I feel you give many good advices for people who are very anxious in their relationship and who have some low self confidence. But what about for the other women? I feel pretty confident, I have good control of my emotions, I have done personal growth, I have a career, a home, a dog. Most men I meet I am not worried about them liking me and such. Just I think I have such ‘high standards’ for my self and others that sometimes I make men feel like they are not good enough for me. That can’t be healthy neither....

I love listening to your advice Alex. It’s slow, weeks fly by while we are apart, but we are spending some time together since Easter. I’ve gone from being blocked on his phone for 3wks to him wanting to see me. Has told me the grass is not greener, he misses me etc After 10yrs I was forced to move out in March with my child, (blended family struggles #adultkids), however so much of my things are still in the house and our bedroom. Tonight after I walked our dogs (which I do for myself), he offered me a drink, cooked me dinner in our home..... we watched tv laughed, but I was so upset leaving to return to where I am now living and felt empty wanting my old life. Can you please video share some advice Alex?
If you are in a situation and seeing your ex, how should you be or act when leaving each other, to make him think about you?? I feel like tonight he got a fix, as I stayed awhile, but I did appreciate the effort, he made me a drink, made me dinner, listened attentively, gave me socks to keep warm, things he’s not done for years together. He walked me to my car and gave me a quick kiss goodbye! He said I will call you.
I missed everything all over again being cared about, in our home....all our creature-comforts and together with our pets. As I left.... 🤷🏼♀️ I was longing for our life back so badly, I cried in my car driving off. What tomorrow now should I do, or how should I act after we’ve spent a little time together??
