After checking out 100s of reviews, I got this moisturizer by litllexttra riceberry, and this is surely a game changer. You can feel the difference just after the first time using it. It doesn't leave my skin greasy, it feels light and soft, unlike others. I'm so glad I got my hands on this. And the most amazing thing is it’s suitable for every skin type. This is absolutely not harsh on the skin. Your face feels smooth and you get a natural glow. The texture of the moisturizer is silky and has zero scent. The effectiveness of this is just outstanding. The ingredients don't irritate the skin. Just go for it. This is the best moisturizer ever. Just a 10/10.
For anyone who has sensitive as well as combination skin, I really like the Aveeno Calm + Restore line. The cleanser isn’t too stripping but does the job and the oat gel moisturizer is hydrating but still does well on my oily t-zone.

@FreakyAzumi if you get oily but lack moisture in some parts of your face, could be cheeks, eye lids, back of the ears for me at times, then yes you probably have combo! When I have nothing on my skin some parts of my face feel so tight but others feel alright. That’s why you gotta balance.
I didn't realize I had combo sensitive skin until very recently and switched to a vanicream cleanser, hydrating toner, azelaic acid, niacinimide and cetaphil/vanicream moisturizer every day. Thank you Dr. Dray. I am a curly girl with oily scalp and I was having some more hair loss than normal. I watch one of your last videos on hair washing and it’s really helped my scalp health. I am now using nizoral shampoo for 8 weeks, once a week, I’m shampooing more often. I was previously only shampooing once a week. My hair loss has slowed down. Looking forward to more improvement. I also have combo skin. This video was very helpful.
As you said, identifying the causes of the combo skin is crucial to target those problems. That's what helped me. My skin is combo, acne prone and sensitive due to pcos and hypothyroidism. My routine targets the acne while at the same time focuses on deep hydration of my skin (face and body, but specially lips and eyelids that are very dry) with gentle products to not irritate my sensitive skin. Btw, my favorite cleanser is Cerave Foaming Cleanser, it helps with the oiliness but is not too drying.
Dr. Dray, my favourite recommendation from you was the Aveeno Ultra Calming Hydrating Gel Cleanser. We need to petition for it to be brought back. It literally is the best gel cleanser I have ever used.
Hi there I am a mix race girl which have suffered with acne as a teen .. now my acne has cleared up after some treatment from my dermatologist. Honestly I don’t experience with skin care anymore I ve kept my skin care simple and natural . I believe this is the secret .. This has worked for my skin over 15 years now and I’m loving it . I do this on my face and body after my shower amazing and simple 😊
I also use and love these products. Alaffia brand is fantastic and with practices benefitting African farmers, producers and their communities. Alaffia is based in Olympia, WA USA. The only simplified trustee for my skin when it comes down to the truth 😂❤ Thank you! I would’ve sworn by having a normal scalp with maybe tendency to dryness (I figured because my skin was dry), yet I would notice around wash days that it would have flakes & I thought it was products doing it (cause it can happen). Or, noticing my front framing bangs separate (always), like an annoyance that I didn’t know why it happened. I thought my stylist was applying too much product serum on my hair but I thankfully never pointed it out (was always a thought at home but I would leave it be 😂). Until recently… I always thought my skin type was dry to sensitive and so, sensitive and dry skin type. I noticed nose shine and such but I didn’t know. Anyway, a new employee/hair stylist was who pointed out how I have an oily scalp and the mid to ends are dry in typing, meaning, I have combination hair. Thankfully, these stylists understood very well my hair type and my needs & took care of me properly! ❤ I said oh, I used a pomade beforehand & she said no, 😂 and repeated my hair typing. I said Oo *learnt something new*. A esthetician there before also mentioned dehy. tendencies (absorbs right up the skincare products or water bases applied to it). So as I got home, I decided to do a skin test. Removed light makeup & cleansed my skin with micellar water & I slept. In the morning, I analyzed my skin. Shine on my nose, on my chin and I felt light oil above my eyebrow temple and more oil but still light thankfully above that so forehead & my facial cheeks were tight dry as was the other parts of my face : Newsflash! ❤❤❤😂 I learnt I have sensitive & combination skin (tendency to dehy. So I’m learning to properly moisturize depending on the dry climate of NJ/NY with a hydrating face mist so rose water with glycerin and a hydrating serum and a ceramide thick moisturizer), with combination hair too. Happy Thursday Dr. Dray! What are your general thoughts on applying pimecrolimus and then Retinoid.. maybe a moisturizer in between.. is it generally considered safe? In general, is it safe for people diagnosed with eczema or mild psoriasis ( no prominent rash) to start on a Retinoid? Can Retinoid aggravate the underlying condition or with time it could help?
Hi Dr. Dray, unrelated to this video, but are you still using the same foot care from the video you put out 6 years ago? Have you changed anything since then? Love your videos!
How do I use in a skincare routine rosacare moisturizer and caffeine solution from ordinary because I hear many people say procure rosacare is a treatment rather than a moisturizer that goes after you’ve applied every serum and eye creams 😕
It's got a vit c derivative (SAP) which she says need more studies done (other derms have said the same). It also contains citrus extracts and peppermint extract which she's said can be potentially irritating.

I have "combo" skin oily t zone with really bad reoccurring redness itching and dry skin on my neck to the point where i couldnt sleep it was so bad and i would make myself bleed from scratching. I use to use the cerave pm lotion but i would have to apply 5+ layers of it to feel moisterised and than i would get little bumps and redness and stinging. I did this for 2 years because i was afraid to use petroleum based moisterisers due to breakouts. But i had to switch and i started using the cerave cream and O MY!! my skin in 2 days went from red bumpy and botchy to even smooth and soft and so moisterised and my neck has gotten 70% better ita been fantastic. Its just really hard to spread over the face coz it coz thick but it felt so good the moment i put it on and only needed 1 layer.

I've never seen a video explain my skin type so well before omg.. I ALWAYS WONDERED WHAT IT WAS, idh some of the things but ITS THE SAME EXACT GENERAL IDEA
Thanks for all you do. Would like to know your thoughts on Plated skincare and Pavise sunscreen
At night i apply vaseline under my eyes, corners of the nose and mouth, do i need to use a cleanser in the morning to wash it off or can i just wash with water ?
you dont need to wash or rinse vaseline off
Isn’t absorbed? Do you actually even see/feel it on your skin?
Hello Dr. Dray! Have you made videos on fermented skin essence?
She's got videos on different fermented essence products. You can do a search, dr dray fermented, to see which videos pop up.
What about acne prone sensitive skin?
Try doing a search, dr dray sensitive acne, to find videos.
Love your videos!
still using kerasal, but i dont really use that apricrot scrub myself
@@DrDrayzday Ok, thanks for the update☺
Happy Thursday!!!!
You too!!
thank you dr Dray, I was waiting for this video a long time. I really appreciate you.
Good morning Dr Dray ❤
Morning!
Hi Dr Dray! Have you tried any of the licorice line by I'm From? I just got their Licorice Calming Cream and have been liking it so far.
How do I use in a skincare routine rosacare moisturizer and caffeine solution from ordinary because I hear many people say procure rosacare is a treatment rather than a moisturizer that goes after you’ve applied every serum and eye creams 😕
I just have an oily nose everywhere else is pretty dry what cleanser should I use please help!
Dr dray, N7 came out with some sunscreens. Could u review?
Also peach slices cream and moisturizer.
Cortex Honey moisturizer & their hydro triple hyaluronic cleanser ❤ thank u for all u do dr dray.
I don’t know abt my skin type .. how to
Find.??
Cerave oil cleanser gave me acne . Not a good product for combination acne prone skin. Ordinary squalene cleanser is much better
Waaaaaaah I had just commented a request for updated go tos because I'm lost and now you posted this 😢 thank you ❤❤
thanks for watching
Please have a review on Dr G' s products
Can I use Mars GHC anti aging serum.? I'm little nervous to use because it has mix-up of retinol and vitamin c serum togather in one product .
I got the sana a month ago. Really want to like it for my combo red splotched face but she is sticky! Nbd if it works, hope to see some results soon
Mam, Is skin tanning due to outdoor swimming permanent ? Will it return back to normal. Went to pool last week for the 1st time. .
Please review Cetaphil Bright Healthy Radiance Perfecting Serum. Thank you & have a lovely day Dr. Dray!❤️
It's got a vit c derivative (SAP) which she says need more studies done (other derms have said the same). It also contains citrus extracts and peppermint extract which she's said can be potentially irritating.
Is that not the one she’s using in her weekend vlogs?
Hi doctor, do you like inkey list azelaic acid
I've seen videos where she and other derms recommend the ordinary one. Haven't seen too many talk about the inkey list one.
Completely understand that neuro- sensory experience that u get. I get the same from the skin1004 hyalu cica sunscreen. Love it. It was one of your recommendations, so thank you:)
Why were you scared
Can you please suggest a moisturiser between dyou and Clinique moisture surge 100 hr
Hi Dr. Dray, I can’t help noticing that your hair has been looking different in a great way since the last few months. Why is that, if you don’t mind sharing…
I love Neutrogena cleanser
How you treat your hair? Can you make a video of your haircare?
You can check her weekend vlogs where she lists her haircare products in the description box. Sometimes she'll even show some of her hair steps at the end of said vlogs.
Thank you for your recommendations.
You are so welcome!
Thank you for always being informative and sharing your knowledge! What do you think of Erygel for acne? I was just prescribed it and can’t find much content on it
topical erythromycin is anti-inflammatory, but it is an antibiotic, so not typically used as a long term treatment
Hi Dr dray, been trying to reach out to you on your others videos related to snail mucin filterate to see if you’d suggest to use it during pregnancy? Your response is much appreciated- thank you in advance!!
@drdray
Where is your headband from when you were washing your face?
Hi Dr dray thank you for your informative video! Could you give an opinion on A dermatologist said that Hyaluronic Acid makes the skin barrier inflamed?
I asked this before and she replied that she does not think so. She has a dedicated video on HA. I went back to using it after her reply and I must say my skin loves it
@@Hemmyii Thanks! now I don’t worry anymore
@@rthmld2352 they say, theoretically, if you don’t use it with an occlusive it can dry out your skin further. There’s some debate among dermatologists about this though
Im in CA and my local Ralphs (kroger) doesnt carry the shimmer spf just the regular one 😭. But ill definitely pick up the PC azelaic acid on the next sephora sale
Peach Slices has a good azelaic acid serum and much cheaper.
dr Dray, I have combination skin (very oily on m t-zone with red, old acne scars, and normal but sensitive skin on the rest of my face) and I'm using tretinoin 1%. I was watching one of your videos in which you explained what moisturizers to use with tretinoin/retinol, and I don't recall your mentioning procure moisturizer on that list. Is procure moisturizer good for my skin to use as moisturizer if I'm ALSO using tretinoin? Im a bit confused of what moisturizer is best when using tretinoin. thank you so much for all your videos on skincare, I've learned so much from them. I really appreciate all the work you do. 🙏
Happy Thursday Dr Dray …see you tomorrow x💙🤩🎃
Hi dr dray ❤ pls make a routine video with copper peptides can we layer copper peptides with antioxidants like cica, heart leaf, licorice etcc will they cancel cu peptides 😍🥰❤
Most derms say the only thing to not layer with copper peptides is vitamin c (the active form of ascorbic acid).
Thanks so much for actually discussing the science and ingredients in depth.
Când I use Cerave Foaming Oil all over my body as a shower gel?

I have roseasca and dryish skin, I work in dirty conditions, and I'm home 3 pm, should I wash my face then and again in the evening? I'm just so confused what to do, my fave doesn't like the dirt and sweat or washing 🥹 what to do? Help 🫠🫠🫠
Just wash it when you get home after work. Skip the evening
Thanks for the information.
This is so helpful 💜💜💜
I'm so glad!
Can you pls talk about the sans retinol ?
I soooo enjoy and appreciate your videos! I'd really like to know your thoughts on demodex and how that's been linked to rosacea and how the eff to treat it... After all, Halloween is coming up 😂🎃 thank you!!! ❤
Azaleic acid?
Bc I use tretinoin, which can cause dryness but I also have oily skin I just skip to simple and gentle. Double cleanse, moisturizer, sunscreen and tretinoin. I'd rather be oily than dry. 😂
Fav moisturizer?
Iwill buy soya milk and try it because ilove milk products itry milk protein from zein obagi
Aye! Neutrogena PureScreen Tinted Mineral sunscreen so expensive🤦
I don't even know how to name my skin type. It's normal/dry but I have acne that only reacted to isotretinoin and then it was back after two years for another round. My dermatologist was confused why I'm not oily nor have acne anywhere else. Maybe it's time for some serious blood tests 😮💨
Try a gentle cleanser in pm and salicylic acid cleanser in am if you can tolerate it . Moisturize
Hi Dr. Dray, could you please give some review for Odacite' spf 50 mineral drops tinted sunscreen? it has niacinamide and green tea. i don't see much review on this brand so could you please take a look at it? I really appreciate your time and help!
December skins irritation now at night to early morning feeling in India it is not started just October going on
Mine is combination of oily in the T area and rest of my face is normal... What type of skin is that 😂
Combination skin = having oily skin + skin barrier issues
❤❤love !!!!
