Im 40, and I still use this to manage my weight. Even challenged everyone who LOLd when I told them I still use her 1994 video for exercise. Guess what? They took the challenge but quit halfway. Yeehaaaa.....

This is the most infuriating workout I've ever tried to do. The fist set starts really slowly and you think "got it," then they suddenly do everyting at warp speed while the camera quickly cuts from angle to angle, half of which make it impossible to see what's going on. I hope the producer got hate mail. LOL
