I practiced this deep breathing and exhaling with om chanting ...my goodness I have to wake myself repeatedly as I keep going in deep sleep with no breathing effort. Never experienced before.
Excellent mam, personally i had experience in breathing exercises. Last 3 months i had lot of sleep disturbance i consult doctor she advised me to meditation with deep breathing before go to bed , i start doing now i getting normal. Slowly it starts work.. thank you mam
Excellent content. You touched upon an important topic which is taken for granted. Breath like a child from the abdomen. Deep and slow breathing. Your life span depends on the breaths per min. Tortoise lives for 200 years because it takes 4 breaths per min while dogs are 30 to 35 plus breaths per min. Humans are around 16 bpm. If it can be bought to 8 bpm life span will increase as they say. We need to serious about our bpm. Excellent. Thank you mam

Ma'am please suggest the best breathing exercise to calm my mind and go to sleep. My mind keeps wandering especially at night.
Also Does listening to binaural beats(theta or delta) helpful for sleep. Some say it's not advisable to listen to binaural beats as it might block other brain waves. What's your take on it ma'am?
Keep doing brahamari and listen to that brahamari recorded. Try yoga nidra versions. Theta music helps

Please breathe consciously all 24 hours are the right time. Do not complicate it. Just take the benefit for that for healing and living healthy

Cancer has multiple etiologies or causes. Difficult to generalize but generally keeping mind , body spirit healthy will avoid cancer.

First time watching your video, l am fascinated by your scientific approach. Dr, I want to ask you this question that I got interested in when I watched my partner sleeps one night. I put my index finger close to nose, her exhalation was forceful and hot. I did the same for my self, my exhalation was not forceful and cool. I am not breathing well
