I would swap out the almonds for oatmeal 😊 then mix with dates

I love the idea of this recipe but the agave syrup is off putting as I am trying to keep away from added sugar as much as possible. Have you considered tweaking the recipe to incorporate dates instead of agave?
You could def swap out the agave. I've used honey, and maple syrup and straight up just threw a few drops of stevia in there as well.
Do I add spray to the glass pie dish first before I lay out the crust
I know you already made it, but yes I recommend spraying the pie dish before laying down the crust.
If you wanted to use organic eggs how many would you need?
You would use 2 eggs and omit the flax seed meal/water
