Press and hold the Dock button seems working for me. The led charging on the robot starts blinking instead of stable red as it was previously. Thank you for the tips.
docking red light is blinking, center white light is solid, clean read light is blinking. I hold down the dock button for at least 10 seconds and nothing happens...what am i doing wrong ?

@@SharkHome no part number for the wheel/engine!! I already spoke with your customer services. Shark does not sell it. Then the lack of a 60$ part force me to loose a 1000$ vacuum robot!! Programmed obsolescence in a very dumb visible strategy! Going to consumer protection to open a file about programmed obsolescence!!!

after 1.5 years my shark stopped charging I get a red batter symbol but it never charges the battery even though it says it's charging

New battery, charged up but drains when off the docker and turned off. That is not normal.
