Not sure you already have video on this or if this is possible as I am more from a signal processing background. Occam's razor: You can actually write that well backwards or you printed your shirt reversed, are left handed, are wearing your wedding band on your right hand, and flipped the video in post....

of course, you can lay it out unsymmetrically and see the systematic offset you'll get out of it.
