey I’d love to win the hair cream, I started really embracing my curls about 2 years ago and it’s so much curlier than I ever thought! I actually need a hair cream anyway 😂I live in Scotland, I’ve learned a lot from your videos!!
Normally they are not curly girl approved because they contain silicones, sulphates and rubbing alcohols and overall it is rated as one of the worst shampoos/conditioners for hair so I would not recommend for curly hair. On straight hair it may work fine because historically straight hair is much less maintenance and will dry in very similar ways every time washed xxx
Don’t worry about your hair loss, it will woren it. I just wanted to say that I also lost a lot of hair on the same place. I had bad eating disorder and my hair was literally falling out in chunks, so i can relate to you problem. Now i have about 6-7 cm of new hair and it looks really bad, but I am glad it grows. I just the black castor oil and it saved me so i can deffinitely recommend it to you. I also did scalp massages and it all hepled a lot. I really like your videos, greetings from Czech republic❤️
For the upsidedown styling, It work very well for me. I highly recommend raking of the hair on the back and moving side to side and then stand up straight and shaming the hair. You should be able to move your hair withou it getting stuck. For more indepth demondstration you can check out this video by swavy curly courtney: ua-cam.com/video/-qafabZtAzs/v-deo.html But it's find if it doesn't work for you, the whole propose of cgm is to keep your hair healthy!!! If your confused about styling products check out this video also by courtney: ua-cam.com/video/yO90B5fhaeg/v-deo.html But, keep in mind that you really don't need all of these products/layering them. I've never tried Shea Moisture but the lines that people recommend for your hair type are: manuka honey & yoghurt and weightless fruit fusion. In general, for wavy hair, you need products that are light but still keep your hair nice and moisturize! About the hair thinning, I have no idea about it because I have quite high density but I hope for the best for you!! Sorry if I'm giving you too much information, I can't help it lol. Have a good hair day :D
I have the same hair type as you and I have learnt that you should always use gel. This keeps the wave in place so that it doesn’t drop during the day. I also wear my hair in a low plait at night as it keeps my curles tidy and it adds a bit of definition to the hair. I’m going through the same struggle and this has worked for me xx
I agree with you when I tried to put a lot of products in my naturaly wavy(kind of curly) hair my hair actualy became straight and dry. Now I only use shampoo, conditioner, argan oil and no heat.
I wanted to suggest something that works for me. When I wash my hair, I was it regular side up, sometimes upside down for circulation BUT I always part and comb it right side up. To style at the end, I have the shower running, I flip my hair forward and back and forward (upside down now) one last time. THEN I apply products etc., I personally just scrunch oil into my hair but I wouldn’t recommend you do that solely because it may be too heavy for your hair. Whatever products/oils work for you, you can use. And then run your hair still upside down real quick under the cool shower and scrunch like that. Turn the shower off now, you’re done. Then scrunch, scrunch, scrunch again and finally flip your hair back. I also flip mine side to side. The flipping really helps with that wild, messy, voluminous look. And that’s it, don’t touch it OR plop in a cotton t-shirt. Personally, microfiber towels don’t work at all. Just cotton t-shirts. Looks ugly but then you look cute when your hair dries and it sets the curls like that on top of your head to retain volume. You can take the t-shirt off at any time, you don’t have to wait until it’s fully dry. I leave it until it’s not running water and the tendrils that are popping out are kind of dry. You can then air dry the rest or diffuse or diffuse straight off the bat. Personally, I don’t diffuse at all. I know it’s long but I hope this helps someone. I wanted to comment this on your last video about the CG journey but I got distracted 🙊
Omg I'd loovvee the hair smoothie I DO live in the UK and that's one of the reasons I love u, u are English! I love Shea moisture and I love u!! Plz plz plz plz plz plz plz plz pick me!! I would be heart broken if u didn't pick me!! I have quite dry, thick, curly hair so it would be PERFECT for me and my parents don't understand that I really want my hair to be healthy and they don't recommend so they never buy anything special for me...😣😣😣
I would love to win that curl smoothie, we gotta be saving them coins 😂 Also shea moisture products are quite versatile so maybe you could try the fizz defence shampoo and conditioner.
Looking back on your footage is great your curly hair has come a long way! I’m a hairdresser, don’t worry about your “bald spot”, it’s not a bald spot it’s just a crown cow lick, they’re very common and VERY stubborn to try and move, so don’t worry about that! I also recommend sticking to professional Haircare products, I’m not sure if you can get Muk in the UK, but Muk do the best leave in curl cream, great for hair like yours! I also recommend using professional shampoo/conditioner/treatment. Honestly I just skip conditioner and used a treatment everytime I wash, don’t be scared about price either there are so many affordable salon brands out there. I promise you’ll notice a huge positive difference xxx
The Kinky Curly Knot Today leave-in is my absolute favorite for giving my hair nice detangling slip, moisture, and combating frizz. It makes my curls bouncy and shiny when I use it before gel. I usually get out of the shower, flip all my hair forward, then sprits it with water until it is dripping wet again. I glaze over the leave-in and squish to condish about a quarter size amount. Next I slide my fingers through my hair from my scalp and rake through to my ends to pull my hair up off of my scalp so it will not look strange when I flip it back over. Then I add a little more water and glaze and then scrunch in gel. No raking this time! Finally I plop in a microfiber turbitwist for 15 minutes to speed up dry time and enhance curl definition. I love the Dippity-do Girls With Curls Gelee for my gel.
I’m lowkey dedicated to this woman’s hair journey at this point
Me too don’t worry:)
me too haha
Samee...it's quite concerning actually

that’s why we are here

This is like a Netflix series to me 😂😂

I have some suggestions:
People who used the brand’s have reported hair loss associated with the products. :(
I had bought function of beauty because so many influencers were sponsored, I noticed my hair shed more while using but wanted to finish using the products but after two months of usage my mom let me know that the back of my head was balding, sure enough I used a mirror to look and my hair was SO thinned out :( I wear a hat everyday right now because since its so thinned out my scalp keeps burning so easily. DO NOT BUY!!!!
What do you recommend if you have thin really frizzy hair that's a mixture of waves/curls and straight hair?
Thank god I saw this comment! I wanted to try that function of beauty but I'm too broke for that and I'm losing enough hair strands when I wash my hair I don't need and don't want a bald spot.
These videos are so much more entertaining than they should be lmao
I think it's due to her personality haha!
True!
She's a great editor. She has a lot of talent with that
Yeah she definitely has a talent for this
Someone just ruined the 169 likes on this comment😉...
I feel like your hair looks a lot healthier!
Yes!! It looks so shiny!
Jade 0955 Yeah, I have a cowlick in that spot too :)
Me too!
Me to 😅
Same !!
I also have a cowlick there 🤷♀️
God it looks SO much better/healthier from when you had it long/straightened
3) I've recently been experimenting with "plopping" and I love it, check out this method for drying/setting your waves
4)Brushing!
I think plopping would be so much better for her than scrunching! the scrunching can be so damaging and it seems her hair is too fragile to take it.
Ashley Raujol what are some good sulfate shampoos? I've been looking into trying that out. (I have 2b 3a curls/waves)
Maybe you’re just overthinking and stressing yourself out over your hair. After I stopped caring about how my hair looked and left it alone, it flourished. It wouldn’t grow passed my bra strap for years and now it’s almost hip length.
How long did it take ? :0 mines at bra strap currently
Lol
ikr! she is over caring her hair! imagine the damage all of those things are going to cause on her hair.
Girl same everytime i try to make my hair look the best it looks the worst and everytime i dont care that much about styling it it looks soo curly
I tried Function of Beauty one time, and it caused my scalp to breakout in acne! I contacted them and they said it was an allergic reaction and gave me all my money back even past their 30 day money back guarantee. So even tho I didn't have a good time with them, I still appreciate their customer service.
Also my conditioner wasn't very conditioning at all and I chose deep condition and hydrate, so that's about that XD
3.5 out of 5 stars for me
I had gotten a replacement formula for the shampoo and conditioner last year but it was extremely drying and making my hair fall out too even though my hair is straight/wavy and I chose deep condition, hydrate, and anti-frizz. I thought it was the color dye or the fragrance (the mild is still really strong). But idk. I think a lot of their ingredients are derived from coconuts and my hair doesn't work well with coconuts, unfortunately.
I was literally just bingeing her hair videos again. I’ve been trying to find a good resource on information for hair health that doesn’t just make untested curly girl method claims for so long and it’s so scarce so this girl is my holy grail right now 😓👌🏻
Manes by Mell, Bianca Renee Today, and Swavy Curly Courtney are all three that I follow and they all have great information.
I second what Jessica says - also Manes by Mell is a professional hairdresser and explains all the science
@justanerd this was super helpful! what products do you use now that work for you?
justanerd I'm so glad I read you!
I've experienced hair thinning as well and tbh wasn't really concerned about this issue till today when I noticed that something is going wrong 😑 I'm so glad I saw your helpful comment, thank you so much 🥰🥺❣
Stress also have a bad effect on hair and skin , so don't overthink a lot
I would 100% recommended using a leave in conditioner before gel it really helps with frizz :)
Yes! I started doing that and it helped a lot!
I’m literally watching this while I’m brushing my teeth that’s how invested I am
Same lol
I did the same thing and love it so far, my hair is willd but not super frizzy
Everytime a new video comes out I'm like "it's been a month already???!!"
People that didn't know that the hair is wavy omg
There's a lot of things for straight hair and a lot for curly hair and this is awesome!!
You should watch “Manes by Mell”, she is a professional stylist.
+1 she's the best curly girl influancer in the whole community....
She doesn't follow curly girl method
@@shoshanafox727 yeah but she's super good
Shoshana Fox cgm is not for everyone and maybe Mell is kind of person whose curls doesn’t like it. Also Mell’s knowledge is universal for everyone, not only for non-cgm followers
Yes!!! She’s great and everything she recommends is backed by actual science
plsss don’t give up it’s looking thicker and curlier every day
And shinier!
I edited my comment cuz it was stupid and ignorant and I'm sorry to anyone that saw my stupidity.
I would LOVE that shea moisture hair cream I literally love Shea moisture products and am currently on a curly hair journey too :)
I use nak too!! I have the structure complex shampoo and conditioner and volume foam, love the brand
you can't wash out the oil without the sulfates, your hair will become frizzy and curl-less because oil builds up and makes you hair heavier and "wild"
Thank you! :)
Next week I'm getting it cut to collarbone length and hopefully my hair will grow back a lot healthier and thicker, just like your hair did 💕
There’s so much gatekeeping on the title of “curly” hair and it honestly makes me so nervous to embrace my natural hair
Btw I'm a wavy myself and cgm changed my life!
Stop belittling others for their hair type and expect to be respected (:
angel66_jh type 3 is not coily one percent that’s 4 type hair

Same yaaass!!
the fact that this has almost 100 likes-
Your hair is looking better every video! It's definitely a difficult journey to transition those waves and curls, but I really think you're on the right track and hope you stick with it! I do have a few suggestions that might help:
1) I think the shampoos and conditioners you're using might be too heavy for your hair type and aren't clarifying enough.
Janne Deventer Thank you so much!!!!!
I'm going to try! I hate hate cold water but omg hope it helps
I’ve used function of beauty before and I noticed that I had more hair loss while using them and my scalp felt horrible. I’ve watched others reviews and some have had the same experience. I wouldn’t use them if I were you.
Lol i guess it’s good that I’m too poor to afford them then
thank you for this comment!!! i was just about to order from them... what is your hair type?
In my opinion, you should say your hair type and get more in depth with your review.
You shouldn’t say people shouldn’t use them, we all have a very diverse hair
Maybe hair loss wasn’t from the product? Maybe how you used it or it was from something else?
I checked them on trust pilot a couple of months ago and it was littered with negative results. Then they seem to have intervened and deleted reviews or done something to make the rating better and are sponsoring like EVERY beauty UA-camr in the world... I don't trust them xx
Peter Griffin umm I never said I experienced hair loss from it? I just said that I wasn’t able to afford any of their products
Everytime I wash my hair, my curls are not really that defined but after using rice water, the curls are revived! So maybe use more protein masks along with the hydrating masks in your hair!!
Edit: I don't think protein treatments should be done as often as hydrating masks tho
My hair felt frizzy and not so healthy but after using rice water, It immediately changed!! the curls became soo defined and so shiny! It's a miracle
You know BTS? SUGAAAAAA🥺
Hey your dedication to your hair is amazing never feel like your hair is bringing you down it’s changing every body has a bad hair day . Also some people can’t grow hair but remember beauty comes from the in not the out
I’m so excited to watch you figure out what works best for your hair!! And for taking us along with you! You are doing such a great job!
She already did the silk wrap , she showed us that in a past video
I think she's using the silk bonnet wrongly. The silk part should be touching the hair
I use the Jamaican black castor oil masque and it smells sooooo good
@@lilmara4990 Yes, but she didn't mention that she would use it every single night
@@strawberryneko18 Me too! Although I prefer the Manuka Honey & Mafura Oil mask's smell, that one smells like heaven!
I have a similar "combo" hair type. Try clarifying every few days. A lot of those products will weigh hair down and clog your scalp causing hair loss.
Recommendations:
Shea Moisture Manuka Honey & Yogurt Hydrate + Repair Protein-Strong Treatment mask
Cake The Curl Whip Whipped Curl Mousse or Odele Air Dry Styler
I like these because they define my curls, don't weigh down my hair, and don't smell too powerful.
Your hair looks really nice in this video! Looks like you've kinda figured out your routine :) so glad for you
I was soooo bored I was literally watching FRIENDS over and over again and I got bored with that too and here you came uploading a video just in time...THANK YOU.
hey isabella, i havent had hair troubles like you but when you were talking about the law of attraction it really resonated with me and i can tell you it really works. ive had many bouts of severe acne in my life and many bouts of perfect skin!
I am a curly girl and your tips and tricks helped me get my hair to waiste length. Thank you so much
i had trouble with the pineapple too!! i instead started braiding my hair in a singular french or dutch plait. although this disrupts my 'natural' wave pattern, it means that i will always wake up with tidy hair the next day! i also spray the Cantu 'next day curl revitaliser' before i plait it but i DONT brush! its not perfect but until i find a better way thats what im doing 🥰 xx
i do the same, I just braid two braids and sleep with that.
Your hair is so much more healthy!! Congratulations beautiful!! ❤️❤️💕
This girl is SOOO beautiful 😍 such a natural beauty
I've had the same issues with my refreshes. I've found that the more water in my hair when refreshing, the better!
My hair parts the same way
Thank you! Great tip
Your hair looks so good now! I'm so glad, because it looks like you've been finding your true hair type and what works for you! I really wish you the best!
Look into function of beauty hair loss. I’ve seen a couple of videos about that.
Yes please try the olaplex no 3!!! I've always wanted to try it but as you said, it's so expensive 🥺🥺
I heard some times that function of beauty causes lots of hair loss...
Is it true for you too?
I was just going to comment about that. I’ve heard that too.
I mean look at the ingredient list 🤯 SO MANY INGREDIENTS thats not a good sign...
Well since she's sponsored I don't think she'll answer
I relate with the parting in the back of your hair! I try to hide it by brushing but it always moves :(
If your cowlick (strange hair parting) is bugging you, something that helps me with mine is to slightly reset the area and clip of shut with a little clip till it dries.
I have the same scalp "problem" as you and sometimes it does make me a bit self conscious
I'm 18 btw so I don't think it's related to age
It depends what you do to your hair. Also, try to change hair parting
hey girl, I'll just copy my comment in here I just posted cause I think I had the same issue but for me it was a little more serious then a cow lick, I think my scalp was inflamed due to clogged pores due to product build up. So this was my response to Isabella but maybe it applies to you too, just research it in case it would help:
OMGGGG I just saw the part where you describe the issue at the crown of your head and I had THE EXCAT same issue!!
I noticed that due to that my hair hurt a lot at the roots, no matter how I had worn it (up or down) and it got worse over time, especially at
the crown it was really bad.
My Current routine is:
1. Sulfate Shampoo (anti dandruff)
2. CG approved deep conditioner
3. Conditioner with sulfates
That way I will first try and strip my hair of the previous silicones and then use smith hydrating and then seal it with silicones to avoid frizz. Now idk if that actually works cause I've only been training git for 3 washdays but it solves at least my dandruff situation.
I have fine wavy hair and i use the curl smoothy, i just use very very small amount and wet my hands to tin it.
Thank you so so so much girls🥰❤
Oh my god Bella holy shit your hair looks gorgeous 😭😭 Girl I'm so proud of you!!! Holy shit! Thanks for bringing us along with you :)))❤❤
i would love the Shei Moisture curl cream. I’ve been on a hair journey for the past month after straightening almost everyday for multiples years. I have thick 3a curls and think it would be perfect for me 💓💓
same
It’s great! If your hair needs a lot of moisture, it’s a great product to use! I use it and it makes my hair so soft :)))
The NYM curl cream is also amazing. I have 3a curls too and it makes my hair so soft, defined, and bouncy.
I think this was too heavy for me! I have mostly 2b waves and have been struggling to transition to not styling it straight, but my hair tends towards the greasy end. Do you know of a lighter curl cream suitable for my hair?
Alice Paver the not your mothers curl talk cream. It’s very light, but will define your waves and it smells amazing!
your hair truly looks so much healthier and better. whatever you did this last month is working!
I'm so committed to your curly journey. I know it's not easy, but just know that it's lovely on the other side. You've got this, sis!
yesss!! I've been waiting for this! Your hair looks amazing omgg
Every time I see “Isabella Demarko” pop up it’s an instant click.
Why is this so entertaining?!
Seeing a girl struggle about her hair?!
Because she has a good vocabulary and is talented in editing :)
her voice is soothing and its relatable content XD
Thank you so much for doing this! Ive been looking into the curly girl method and your videos are really helping! Thank you so much! I love you ❤️
You have the exact same hair type as me so I’m so happy I found your channel!
It's the only sulphate free shampoo that I could find in my local drugstore and I love it :)
Although it has some pretty strong surfactants all in a row so I don't know if it would work on Isabella's extremely dry hair
If noone has asked for the curl cream I’d love to try it because it’s been hard to find new products during lockdown. I love your videos btw ❤️

Protein is KEY
I hope u get it
@@EktaDwvedi thank you so much xx I hope good things happen in your life too :)
Hey I’d love to win the hair cream, I started really embracing my curls about 2 years ago and it’s so much curlier than I ever thought! I actually need a hair cream anyway 😂I live in Scotland, I’ve learned a lot from your videos!!
That's cool, what other products do you use? Just curious.
I recommend the brand "Herbal essences" especially the hair mask. Im not sure if its curly girl approved tho
Literally the most relatable hair series 🥰i’m so invested
Have a good hair day :D
who is here waiting for a new video??
Laura ya I’m pretty much checking my notifications every hour I wonder why it’s already been a month since she posted
REALLY look into Function of Beauty's ingredients... Just saying :/
What's up with it? Another dirty product? I swear to God sometimes I'm glad that I'm broke
You can find some videos about it :D I recommend the ones that aren't sponsored
For example Simone Nicole did a video about it
i love following your hair journey and thank you so much for sending that hair cream to someone who will use it instead of throwing it all out
I have the same hair type as you and I have learnt that you should always use gel. This keeps the wave in place so that it doesn’t drop during the day. I also wear my hair in a low plait at night as it keeps my curles tidy and it adds a bit of definition to the hair. I’m going through the same struggle and this has worked for me xx
Maybe you should try leaving your hair for a while. Lately you've been trying a lot of new things with it.
True
that changed the game for my hair, stopping using products and only shampooing and conditioning
I agree with you when I tried to put a lot of products in my naturaly wavy(kind of curly) hair my hair actualy became straight and dry. Now I only use shampoo, conditioner, argan oil and no heat.
I have an idea. If your curls would always undefined maybe you should sleep in a braid. U think the braid would define your curls even more
Her hair looks amazing.
Fed up of seeing function of beauties ad 😑😑😑🤬🤬🤬🤬
Omg I'd loovvee the hair smoothie I DO live in the UK and that's one of the reasons I love u, u are English!
I love Shea moisture and I love u!! Plz plz plz plz plz plz plz plz pick me!!
I would be heart broken if u didn't pick me!!
I have quite dry, thick, curly hair so it would be PERFECT for me and my parents don't understand that I really want my hair to be healthy and they don't recommend so they never buy anything special for me...😣😣😣
you could buy it yourself! it's really not that expensive and if you're worried abt money there are cheaper REALLY nice creams too
@@chaelithecaterpillar8250 thanks I'll look but still I love that brand and when ever I look they are always expensive so... Yeah.
I would love to win that curl smoothie, we gotta be saving them coins 😂
Also shea moisture products are quite versatile so maybe you could try the fizz defence shampoo and conditioner.
