Cake in 7 Minutes Without Baking, Everyone Likes it
Ingredients:
Milk - 220ml
Butter - 200g
Milk powder - 400g
Powdered sugar - 2 tablespoons
Cocoa cookies
Plain cookies
Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
Chocolate glaze
butter - 50g
milk - 5 tablespoons
cocoa - 4 tablespoons
milk chocolate - 50g
powdered sugar - 3 tablespoons
In a pot add milk, powdered sugar and vanilla extract, stir, when it boils remove from heat.
In a separate bowl put the butter and mix it for 4 minutes, then add the still warm milk and milk powder. Whole mix until a creamy consistency is obtained.
On the bottom of the baking tray arrange the dark cookies and pour half of the mass over them, level the mass and put a layer of light cookies on top. Then on the light cookies pour the rest of the mass, smooth and cover with dark cookies, press lightly and set aside.
Put the butter, milk, cocoa and powdered sugar into a pot, heat everything up stirring constantly until the ingredients combine, when it boils remove from heat and pour over cake. On the hot topping grate milk chocolate. Allow to cool then refrigerate at least 4 hours.
