- The most box office of finals! History on the line. Will Leinster join Toulouse as the most successful club side of all time or will Toulouse extend their position as the greatest?
- Спорт
It is the two best clubs in the world playing this weekend for the biggest club trophy. As a South African I am happy that we can be part of this. It is a privilege to play in the European competitions. Hopefully we can get the format sorted out and who knows maybe a South African team will soon be challenging for the Investec Champions Cup title. Good luck to both teams. I have to go with our fellow URC team. Go Leinster!
To be honest, i'm not a fan of SA franchises in european cups for à lot of obvious reasons ( travels, pollution, equity). But i have to respect your passion for the game. It's true there are still a whole lot of issues. If south african teams are to be kept there can't be different rules for them, they must be allowed to play their home games actually at home and not in england. It still was à problem in the pool stage because SA franchises almost won all their home games and lost their away games which gave quite an avantage to leinster who were certain not to have to travel to SA. I really don't know how it can be sorted out to make it à fair contest both for south africans and non urc teams. Leinster and Toulouse deserve their spot in the final but this year's competition was a bit of à mess
@@clementbatut4053 The South African teams are always at a disadvantage when it comes to traveling. In the URC the European clubs play two games each in South Africa, the SA teams play six games each in Europe. The SA teams also have to fly via Duha, compared to the European teams that fly direct. Not just do the SA teams have to travel more but also for a much longer time. That will hopefully change since we don't have to pay fees to play in Europe from next season and we will also start to share in the revenue which we didn't up to now. The European teams have a massive advantage when it comes to traveling. As for pollution, traveling to Australia, South America and New Zealand like we had to during Super Rugby caused much more pollution. I think we actually reduced pollution by playing in Europe. Unless you suggest that SA teams should not be allowed to play in any competition outside of SA. As for equity, it is something you will never completely achieve. For example some clubs have much more money than others (SA club cap is €4 million per team, which is less than 50% of what Toulousse pay their players), some have better climate, some have better infrastructure. Things like who and where you play in your league game before and after a Investec Champions Cup games can make a massive difference. The fact that the French league is 26 league games compared to the English and URC leagues which is only 18 league games makes a big difference. All those things will be impossible to fix but will be a problem whether SA teams play or not. It is what it is.
I think they can fix the format. I would prefer more groups and a home and away game against all your opponents in your group. Whether they go six or eight groups is up to them.
If we win Neinaber will be an important reason. The South Africans can claim some of the credit. I really don't mind. Playing their teams in the URC will have played an important part too. Nothing prepares you for the physical battle like playing the SA teams.
@@wlk2408 we probably never will reach perfect equity but they should do better than this year's mess. I don't think La Rochelle were going to win again theis year anyway ( they are also struggling in top 14) but to think the actual champions had to go through that impossibly insane pool stage made no sense, it was really poor scheduling at its worst
Hoping toulouse win
Tim, Eggchasers. You are currently one of the best things about rugby. Great stuff dude, keep it up
Completely agree. Eggchaser is a class act. Not flashy, not controversial for the sake of clicks. A channel for true rugby lovers. Great logical analysis. And impartial - that is so rare a commodity these days.
As a Toulouse fan, I quite agree with the idea than Leinster have a little something extra to win this final. The Toulouse's tournament was solid so far because they scored a lot every time but they also had some defensive issues. Toulouse can't play without the ball for a long period of time and stay strong in defence just like Leinster's used to it, but Toulouse also looks like to be able to hit at any moment. Therefore it will depend on how the both teams manage their "weak time" and their strategy. The only thing I'm sure is that'll be an absolute wonderful piece of rugby with a superb and deserving winner at the end. Allez Toulouse⚫🔴, vive le rugby🏉et vive l'Irlande☘
You're right and defense will be the key but remember, Toulouse is hard to beat in finals. I think it will be all or nothing, if Toulouse give away soft tries like they did in previous years against Leinster, they'll lose the same way. But, if they're tough as I expect they will be, and great ball handlers as usual, it can be a nightmare for Leinster.
Echo a lot of the other Leinster supporters here, very pessimistic but I think there is a collective trauma surrounding us after the last couple of years.
I was in Marseille, I was in the Aviva and will be in London, hoping for a different outcome this time but very nervous. C’mon Leinster!
Can’t wait for the match, keeping fingers and toes crossed Leinster can do it this year!
50/50 match. As a Leinster fan hoping for a good result. I think for the last two finals we were significant favourites, so I was devastated when we lost. I think if we lose this time I will of course be upset but Toulouse is the greatest European team in history and I can accept that loss easier.
Thanks for your mindset my friend, good game for both teams. I hope it will be epic ! A ST fan
I think Leinster is one of the best club teams I have ever seen. When we played in Super Rugby you had the great Crusader teams, and the Bulls team of 2007-2010. However this Leinster team is very special. They are anytime just as good as any of the teams I mentioned. They might not have the same amount of stars in their team but they play unbelievable rugby. In fact many teams are starting to copy their style. I can even see it at some of our schools here in South Africa. Once your team start influencing the way others play, you know you have something special. As a fellow URC supporter I hope Leinster will get the reward they deserve.
If they do win, you know South Africans will claim Nienaber is the difference? 🤣
@@wlk2408 That's perfectly fine, because he *is* making a key difference. We had him saying it would take about 13-14 weeks, I think it was, to get his defensive system working well. Then we saw what happened vs LaR, and that was around 14 weeks Nienaber had been in Dublin.
@neilmontgomery3470 I was also devastated we lost. Both in Marseille, and at home in Dublin especially. Despite losing twice in a row, if we do lose this final (again) I will not be as upset because we're looking a little worse in attack this year and to lose to the greatest side in EU history (who we have beaten well the last few times) will be nothing to be ashamed of.
@@wlk2408NIcely said. 👍. I, too am hoping Jacques can get over the line, but it‘s going to be touch.
One more thing, CJ Stander is now coaching at one of our top rugby schools in the Cape. I can already see a big improvement from all their teams at the breakdown. It will take time but he is clearly bringing some of that Irish style back home.
Ireland v France. A final. Dreams coming true.
Absolute brilliant podcast Tim ☘️
For an Irishman who has played and followed rugby for over 40 years it's still mind boggling that an Irish side is in the conversation for "greatest club team in the world"...
And just as they get there the IRFU immediately try to cut their legs from under them to appease the moaning turnips in the media
@@inBODwetrust13all because of the muntards
@@inBODwetrust13I think it's hilarious that Leinster fans think the IRFU is out to get them but every other province thinks the IRFU gives them everything they want 😂
Good rugby structure. I have watched Gaelic sports and understand why they are more popular at the grass roots level, like rugby is in South-West France. It would be good for Irish rugby to attract young talents from Gaelic Football.
Heart hoping for Leinster, head says Toulouse at a canter.
Our attack has been dire this season and Nienaber's defensive system is more vulnerable to Toulouse's offloading game and width than our previous system.
There's always hope though.
That’s because we have been down Gary Ringrose, Jimmy O’Brien and Hugo Keenan for a lot of the season. The attack has been okay it hasn’t been a slick but the defence has greatly improved and as we all know defence wins titles.
We need someone who can make the right calls as captain. Always take the 3 with time on the board
@@ciaranbrk if you look at the number of tries we concede the defence actually hasn't improved that much overall. Northampton tore us apart at times, and even with Keenan back, it's still not close to being impenetrable.
Just like you, betting on Toulouse this time - two beatings and the FR-IRE game will have them pumped and seeking for revenge...
I agree, our attack is not were it was at last season and our scramble defence suffers a bit with rush defence. We are tougher and fitter upfront though this year but I worry about Carly. He is so pedantic in that area and slows the game way too much, so I think he’ll negate that advantage. Fingers and toes crossed.
Improving my English, and my rugby knowledge everytime I watch your vidéos. Excellent comments, and analysis.
Thanks so much, Allez Toulouse ! Ronan, Brittany, France
Tu te débrouilles bien ! Allez Vannes 🤩!
That’s the best presentation video of the game I have seen so far. There are so many strengths on both sides that it’s really hard to have certainty on who will pick up the trophy. I think some young players in Toulouse have the opportunity to confirm their best player in the world potential in their position in this game: Ntamack at 100% is the best 10 (even better at defense than his model Dan Carter) , Meafou is to become the best 5 (Skelton 2.0), Flament is to be the best 4. It is their opportunity to seize the crown. As rugby lovers we need to hope for the game of the century, with no side events (ruling, injuries…) stealing the show. Let it be epic and may the best win!
Leinster's problem is at out half. They will need to be at the very top of their game.
I think its in our defence (sometimes)
They seem to go to sleep in the third quarter. I hope they can beat Toulouse purely because if they don't, it'll have a knock-on effect on the mentality of the national team.
The back to back semi final wins against Toulouse will give Leinster some hope but our attack has dropped considerably in quality this season and nowhere near clinical enough
We are still in both competitions though. Maybe we were complacent last year and this years inconsistency might actually give them a reason to focus for the full 80.
Fingers crossed
@@liamK1916 Yeah the attack is the worrying thing for me. But with a bit more grit in defence and in the tight this year, maybe it will be enough. I certainly hope to see them giving more effort to the URC this year, putting out weakened sides for the last 2 years was not a good look for the province or the league. It's a competition you have to treat with respect these days.
@@88Eoghancouldn‘t agree more with your point about the URC. How many front line players have ever been to SA? It‘s going to be a tight game though.
It's pretty crazy that the two most successful teams in this tournament, by quite a bit, have never faced off in the final before. Cannot wait to see what comes next!
Still think Neinaber was a strange choice. Leinster’s defence is different this year but not necessarily better. In fact, possibly not as good. Toulouse will look to exploit it. Weak at 10 and lack of pace and cutting edge in midfield. So makes for a potentially much closer game than the last two encounters. Leinster need the best performance of the season though for it to be close. Hopefully they can do it.
Great review Tim. can't wait. In a tight match Leinster can't rely on Byrne to kick. They are going to have to score more tries than Toulouse. After all the moaning about the format It's great to see 4 stars vs 5 stars in the final.
I just dont want Leinster to stop playing after 20 mins
Leinster have an outhalf problem, Ross Byrne has one good game in him... that was La Rochelle he's been kack since
for Leinster to win ....Ross Byrne needs to play OUT OF HIS SKIN...50/50
Toulouse has played 8 finals since 2008 - Top 14 and European cup - and won... 8.
Think theyve also lost quite a few times to Leinster though.
@@RazorMouth Sure, but the point is they just don't seem lose finals
Pretty fair assessment although until recently I thought the bookies had given Toulouse the nod. As a long time Leinster supporter, I'm pretty damn nervous. Three final losses on the bounce would be very hard to take
It’s going to be AWESOME
Ross Byrne is our biggest weakness & we’ll live or die by his performance.
So you know the team for Saturday? Why don't you tell Leo Cullen your selection. I'm sure he'd be impressed.
@@alankennedy3747 Who else is it going to be
Could have and should have been Frawley. Byrne is a serious liability. He'll need to perform like he did against La Rochelle. That was a one off performance unfortunately.
Another great video Tim, love the channel Dude!
I am Irish and cant see how Leinster are winning this on form. They will need to step it up a level and get their system right with no wobbles for any chance.
Leinster’s issue is at 10. Imo.
Great video mate. As always, I think the set pieces will be crucial. Clean line out ball and big scrums will be the pinnacle factor it determining the winner.
Raring for this one
Toulouse are probably favourites to win this one, but desperation I think will get leinster over the line
brilliant analysis thank you - can't wait!
If it doesn't happen this year, the narrative around Leinster will turn very sour I suspect. Hoping they can get that 80 minute finals performance this time, but I have my doubts.
It already has. The likes of Lenihan in the media looking for any chance to belittle the team
Great stuff Tim. Bring it on! 🏉 💪
Your analysis is always so spot-on. Really enjoying your stuff.
Toulouse for me
Brilliant analysis
Too scarred by the past 2 Finals and the poor game mgmt evident in Croke Park & Ravenhill to be in any way positive.
Great preview
this morning the rumour is Ramos on the bench. Mallia and Lebel on the wings and Kinghorn at 15 Flament on the bench with Marchand .... and 5/3 split
C'est ça ! Strange that Ramos does not start, he's a better kicker than Kinghorn. I think Mola rates BK very high !
Always si appreciative of your enthusiasm, mate. As a Toulouse fan, I do think we can break the chain this year, considering how creative, dynamic and physical our team is. Northampton almost got them bu crushing them physically, and I do think our attack is even bigger this season. Or I hope, perhaps!
Oh. And I'd prefer Kinghorn to Ramos on the back, but thats more of a personal feeling, can't explain why.
Thanks again for your work!
WOW. Such a mouthwatering prospect. Will be watching Challenge Cup tonight as BIG Sharks fan. Hoping the Saffers can pull it off. And then tomorrow - not sure. Maybe backing Leinster - rare occurrence - to break the hoodoo of their last 2 failures and now that Jacques Nienaber is there. What a great rugby weekend. Thanks Tim for your excellent channel. You and Jim Hamilton my fave pundits. Much better and more objective than the winey anti-bok contingent that are all over the place these days.
As a Leinster man I think it is a flip of a coin, obviously hoping for a Leinster win, much much respect for Toulouse the best club in this competitions history and just looking forward to an epic final
I have no idea what to expect from Leinster, the form has gone out the window lately; I'm hoping its a Nienaber tactic... right now Toulouse are favourites, I think.
I keep trying to convince myself it's Nienebar playing games as with SA. Switching players around to keep the opponent guessing, changing tactics, holding things back for the big game. The realist in me says we just aren't as good as last year, and rode our luck in a few games already this season.
Lads Neinaber isnt the head coach he doesnt make those type of decisions.
Leinster have just been below their usual standards, im worried but they're capable of having a blinder.
In 2022 and 2023 Leinster looked genuinely unstoppable and easily made the finals and I expected them to win both finals fairly easily.
This year they looked pretty unconvincing in the quarter and semi and even in the league .
Have a strange feeling that them not playing well and being huge favourites will spur them on to finally get the 5th star .
Thanks
Well done Tim love the build up.
Toulouse has played 7 games more than Leinster, you might say it's not much but 7 TOP14 games is huge ! We know very well that freshness at this level is essential, as well as playing at home, for me Leinster start with 2 advantage, as for the teams for me they are equal, both are really what is best in rugby I am unable to give an advantage to one or the other.
Even if Toulouse prioritizes and will always prefer to win the TOP 14, They're going to play it to the hilt!
Match is in London, neither side is at home.
@@RazorMouth I think it's fair to say that the Irish will be at home, just as if Toulouse were playing in Belgium I'd say the French were playing at home! 🙂
@@zarg64 Wow that is so ignorant I don't know what to say.
London is actually a lot closer to France than Ireland.
@@RazorMouth Well, you're the big ignoramus here, because Leinster is 500km away when Toulouse is 900km away, but we'll see who has the most fans and therefore who plays at “home”.
The top14 clubs always play more games, that's for sure, and Leister has an advantage in addition to the freshness on the phsycological side toulouse took a hell of a score the Leister is a wall very hard to pass where toulouse has a lack of reference in defense!
Top notch Tim
Surprised at your prediction Tim . Though I value your opinion as you know more and see more Rugby at this level more than myself, but I’ve put a few quid on Toulouse and feeling confident. Get your point on the freshness of Lowe and other Leinster players but I’m thinking so much is asked of this Leinster team also with the national team that it will affect Leinster in the next couple of years also the Irish national team . Not saying a complete barren run , but a little more heartache starting Saturday and for Ireland in the summer in South Africa. Saying that my Irish bookie who’s a great bloke laughed at me as he took my money .
As a Munster fan I think the fact that they struggled to make the final and played badly in the knockouts will actually be a good thing for them.
They only seem to lose when they get complacent eg the last 3 final losses where they blew leads.
Je passe mon temps à transmettre vos vidéos à des amis ou à mes enfants pour les informer des différentes épreuves de rugby.
Great analysis Tim , agree it’s hard to call , will be close
Good analysis as usual!! As a Leinster fan, we got really lucky Vs Northampton. I have an image in my memory captured by the TV of Caelan Doris after the final whistle went at Croke Park, saying one word to Barird (?), "* uck!"
If it boils down to the #10s, Leinster are done for. I have zero confidence in either Byrne brother
Getting excited🏉
Can't wait!
Great
JGP has been the best player in the whole tournament you just picked Dupont coz he is Dupont. But he hasnt particularly played that well against either Leinster or Ireland lately
As I said, they are the two best 9s in the world. You're right though
..there is no way I wouldn't pick Dupont in any team I had the opportunity to do so. He is the best rugby player on the planet, of his generation and one of the greatest ever to play the game.
@@EggchasersRugby like I said you picked Dupont coz he is dupont
@@ThatGuyMofo Come on... Dupont is absolutely shining right now & his last game against Ireland (2023) he was the best frenchman on the pitch - remember that mad tackle on Mack Hansen ?
@@damiensimon5893 1 tackle.
I remember the game well. Ireland nullified him by putting players in his passing channels. He was average.
@@RazorMouth Honestly I think the whole French team was battered and nullified that day except for Dupont and Flament. And not "1 tackle" : remember how he turned Porter around aswell ? Also great kicking.
For all the talk of Nienebars defense, im pretty sure we've conceded more points this year than last, and our attack has gone backwards. His system also looks so vulnerable at times. Billy Burns tore us apart at home and away with simple cross field kicks, and Ntamack is a far better 10. As much as the last 2 finals hurt, im going into this with no expectations. Toulouse look exceptional, and unless we've been "holding things back" for this game, I cant see us winning
But they were Mickey Mouse urc games, look at our D against La roch and for 60 mins v Northampton, absolutely all over them
Nienaber as a coach has been a disaster for Leinster !!! His defence system does not work and more tries have been conceded this year
@daviiidoff yeah, its a fair point. I guess my worry is that's 2 games (yes the 2 biggest) but elsewhere its been exposed at times, especially out wide. We dont have the speed in the backs to counter when teams go around us out wide or over the top of us. We also conceded the same amount against Leicester but scored 20 less than last year. I hope I'm wrong, and we shut Toulouse down.
Well donw Tim. Love your analysis. It's going to be tight. First try...Dan
Two teams , one winner , it's the final , but who !!!
Mistakes , as few as little , from on song & luck , as much as possible , as a Leinster fan , it has to be Leinster, they are primed for this one , it's a long time coming . Away the lads , give them help , I'll be roaring you on from my sofa in Dublin .
The Leinster bench will be the difference
In what sense ?
@@remyrdd Right ! Toulouse bench is as good as starters ! May be better.
I hope you are right.
It could go any way.
Discipline will be crucial. If you look at last year's game. Leinster scored three or four tries with Ramos and Neti in the sin bin. Toulouse also quickly lost Barassi and had to put Ntamack at fullback. Graou did not have enough experience to give rhythm to the game with the Leinster poison in the rucks...Should be a cracking one!!
I forgot to add: why is the final taking place in London at the same time as the English FA Cup Final at Wembley? It means it will only be on minor channel ITV4 in the UK.
Sad that it will be seen as a secondary sports event amongst the majority of the British public.
Another example of rugby not playing to its potential?
I know no British team is involved but a Prime Time viewing would have been certain had the match been on Sunday?
Je ne peux pas croire ma traduction, i cant beleve my translation, if it's really that, it's unforgivable (impardonnable) , un vrai crime de "lese majesté" , it can not be true
FA Cup moved earlier that's why.
@@ericorazon2550 Oui c'est vrai.
A genuine toss-up this one.
Excellent preview. Interesting to see how a top regional "franchise" team fares against another team engaged in the competitive grind of the Top14. Normally this would be a slightly unfair contest but the relatively big resources of French teams mean that the match is too close to call IMHO.
Akhi and willis are incredible this season. And its pita akhi, not peter.
Great video !
Greatest upcoming game ! Stade Toulousain 31 - Leinster 28. The ST has built the strongest team in years; they are starved for titles.
Don't look back at the 2022 semi final game when the ST was physically and mentally exhausted after a grueling 1/4 final against Munster, just one week before. This time they have enjoyed nearly a two-week rest.
Should be a great game.40-30 Toulouse😊
Imagine a game that high scoring...would be wild!
As a Leinster fan I dont really know what to make of this one.
The team is carrying psychological scars not just from the last 2 finals but from bottling key European games for 6 years now. We'll have no idea until Saturday whether they've finally solved the mental block.
Our attack hasn't fired this season at all, and the performance levels have dipped considerably since the La Rochelle win. Versus the Saints we were very lucky not to blow it at the death.
Our first choice 10 is dependable at best, and lacks the ability to control crunch games as a top level fly half should.
The fact that they've botched the URC run-in (likely SF away to Munster or Bulls) only ramps up the pressure.
On the other hand, I dont think Toulouse are quite as good as many claim. With the Nienaber defence, we have the tools to stifle and disrupt their attack, which is very off the cuff and based on transition from turnover ball. An abrasive and disciplined performance from the Leinster pack, keeping the game low scoring, could well be enough to eke out an unpretty win.
I've been burned badly by the last two finals, so I'll be watching with low expectations and hoping to be pleasantly surprised.
If the game is tight towards the end, Toulouse have the ability to score from anywhere, Leinster don't. That attacking x factor might just be the difference when forwards legs are getting tired.
It's a tough one to call. I'm going with a draw with Toulouse to snatch it in extra time.
go Toulouse
I don’t have a lot of faith in us beating Toulouse. We have been so patchy all season and still haven’t figured out the attack
Box office!
Cordialement.
Leinster matches up so well with Toulouse. Toulouse doesn't like the surgical way Leinster plays, they're much more at ease playing in chaos.
I think it's important to realise that matchups matter. The past few years Leinster beats Toulouse but loses to La Rochelle, Toulouse wins against La Rochelle but loses to Leinster, and La Rochelle beats Leibster and loses to Toulouse. These three teams were objectively very close over the past few years, and yet the same results kept repeating themselves.
This time La Rochelle got spank by Leinster so ... may be it's time for Toulouse to ...
A lot of pundits and fans tend to focus on past games, and pay less attention to current form. But Toulouse has never before played Leinster while being top seed and n° 1 for points scored, tries scored, defenders beaten, line breaks, offloads...
Justice
A Leinster win at the 'neutral' Aviva last year... maybe with this year's game being played at an actual neutral venue, we will see a closer contest.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Tim, are you going to be at Sharks v Gloucester on Friday? I’ll be there and it’d be great to have a pint
So how do you think these teams would fare against the Hurricanes, Blues or Brumbies? ,🤔
Toulouse, by 2. Their bench is too strong. I’m glad I’ll be there tomorrow, as a neutral I just want a good game
Mauvaka and Sheehan may have started a similar number of games but Peato still played more minutes, because Toulouse often use him of the bench and he plays 30 minutes or more.
How many free kicks at scrum time are you predicting?
@@thierrycambon116 Two important points for me. All of Toulouse's defeats took place at Leinster and we know the importance of playing at home. Toulouse has not lost a final for a long time, unlike Leinster. The Toulouse squad is much better than last year and the Toulouse players are, for once, fresh. Flament is superior to McCarty. I see a victory for Toulouse by 10 points. The replacements will make a significant difference and it seems to me that Toulouse is better armed.
As a Leinster fan, I cannot disagree. Toulouse have the edge. I'm sure it will be a cracking match. Allez Leinster ! Enjoy the game.
Check this stat out, Toulouse haven’t lost a final in the champions cup or in the top 14 since 2008! That’s 6 Top 14 titles and 2 champions cups…
Lost 2 semis to Leinster though i think.
@@RazorMouth yep, haven’t beat Leinster since 2018…They’re like the Larochelle of Toulouse 😅
Allez Les Rouge, Allez Les Rouge
"Peter" Ahki made me laugh.
Can't argue about the rest, I also think Leinster is gonna win for the exact reasons you gave. Toulouse AND France have been absolutely powerless, incapable of doing anything against those irish lads for the past 2 years. Now this game is not gonna be a beating at all, right now Toulouse is playing with an insane amount of confidence and Leinster will play with an insane amount of pressure being in the final for the 3rd year in a row so it's gonna be very close but if Leinster doesn't choke and play at their true level they're finally gonna take it.
It's Leinsters game tou louse
😂😂 I see what you've done there...💙💙💙
I like your combine team but I don't think Kinghorn is going to play 14. For ST staff, it's going to be a struggle to decide between the game management of Ramos or the attacking threat of Kinghorn at 15 (we saw it against the Quins). I think the 14 jersey is going to go to Mallia.
As for comparing the France vs Ireland of the 6N, I think it is irrelevant. The french team was still morning the WC lost, and also Dupont and Ntamack weren't playing. With all due respect for Lucu and Jalibert, I think there is a big difference between the two pair.
A good shout actually
I hope Kinghorn plays extremely over rated very poor against Irish teams
That's right, BK at 15, Mallia at 14 and Ramos on the bench ! Mola love his scotsman.
Best in the world we dont know.. A weak Crusaders played Munster in Ireland and narrowly lost. The Crusaders once the benchmark have since lost most of their super rugby games. Hurricanes or Blues v Toulose or Leinster a game to savour.

When I m looking at Toulouse the past weeks in Top 14 and Champion Cup, I think Toulouse can do it. I know Leinster use to beat Toulouse but I have a feeling this time Toulouse will make it. Anyway I m French so probably not very impartial 😂. I m, at least sure it will be a massive game.
Fingers crossed ! You can feel it can go either way but if Toulouse is on a good day ...
Not sure where you see a leinster win on Saturday. Im not confident at all
Toulouse bench is better for once but it might not go to that lenght
I think without Keenan back Toulouse would walk it. Now It’s a toss of a coin. A lot rides on No 10.
Ross Byrne is the weak link alright.
Paul Costes for me at 13. Hes just been quitely going about hes business. Still leinster by 4 at least
Such a class act. Him and Osborne have really stepped up
@EggchasersRugby oh for sure very excited for what should be a fantastic game
Yes, Costes at 13 with Ahki at 12 ! Great for the kid but he's already U20 world champ and was tremendous that day !
Ah yes Tim, here another Leinster man with a head and heart conflict, not to mention squeeky bum time!
Willis will play for France in due course😂
Leinster have been showing weak spots... are they real or are they bluffs. For observers to be expecting Leinter to be defenders is either the new truth based on their Nienaber, or its Leinster setting up 40 minutes of explosive attack rugby just when It might not be expected. They do have that kind of trickery in them. Get a score, THEN, with Neinaber at the helm, this time, hold it on 2nd half defence.
no way Tim! Leinster's not gonna win this one. Toulouse will trump methinks:))
