same thing is happening to mine. i just bought it in november and its doing the same thing. did you ever figure it out?

I did but I don't remember what I did to fix it.

So this new version j1s is still that buggy and sold with old gen extruders that clog badly? Better buy the qidi x cf pro then.

What your seeing is the plate that all the calibrations are on. They have a glass plate that snaps into place to print on.
