Notes: Toyota only has a Front Left and Right speaker output to the amp (ML and JBL), this threw me off, but I looked it up in the wiring diagrams and that is correct. Also, it sounds great :) .

Love this way this looks. I am about to order the exact same as I don’t ML audio, quick question do you order anything else besides the head unit for the install? Trim pieces etc? Are you still happy with it?

It works great! The trim all fits well. The little fan died right away, I replaced it with a larger 12v fan, which you might as well do now. Also, GX only has a left/right speaker out, don’t let that throw you off. The amp distributes the speaker signals.
I just ordered one of these and I was curious as to whether there is an option to change CarPlay to a right hand drive configuration? Thanks for the tips, good video!!
Yes there is! I need to remove the garbage little add-on fan that came with mine and replace with a better one. The bearing died a couple weeks in. I plan to do a video about the head unit then. FYI, I really like it in general, great upgrade. Good Luck.

Do you have a URL/Site as to where to purchase said H.U.? Although it looks like it may be just for the non-Mark Levinson stereo systems, correct?
I bought it on AliExpress. Correct, NON-MarkLevinson system (normal is JBL) sound system and amp. FYI, ML is 8ohm, JBL is all 4 ohm. I didn't shoot the install, it was pretty straight forward, just remove the trim, covered in previous video, and replace the unit. It fits great though! Very happy with it. I'll post the links in the main desc.
@@GX470PracticalMaintenance Bummer.. It looks pretty cool.. But I unfortunately have the Mark Levinson w/ DVD/Nav. and flip down screen for the rear passengers.. Thanks for the info.. I like it because it's not the usual, "TESLA" Tablet everyone goes for..
This model does have all the connects for DVD player and RES, so it is possible, but I think the biggest issue would be the climate controls and radio setup, since they are so different. Agreed, I do love the look and size of this one, and not the mega Tesla screen.

Those two passwords are all I know. But they should work if you find the reset button. That said, I am not an expert on these things.
Try 7890, it works for me. Just be careful, after entering 7890 and confirming OK, the system does not ask you anything, but immediately goes to factory reset.
