I've already had the firt's nyxi wizard joy-cons, you know, the purple ones, now I have the spice orange version, and after 1 month of waiting, finally, maybe tomorrow or the day after tomorrow ¡The nyxi hyperion pro with the purple design will arrive to me with the portable case! I'm so sorry for all the people that comments that they have some issues with the joysticks and other things about the controlles, 'cause in my personal experience I do really love the brand by itself, the controlles are pretty comfortable and their prices aren't that much for the multiple optiones they give you, also they're offering so many discounts time by time so you can get their products cheaper than you thought, and, in almost 1 entire year of trying and using their products constantly, they never disappointed me, all of these to say that, I recommend the brand.😄👍🏻 (Forgot to mention that the tracking option for your shipment is pretty intuitive, and useful, they also responded me faster than I expected and have being very kind to me)
I actually did not know that. The Hyperion Pro has been replaced for me, I use the Phantom HD from COIORVIS cause HD Rumble but the Wizard is one I’ll still use at least for Smash and some select games!
@@sebastianadomaitis875 I would've said the Hyperion Pro because re-wiring my brain for the layout of the Wizard is too big an ask for every game. If playing titles where the Wizard makes more sense though, I pick that one instead. With that said, I used past tense because I find the Hyperion Pro has been beat by the DOYOKY Epoch for which I have a review on my channel. Cheers!
Yup, it does work fine. Just to specify, the bridge serves to charge both joycons simultaneously, it won't transform the joycons into a "wired" controller. In other words, data is not supported.
I'm sorry you had this experience. I just found out that a few comments were made on their videos of people expressing hard time to get support. If that helps, Chinese New Year is about to end in a few days, maybe they'll have a backlog of messages to cover so I'd try Facebook and see if they respond faster there. Good luck!

Sorry I waited to see where the situation went with the replacement they sent. I only got the replacement joycons but not the middle thingy despite them saying they would. So I'm not sure what the defective joycon did but it messed with the rail somehow. You know how the joycons slide into place and kind of lock? It made that side more loose and wobbly. I suggest if you have issues sliding the joycons in and off the middle thingy, don't connect them to your switch. Contact them to get a replacement asap
There is another brand called DOYOKY, maybe you’d be lucky with that one? With that said it’s the same with Amazon Canada, a lot of products that can be found on the US website cannot outside of it. Cheers and good luck!
DON'T buy these and fall the these paid reviews!!! Mine did not last 4 days!!! the railing is plastic and breaks if you look at it wrong. for a 70 euro controller it is a catastrophe
Far be it from me to invalidate (or try to) your experience. Maybe you played too rough, maybe you had a bad batch. I hope you have a warranty or even, that you have purchase security on your credit card to get a full refund, something. I know I’d be furious at the product if I was in your shoes. Take care!
@@GameTechTalk Thank you for the reply man but like I said I had these for 4 days and I also work full time. the total play time is not even 10 hours! the NYXI support does not honor the warranty so maybe let everyone know if they get these they are on their own. All they did was to offer a 20% discount code to go and spend more money on their website!!! I was so excited for these and now I am equally disappointed and angry. I will try to get a refund by paypal

NYXI Hyperion Pro vs. NYXI Wizard?
NYXI Wizard absolutely, It's the only one that can work on both switch and pc

Don't buy nyxi, their joycon came defective and damaged my switch. They didn't bother to contact me back besides and automatic response

I've had mine for almost a year and they're amazing but jeez it took a whole 31 days to come in the mail
