You must have a lot of flight time on that helli. Mine has absolutely no slop.
They come out of the box just like that.
Hey Andrej Very cool 😊 I ordered mine and installed it. The biggest difference from the original plastic was the friction of the bearing balls. The metal one has extremely poor rotation & will draw more amps (It cannot freewheel). I noticed Align Silicone lubricant in your video, is this too thick? Maybe graphite powder would be better?? 🚁👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Hi there, thanks! Mine did run smoothly out of the package. I have added that Align lubricant (that is the only thing that I had at that moment) only on the main rotor shaft. I hope that you'll be able to get it run smoothly as it's a good swashplate otherwise.
@@AndrejSturm Yes it is an excellent swashplate, I love it 👍🏻...but I am gonna clean up the oil and try graphite. I’ve used it before on small things. It feels like silk on your finger! And it’s DRY so does not collect dust 🤩. Check this out, be good to see if improves your bearings?

Is that metal swash plate can use for k100 helicopter?
It seems like you have a lot of fun with these little heli's! Are you also looking at the OMPhobby M1? I know I am! At first I wanted the M2 but now they introduced the smaller M1 with the same basic features so easier to fly in smaller area's like an urban area backyard or a large room in a house.

Stef, I will buy one as soon as it cames out. I am following the M1 thread on RCGroups forum and can't wait to get one in my hands, it sure will perform well, like his bigger brother. This little helis are so fun and capable at affordable price 👍

Where can I find metal swashplate...can you give link please... also if there are metal rotor head grip arms too... and if someone's know how to make it 2s with what ESC exactly needed link please if you know..the only complain I have about this tiny Heli is the power... cause of lack of power can't do fast piro tik toks which are my favourite....i have 450 to 700 size goblin helicopters and it's my first time I have so small and so incredibly durable Heli without the fear that if it crash will need at least 300-500 euros for repair... only downside for xk110 is that the swashplate is slipping down and you have to push it up often after hard 3D and the heads rotor arms grips break....two times also the screw of the orizontal shaft unscrewed which of course is impossible to find even if it's in front of your eyes,... please if anyone has links for metal upgrades like swashplate and more post them...thanks...oh and I forgot if you know how and link's of the parts needed to make it 2s battery also help please... this Heli lacks of power... other helis like omphobby etc yea are great but crash means repair without the tiniest crash it will have damage

I also realized the swash has play. Didnt you want to upgrade the whole Rotorhead to CNC alloy? They say plastic is lighter for 3D and softer for crashing
I see no need for a total alu upgrade. As you wrote, it's too heavy. But the swashplate is soo much better than the stock one that I would highly recommend upgrading it.

Thank you. The length is 25 mm (from the metal hook to the plastic ball linkage at the outer side; that means that the whole thing is 25 mm long).

@@AndrejSturm how's the main motor doing? is it the stock? or did you replace that as well?
@@power21100 It's stock and it works great. I have >100 flights now on this heli, all flights are being made with 450mAh HV Lipos. I made a few flights with my second K110 with the stock 4.2V lipo and there's a really noticable difference in power. The stock electronics doesn't have any problem running HV lipos, I highly recommend using HV lipos. The only issue this heli has is the servo potentiometers - after every 60 or so flights some of the servos starts twitching. I have made a video on how I get a twitchy servo good again in a few minutes. This heli is really great for learning new tricks without any worrying of destroying the heli and costly repairs ...
@@AndrejSturm nice! I've seen the video you are talking about, where you pull the servo and open the top case and removing and placing that cap thingy just a little to loose and close it back.
I found a set of swash plates, blade grips, etc for $25. I'm still trying to make up my mind.
