If i was in-charge of this project, i would plant a baobab tree at the center of the round about, 10 meters of the area next to the road on each side, would be commissioned for floriculture. The outcome will create a 7th wonder of the world.
There is nothing special about a 2 lane and round about road, other countries boast multiple flyovers than that simple carriage way.
