The final battle with Zeus from GOW2 was epic enough, but the one from GOW3 just blew it out the water with all the phases and changes of scenery, with it coming down to having a mind journey and then driving Zeus' ghost back into his body before you finally just pummelled him into bloody paste to end it once and for all. The music helps to reinforce that you're not just facing down your father, but a literal force of nature.
