Games like Ape Escape 2 and the Jak & Daxter series are available on the PS5 without having to pay for Online (PS Plus).
Just recently, Sly Cooper & the Theivius Raccoonus was added to the PS5’s online store.
Man, it's such a shame this game didn't last. I legitimately had a blast playing this and literally played it every day. I maxed out every battle pass, and made it a point to try and unlock every cosmetic as it became available.
Ever since the game was canceled, the developers have been showing concept art for the characters and stages that were being planned and it makes me hate Activision even more. No wonder Toys for Bob broke away from them and went Independent.
Activision just doesn't learn from their mistakes...
The Nitro Fueled fiasco should have taught them, but they didn't learn

as if CTR taught them nothing about the wrath of Crash fans (pun not intended)

@@DarkFrozenDepthsctr wasn't that bad with the live service stuff, the issue is they said they WEREN'T going to do it and then turned around and did it which was ACTUALLY ILLEGAL
I highly recommend the Megaman Legacy Collections, even the oldest games in the collections have a lot of charm and definitely worth playing, loved watching this and the Previous video, keep up the good work dude 😊
I really enjoyed this game honestly but I think the level 15 trophy was a grind (thankfully i unknowingly did most of it during a double xp weekend)
Yeah same, it has actually got decent gameplay but the grind was too repetitive
@@jtplays1 I get why the levels were a grind though. They had plans for at least 3 more seasons of content, so they didn't want people maxing characters out too quickly.

JT, I'm a new fan. I started with your Crash series and have been exploring since! I'll tell you what, I went from Xbox, to Switch, to Switch + PS5 and trophies have been super fun. Granted I only have 1 platinum. I was considering doing the N. Sane Trilogy and maybe Crash 4 but WOW. After I saw the length of time it took you I am reconsidering maybe just 100% and calling it there. Lol. Great content! And thank you for scratching the itch in my brain for data related times when completing games! Love it!

Crash of the Titans and Mind over Mutants. I don't know for sure about Crash of the Titans, but Mind over Mutant does have trophies
I don’t believe either of them have trophies, but they do both have Xbox achievements. Unfortunately they’re both only playable on 360 and they aren’t backwards compatible on Series X for some reason and I don’t have a 360 so can’t really do them.

I actually enjoyed Crash Team Rumble. It's currently the only Crash Platinum I have (because I suck at time trials 😅).
I do agree that it shouldn't have had so much "live service" nonsense with paywalls since the game wasn't free.
I wish Toys for Bob had been given another year or two to work on perfecting the game. While there are two different modes within the game, it's ALL online. Something that I think could have salvaged the game, and sold more copies, is if they had added something offline, or allowed couch co-op. I loved Crash Bash on the PS1 back in the day and I would've loved to see this evolve into something like that.

I just started going for this plat today and I’m kinda nervous for it not gonna lie. I’m not nervous about the grind, but just about the fact that this is an online competitive game and not everything is gonna go your way😅

You should try the tony hawks pro skater 1&2 remake platinum if your looking for a grind lol, took me so many hours on release
congratz to you. i like this game but I don't love it. so ill never platnuim this game I refuse to go back. i stopped after the 2nd season and I was a catbat main. i played just like trent. and since I played from the start you might have me to blame for that playstyle LOL. when no one was using catbat I was kicking everyone butt with that playstyle.
Ive got all crash plats except nitro fueled, crash team rumble was fun with a mate but having all trophies and having to play HEAPS of games just to level a character was not fun. Only tried playing when double xp was around

@@cbh1142 ah yes that is true, especially cos on psn profiles it technically doesn’t count as all games complete but it doesn’t bother me too much as long as one version of the game is done. Yeah not sure when I’m gonna finish gta bc I only have the multiplayer trophies from helping my friend out, but definitely in future my friend and I would love help getting elitist and mastermind trophies done. Congrats on being the 31st fastest time, that is very impressive with a game like gta :)

These kinds of games are almost always DOA. People aren't willing to pay for online only pvp games anymore. Not when the likes of apex, fortnight etc exist. These games only have a chance as a f2p game and it's sad because this did look like fun but I could tell that it wasn't going to kick off even with a massive IP like crash.
I'd really like it if you could 100% and platinum the "Sly Cooper" games. :D
Hard blocking bank isn’t really trolling, If the enemy team can’t regularly beat a blocker camping bank that’s going to be the best possible spot for a blocker to stay the entire match. In order to defeat a blocker on bank you either gotta fight them solo, coordinate an attack with team members (not always possible depending on random team members, much easier when playing in a full group of friends), or gain control of major relic stations to force the blocker off. If team can’t accomplish any of that, you don’t stand much of a chance.

Yeah took me a while to find games sometimes, but it wasn’t too bad once you got into a lobby and could keep playing games back to back with the same people

Technically, there is another crash bandicoot game, but it's not on ps. I don't remember it's name, but it was a spinoff crossover between Spyro the Dragon and Crash Bandicoot, each series having their game. irrc it was one the ds, 2ds or 3ds.

To think they made this game and not a remake of Crash Bash, the first party like game of Crash for the ps1, that game was a blast and it actually had a story mode. Seriously, just bring that game back with enhanced graphics, a few more games, and online mode, and boom, success

I’m not sure if you mean he’s trophies or when I mention how OP he is? If you mean trophies, he was a dlc character so doesn’t have any as he was added in later. And if you mean when I mention how OP he is, I showed a clip of someone knocking me out using him
the way the handled the end of the game for completionist is amazing, imagine if fortnite did that, automatically adding that on the list of games to complete soon

ehhh you got the facts wrong for why they dropped support... the free too play stuff like a paid battle pass n stuff isn't why the dev team toys for bob going indie is why and so they couldn't continue making support... not what ever you said in this video, and with microsoft no longer being able to fund the game they kinda couldn't, they had a season 4 planned and everything, even some of the skins that were gonna be in the battle pass and new season features were data mined, the lay offs + them going indie is the actual reason

Bro, the reason that the game got the final update was due to TFB, the developer of the game, split from Activision

ur bit misinformed mtx are there so they dont have to rely on game sales to fund further support/ keep it sustainable and the mtx were truned off reason why it died 9months later was because microsoft laid off most of the toys for bob staff so they had to go indie meaning they can no longer work on crash team rumble it was suppossed to have a battle pass all along which if you bought the deluxe edtition you got the first 2 seasons free and season 1 pass was free there was really no live service issues at all it was just sorta nesh with barely any marketing done it was orginally a mode in crash 4that evolved into its own game

I don't have a 360 unfortunately, and both games aren't backwards compatible on Series X for some reason. So I can't do them sadly, plus you can't technically "platinum" them anyways

Crazy as it sounds your not quite done with crash trophies heres why:
Crash team rumble has a ps4 port too they count as seperate trophies. So you would have to do the game again on ps4 to get all the crash trophies. You played crash team rumble on ps5 which has the same trophies as the ps4 one.
The same can be said with crash 4.
This game needed more game modes after playing 2 or 3 game's you realize that's it making playing the game super boring no wonder it only lasted 9 months
Yeah from what I’ve seen of it it looks very disappointing and underwhelming I think a crash online football game similar to rocket league would be more fun

This game is a lost potential. TFB didn't want to work on it cuz Activision forced them, but now that they are indie they abandoned it.

OK just got to say, your completely wrong about why this game was canceled. This game was canceled because of Activision. The game is actually fun if you don't hate having fun and to this day still has a healthy playerbase. I thought this platinum trophy was too easy, but I also have 428 hours in this game, so maybe I just wanted a bit more to do.
Honestly, if they want to make a game that'll see a lot fo play, make another crash bash without all the micro transaction gunk

I think this game failed cause it tried so hard to be a Crash version of Overwatch when that genre was already long solidified.
And personally, I think a remake of Crash Bash where you could play online would have done far better.
Yeah this looks sadly very boring and I say sad as I usually love crash games imagine how great an online multiplayer crash platformer similar to Mario 3d world could be
