doesnt matter what i time i go to bed... im the same.. i feel crap during the day.. come 7/8 at night, i feel awake. its crap.so i stay up untill early morning most nights.b4 im ready to actualy sleep. i can go to bed at (normal hours) and just lay there looking at the ceiling,.. that makes it worse. becasue then my brain starts thinking about shit thats not real. or just random nothingness.

@@davecullins1606 Good for you! Dave I've gone to several neurologist. I try to stay active but I've got a degenerating disk & fibromyalgia & other issues. If I can I'd stop taking my meds but one medicine I for sure am stopping which my body couldn't take. So walking on treadmill on a level surface is what helps me. God Bless.

Your sleep problems come from the bad light you live under.
Remember that humans evolved under Sunlight for thousands of years. Never we lived under fake light from Tv, Phones and LED light bulbs.
Never trust doctors and Big pharma. They have NO clue how sleep really works.
Beleive it or not, melatonin is built in the morning Sunlight.
Your eyes and skin must be exposed to UV and InfraRed light daily to generarate proper sleep.

Its 1:35 Am and Cannot sleep at all. I lie down.. And i stare at the ceiling and I JUST CANNOT REST. Im like a nocternal human! I cant sleep at night but I can sleep in the morning!

I haven’t slept in 20 hours, and I can’t sleep and I’m not even tired. Why?
Same but my symptoms were shortness of breath first, took medicine deflammation for my lungs. Then I slept 5 hrs but the next day I wasnt able to sleep even though I was okay breathing. Everytime I closed my eyes to sleep I get this annoying chest pain and it wakes me up or it feels like you'll stop breathing or black out. I couldnt sleep 20hrs too and I'm still not sleepy.
Once I couldn’t sleep 26 hours
Update: 8the day. I feel alot better now than b4 but if I do exercise or go outside with bad smell. My breathless kicks in but I do recover fast with therapy I'll say within an 1hr. I'd like to point out about the chest pain *be aware* on taking too many inhaler. In my situation it may have caused chest pain. I'd recommend therapy and deflammation pills and also sleeping on you're left side or left hand it helps alot. Note I took the inhaler as recommended too but it doesnt work for me.
Also nyquil if you're desperate lol
Update almost 2 months: I'm fully recovered but it lasted like 3 months which it got me pretty scared. I'm able to breathe and sleep comfortably but I've been waking up due to breathing but I think it was my nose being plugged.

Same here. But, luckily I stumbled into some recordings here on youtube and found some help after 2 days. I feel my sleep is getting back to me gradually, though look at it and its content, it has a great selection. What I’ve noticed is you need a sleep pattern go to bed at the same time each night and wake up around the same time each day. Having a job to go to really helps with this cause it forces you to be up so your not late for your job. And by the end of the week at your new job you’ve already trained your mind and body to sleep at this time wake up at this time. The human body usually only stays awake for 14-16 hours and the reaming 8 hours should be your sleep time that’s a 24 hour day roughly. You should not require any sort of naps during the day if you do need a nap that’s just a sign you haven’t got enough sleep or quality sleep. My body and mind are trained so good as soon as I get that tired feeling and my head hits that pillow I’m out until I wake up. If it’s hard for you too go to sleep first thing you gotta do is get your body and mind on a sleeping schedule

I have to have the TV on when I lay down or I cannot get to sleep. I have a timer on for 30 minutes and I am usually asleep before that 30 minutes passes...but my biggest problem is staying asleep throughout the night. I just don't know what to do. I lay down in plenty enough time to get enough sleep - I just don't stay asleep.
It’s been 2 weeks now & I can’t fall asleep at night , I’m wide awake 7pm-6am then 6:30-11am I feel tired & am ready for sleep & if I do give in & sleep I’ll sleep till about 7pm-9pm . This has become an issue affecting work & life in general. I feel involuntarily nocturnal.

Been having trouble sleeping or just finding a right posture to sleep. It’s annoying and no matter how early I sleep, I still wake up a couple hours later. One thing that gets annoying is when I wake up with my eyes so irritated or just tired. Then i end up having a bomb ass nap later

EmilyVlogs, same! I’ve had this problem my whole life whenever I try to sleep my brain can only think of exiting things and not relaxing things. It takes me like an hour to fall asleep.
Same for me. I start thinking that I'm two button presses away from playing a game, then I think of doing some grinding to get better than my friends etc. It's so frustrating getting to sleep! I wish I had a button to press that would make me tired.

2 2, Don't sleep in a deadly silent room, use a fan or something that constantly makes a noise to muffle the outdoor noise like people walking and talking outside your house or dogs barking

It's 6:27PM.... I've been awake since 3AM. No I have not doing all the problems they said. I do have degenerated disc & fibromyalgia. I started taking duluxatine & now weaning off as I've had night sweats, lost eye sight, having losing my balance & fallen. Duluxatine I gave my all. 30mg to 60mg. Yes it helped my joint pain very much so but staying awake isn't good for me. Everyone has a different body system & I'm trying to do my best. I had a great neurologist in another state. Now that I've had covid shots & gyms are back open I hold dear the secret she shared with me so in January wait till neurologist I'm seeing now see me! I will tough this.
i’m 17 and my problem is that i’ll fall asleep at like 10:30/11 and then i’ll wake up at 2 or 3 for no reason. it’s the weirdest thing but i usually fall back asleep. but i really just want to sleep all the way through the night
