  • How To Make Marshmallows, You Always Have the Ingredients at Home
    Sugar - 400g
    Water - 120ml
    gelatin - 3 tbsp
    cold water - 120ml
    vanillin extract - 2 tsp
    potato flour - 2 tbsp
    icing sugar - 2 tbsp
    In a small bowl mix the water and gelatin and set aside for 10 minutes. Put a pot over medium heat. Add the sugar to the pot and pour in the water. Stir constantly until boiling, cook for 4 minutes and pour into a separate bowl. Now add the gelatin and blend until smooth. Pour 1/2 of the mixture into a dish greased with oil and sprinkled with potato flour and powdered sugar, to the other part add red food coloring 3- 5 drops. Optionally you can add food coloring to make the dessert look more colorful. Put the dessert in the refrigerator and refrigerate for 4 hours.
