The quick shine ruins the floor overtime. These floor polishes I wouldn't recommend using because it's hard to remove and after awhile your floors will look dull
Thank you for your feedback! I appreciate your insight regarding Quick Shine. While it can cause dulling over time, some clients prefer it for its immediate shine, especially when prepping properties for showings post-renovation. I'm currently exploring alternative products to balance shine and floor health. If you have any recommendations, I'd love to hear them!
First, thank you for watching my video! I really appreciate your support. Here are a few vacuum options that I use for residential post-construction: - Shark NV356E Navigator Lift-Away Professional Upright Vacuum: (amzn.to/3xU34aV) - HYLA GST Water Filtration Vacuum with Accessories: (amzn.to/461lxyM) I've also created a free Google Sheet that I update regularly. In it, you will find links and a comprehensive list of supplies I use for all types of projects. @@LeaveItBetter-CaitlynR not necessarily you just have to pay attention to what you pick up because nails and large debris can damage the machine. There are two other machines on the list I sent you. You could use a Pro Team backpack vacuum or a Hyla. Both work great and I have used them.
Hi there! Congratulations on starting your new cleaning company! Post-construction cleaning requires attention to detail. Here's a basic checklist that might help: Debris Removal: Clearing all construction waste, including wood scraps, packaging materials, and other debris. Dust Removal: Wiping down surfaces, walls, ceilings, and fixtures to eliminate dust. Floor Cleaning: Vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and removing any adhesives or residues. Window Cleaning: Removing stickers, paint splatters, and cleaning windows thoroughly. Detailing Fixtures: Polishing fixtures, sinks, faucets, and other hardware. Bathroom Cleaning: Disinfecting toilets, sinks, showers, and tiles. Kitchen Cleaning: Wiping down cabinets, countertops, appliances, and ensuring they are sanitized. Final Inspection: Walking through to ensure everything is clean and in order. Remember, each construction site might have specific needs, so be flexible to adapt your checklist accordingly. Best of luck with your cleaning company! Is there anything else I can assist you with? Feel free to ask and we can chat for a few minutes.
How do you remove drywall stain from laminate flooring ? I’ve tried everything the stain appears to have bleached the floor. Can you please offer your tips. Thanks!
Hi! Thank you for taking the time to watch my video; your support means a lot to me. Regarding your question, I primarily use the household goof-off in the yellow and blue spray bottle, which I typically purchase from Home Depot. This is great for the initial stain removal. However, I don't have a solution for restoring the floor once it's stained.
It really depend on the type of project, cost of labor to complete the project and the cost of the supplies. I'd love to talk more about it with yout! Thanks for your question! Yes, I'm open to traveling for jobs. I typically include travel expenses in my proposal and ensure the company's reputation and payment reliability beforehand. For larger projects on net30 terms, I've used factoring companies to run credit checks on potential clients before engaging in business with them.

@@blackowningit would drywall dust and wood dust hurt the shark vacuum?

@@blackowningit I think I would love a backpack vacuum but the price is the issue for me. Thanks!
@@LeaveItBetter-CaitlynR I get that. The shark would be your best bet for a cheaper option or even a shop vac.
