    Are you or your students facing challenges with katadori techniques? Do you find it difficult to move your partner effectively? In this video from my New Year's seminar at my dojo in Los Angeles, I guide you through essential drills that focus on using body weight and complete relaxation to overcome resistance.
    We start with exercises to harness your body's natural weight and relaxation, practicing by simply falling backward against uke’s resistance. Then, we expand on this by incorporating chest expansion techniques. Finally, we transition into applying these principles in katadori nikkyo.
