    Mai kabhi 48 ghante v nahi sota aur iske bad 8 ghante ki nind aati hai aur bahut fresh feel hota hai 24 ghante nahi sone k baad v mujhe bahut fresh lagta hai itna fresh jitna koi 8 ghante so k fresh hota hai

    To cure insomnia, eat a small clove of _garlic_ early in the morning before breakfast.
    *Sounds weird*, but works!

    Sir I regularly use Kindle at bed time to go through some interesting story or self help book. but still I am observing that I am having sleep issue even if I am not using mobile phone but using kindle to read books. Is kindle or book reading at bed time can cause sleep problems?

      It emits blue light which can disturb your sleep. Instead, read printed books which will help you sleep better. And don't use LED lights while reading before sleep. (Use an incandescent bulb)

    These are valid for sleep onset insomnia , not for sleep maintainance insomnia which I have post covid :(

    Dear sir
    Whenever I sleep, I always in dreams. Like if I sleep in the night,while I sleeping the dreams began start and they were endless.and also when I sleep in the day I face same problem.
    Then I woke up I never feel fresh.
    Is this is an issue.
    Please suggest sir so that I can work on it.
    Dream were like normal life is going on in dreams.

      Me too had.Apply aloevera leaves gel at night. You will have pleasant sleep or cover the head with a kerchief complete

    Sir ap ne kaha k uthne ka time fix ker le but sir mera woh bhi fix nahi rehta kabhi mujhe time per 11 baje neend lag jati but aadhi raat ko aankh khul jaati aur baad me neend nahi aati.

    Sir... I m a 40 yr old mother... Having problem in sleep.. I have to efforts alot to get in sleep.. In day almost nit sleep.. In night it take 1-2 hr to get into sleep..

      @@biplabpramanick2560 I used to have OCD till 6 years back. ERP, a component of CBT helped me to manage OCD symptoms effectively. Go and consult renowned Psychologist of your city. You have to work hard at least for 2 months.
      ERP= Exposure and Response Prevention therapy.
      CBT= Cognitive Behaviour Therapy.
      Medicine works independent of duration of OCD problem. But each Medicine have some side effects which increase suffering of patient only for few weeks after initial dose started. Also All medicine doesn't suit everyone. That's why many patient doesn't want to take medicine for mental illness. Psychiatrist change medicine after observing no improvement in patient after 3 or 4 weeks. If your OCD symptoms affects your daily routine or lifestyle significantly, you should try combined therapy i.e CBT + Medicine. Alone CBT is also effective but require more motivation and hard work.
