      @@mitchmarvelous6412Its better to just say "you look great" and leave out the part of about aging. And leave out the "still" part. My opinion.
      But thats just my opinion on "you look good for a...." type compliments

      @@VanessaWong-yi5pe wow . Nothing on your growth has been stupendous? That's him calling her old not me. I was sincere and honest sorry your like that. We are all aging except Rachel. Honestly tho you should know I was complimenting her beauty without any kind of negativity it's more eye of the beholder with how you took that and turned it negative. Either way you look beautiful too sorry for upsetting you or forgetting to compliment you as well. I'm getting old now with gray hairs showing up. I used to get the u look exactly the same or still young. Never confused it for insults. However if someone said your growth has been stupendous...I would be mad cuz honestly it hasn't been stupendous not even close it's patronizing its sincerity.

      @@VanessaWong-yi5pe thank you in all honesty your not wrong. I've never been good at this. I used to let them come talk to me. That didn't work very good either. I guess I only said it like that cuz the first comment upset me with how fake or insincere it sounded. Maybe he really meant that. I was just being honest and she looks the same as when I first saw her in the video games which was over five yrs ago maybe longer plus I haven't seen her since those video games almost ten yrs ago. Other than a dunk contest show she was on called dunk champs I think. She doesn't need my comments anyway she knows what she looks like I think.

    In one CBA season, Grayson Boucher averaged 4.5 points and 2.3 assists on .426 shooting.
    Even his per 36 stats were just 7.9 points and 4.0 assists. Mind you this is the CBA.
    Professor is better at basketball than 99.9% of all humans, but he probably wasn't good enough to make the NBA. Maybe if he grew more as a player back then, which was possible.
    To be able to hold your own in the CBA is impressive, but you need to be in the top 1% of CBA players to make the NBA.
    Kids don't understand how good you have to be to even sniff the CBA or G-League.

    The basketball fans disagree with yall about the WNBA lowering the rim. Hell, even a lot of the NBA players would love to see a lower rim. The ball is smaller, the three point line is closer, the season is shorter, but we are going to draw the line at lowering the rim?

    • @maplenerd22
      @maplenerd22 5 місяців тому

      You got think on the macro level. It's not just lower the rim is the issue. These girls have played their entire lives on 10ft rims. That would be a huge adjustments in their shots and how the game will be played.\. Not only that, they would have to change this at the collegiate and high school levels as well. You can't have high school and college players play on 10ft rims and then have lower rims at the WNBA level. Not only is that dumb, it's completely changes the dynamics of the game for the players. And then you have to think about the logistics and the type facilities in where they can play and practice. Whether they practice at a NBA gym, home or on the road, they have go to facilities that have adjustable rims. Sure in NBA arena there are adjustable rims, but most practice facilities, even in NBA DO NOT have adjustable rims. SO that severely limits on where they can play and practice, especially in the off season where they practice in local gyms where adjustable rims is not the norm.

    • @Ramel34
      @Ramel34 5 місяців тому

      @@maplenerd22 There's two options...Make no changes and stop complaining about pay and recognition or lower the rim and watch the viewership go up. NBA players like Shaq and others already offered this advice but somehow it's "offensive" to the WNBA players. We the fans love watching full court alley oops and people getting dunked on. That's a MAJOR part of the game, so all this emotional stuff about not needing to dunk is nonsense. The Jordans on my feet has a dunk logo on them not an aggressive layup logo.

    So basically the professor didn't get into the NBA is because And 1 told him he would make more money with them instead of going to the real pros. 🤦‍♂

    The women’s game will rise for two simple reasons. Skill levels and rivalries. Marketing is one thing but the stories within the games goes much farther in drawing attention to the game. That’s what happened when Magic and Bird entered the NBA. Question is, will the WNBA nurture the incoming players, their followings, and the individual rivalries or will jealousy squander this opportunity to grow their league
