    Zack, you're legitimately a great teacher. You're able to give concise cues and verbalize advanced concepts in simple terms. I think, of all the content you do, it's the videos where you're teaching beginners that really show the time, effort, and passion you've put into your craft.

  • @benbirdsall3547

    I think my favorite part about this video is how pumped Zack is about everybody's lifts. He sees how athletic and strong these dudes are and is pumped to see them put it together.

    • @tigahstyle
      @tigahstyle Рік тому +2

      You have to realize the joke here. That you're a CF 2 and haven't come across clean instructions this solid before? No hate, it's just....nailing the stereotype in a sideways manner. Kinda plays right into it :D

      @@tigahstyle hey man, I would never claim that CF training is the way to go if you want to learn proper OLY lifting. I’m just saying, people far more experienced than myself who are in the CrossFit space could benefit from Zach’s content and cues. I think there are such incredible synergies between OLY and the CrossFit space that it would be a shame to claim that CrossFit teaches you OLY. I prefer to think of CrossFit as introducing OLY to the masses (and for those purposes it does it well). But seeking proficiency in OLY should lead any cross fitter to keep an open mind and find even better teachers.

      @@domihof97 the hate on CrossFit can be a bit wild and sometimes justified. But my first time being exposed to Olympic lifting was through it as well. Went from bodybuilding based lifting to CrossFit. Then fell in love with the Olympic lifts. Thankfully our one of the coaches in my gym was well experienced in Olympic lifting. Found out my foundation was good on clean to overhead and I pretty much do that on the daily to stay in shape.

    Zack, I cannot tell you how long I’ve been waiting for a thorough walkthrough for cleaning. I came from 10 years of generic body building fitness and playing sports, have been doing powerlifting for a few years, but feared this movement from pulling my shoulder trying to learn.
